I'm the pastor of a progressive, postmodern church and the author of hundreds of blog articles. I also have an extensive background in graphic design, and I owned a technology firm for decades. When I receive random marketing materials, especially from tech-related companies like SEO firms, they go directly into the trash. But I held on to Exults' mailer because, frankly, it looked polished, professional, and no-nonsense.
In my first meeting with the team I would later come to affectionately consider my "Scooby Gang," their honesty, experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of the industry impressed not only me but also the entire board of our church.
Working with Exults is a genuinely cooperative partnership. We email back and forth often, always refining ideas. They push me to try new things, like a vlog, which I was uncomfortable doing initially. But, they've graciously coached me through it and been patient when I offer ludicrous scenarios that are barely technologically plausible. And yet, they still make it work. Exults is proactive. I did not want to work with a firm that I had to micromanage. I needed advice! Exults is like having an entire marketing department at your disposal for the cost of a single employee.
Listen, I can continue to list all the professional reasons Exults is excellent at their job, but many marketing companies know how to manipulate Google and Facebook. For me, Exults is unique because they pay attention to my company and its specific needs. They apply tailored, custom solutions to our goals, and through every request or lane change, the entire team responds not only professionally, but with joy. You can tell these folks love their jobs and love doing their job for you.
As a pastor who preaches it is the duty of all of us to serve one another unconditionally with grace and love, the fact that everyone at Exults simply does this is impressive and inspiring.
