Instead of coming up with a full responsive option they winded up developing two websites (one for desktop and one for mobile) which is twice as costly to develop and maintain. Eventually I had to invest redoing the whole thing from scratch. Also, they were never able to produce a fully functional signature that I commissioned and paid for. When I requested the fixes for it to work they made me feel like I was asking for things out of the work-scope. Very nice people, they just need to figure it out .
