History
Established in 2003.
Founded in 2003, Vision Media was originally conceived to serve as the creative arm for its sister post-production company, Post East Video in Fort Lauderdale. Vision Media founder and Post East President, Jay Juliano, was committed to fill a niche' in the area for fast, affordable and effective video production services.
Word spread fast--and soon, Vision Media was gaining a reputation in South Florida production circles for their visually stimulating creative looks and the Company's dedication to surpass its clients' expectations. As Vision Media's reputation developed, so did their client list.
Juliano sold Post East Video in 2006 to consolidate both production and post-production services under the Vision Media banner. Through its ever-evolving line of products and services and continuing emphasis on absolute customer satisfaction, Vision Media now proudly boasts over 120 clients across the country, representing some of the most successful companies in their respective industries.
Meet the Business Owner: Jay J.
A native of Hollywood, FL, Jay Juliano enlisted in the Army in 1984. He graduated the Defense Information School and served with the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service until 1991. Jay's travels took him to Honduras, Louisiana and to, what was then, West Berlin, where he became Station Manager for AFN's radio affiliate in the City. While in the service, he studied Business Administration at Northwestern State University and Marketing at the University of Maryland European Campus. During his tenure in the Army, Jay received several awards, including the "Thomas Jefferson 4th Estate Award" and "Broadcaster of the Year," for Excellence in military broadcasting.
Upon rejoining civilian life, Jay joined a small advertising firm in South Florida, quickly rose through the ranks to become VP of Creative Services and through his efforts, the company flourished. Juliano left the firm in 2003, to pursue his "Vision" full time!
