Thank you to the team and especially Chelsea Caceres for the wonderful customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

I've worked with Monster Displays for 10 years across 3 companies. They deliver high-quality imprints on durable display hardware. I'm always blown away by their fast turn-around. When a pop-up display arrived with a damaged part they overnighted the replacement. Great service and awesome value. read more

I had a really great experience with Monster Displays. They really helped me despite my tight deadline. So I needed a replacement graphic for a tabletop booth frame that we purchased back in 2016 from DisplayIt. Unfortunately, DisplayIt is unable to produce a replacement graphic for us because they completely phased out that product on their end. My team and I went to various alternative vendors, and found that the pricing and delivery fees were too much. Also, the other vendors estimated the production and delivery timelines that were too long, and would be too risky given our tight timeline. But when we found Monster Displays, it was a breath of fresh air. Not only are they eco conscious with their products, their timeline was quicker than the other vendors we looked at, delivery fees were very reasonable, and the process was super easy and smooth. In fact, after we placed an order for the replacement graphic, we got an email from Beverly to ask where we purchased the original frame from. She recognized that we had not purchased their frame, only the replacement graphic. So she wanted to check in with us to sanity check that the replacement graphic we were ordering would fit. That shows a lot of care and attention Beverly and her team put into their work and towards their clients. I paid and approved the proof on May 5, and the final product arrived today (May 12). It was well packaged, it looked so good, and most importantly -- it fit our frame from DisplayIt like a glove. I really really appreciate the team that made this possible. My team and I will definitely go back to this company for future needs. read more

I received Maria's contact information from a friend of mine who used their service for a 8'x10' banner and was happy with the results. I needed the same product and to be produced in less then a week!! No other printers were willing to obligate that my display will be ready in time but Maria was able to make it happen for me and SAVED my trade show! Thanks!!! read more

I was very impressed with Monster Displays, and trust me that it is difficult to sell me on anything. When I was on their website, their online chat popped up so I figured it would take a while to get a response. He responded within a few seconds and had answers to all my questions and knew exactly which items were best to order. The timeline was tight but they were able to get it done. The product itself was extremely easy to setup and take down. We will definitely buy more from Monster Displays! read more

I've been purchasing trade show tables and graphics for several years. I highly recommend Monster Displays for outstanding service and product quality. The fact that many people ask me where I purchased my materials from speaks volumes about the final product. Their prices are very fair and the turn around times were very fast. Thanks for your follow up; I read it through a couple of times and really don't know if it was directed at me or as an advertisement for the yelp community. You probably should use a little less marketing hype on your quality process and over delivering, etc. and more contrition when you respond to a customer complaint. Then I realized you never acknowledged/apologized for the rudeness I encountered. You seem to be saying there was only a "perceived rudeness" from your representative, which is not the case. The rudeness I was referring to was quite palpable: interrupting a customer mid-sentence several times and also not listening to the information requested. Also there was no miscommunication of what was needed from you or me. I bought the original display from exhibitdeal and have had two sets of artwork panels done (one by you and one by another company). Yet, you have no record of anything I purchased from Monster Displays or exhibitdeal; I even looked up our payment to you and found your estimate and invoice number. Still, you couldn't find it; this is not quality record keeping. Our company has a record of every invoice we ever sent, searchable by invoice number, company name or individual. So you lost my records and I was forced to supply the exact dimensions of each panel and a picture of the hanging brackets and panel backs. I supplied that information. When that was not enough, I requested a picture of the new display models to understand what differences there were from the model I had and that request was ignored multiple times. Your explanation seems to imply that you do have the ability to stock a display exactly like mine, but it was just too much trouble to do it because "it is no longer regularly carried in inventory". So, to avoid you having to stock all the types of displays you sell and make artwork for, I have to pay to send my display to Florida and back (adding about $400 to the total cost). I must say, that really exceeds my expectations! read more

Terrible customer service. They made an error and shipped me the wrong product, even though it was clear on the invoice they sent earlier what I ordered. Refused to recognize their mistake and would not refund my shipping, and asked me to pay for shipping and a restocking fee to send it back. Lost my business. read more

An expensive trade show product display fell apart after one show. I sent it back in under warranty, and the "fixed" item returned had stitches hanging out everywhere. I then asked them to address the item that wasn't fixed, but after 6 weeks of attempting contact I've been ignored by their head of sales Maria Leyva and her associate Lea Ortega. Don't trust this vendor. read more
