If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have been a loyal customer of MetroPCS & this store for many years. I have bought several phones here. I went there this afternoon and had a horrific experience with their manager named Bruce. This man never smiles or is kind to people, he always has a bad attitude and is arrogant. Not to mention the sexually inappropriate comments he would make about other customers. Today, out of nowhere he approached me and started to verbally attack me, humiliating me in front of other customers & employees creating a HUGE scene all becuz I sent him a text many months ago that he disliked for mentioning "God" to him. When I said I would then see the other employee for assistance, he immediately yelled out to the other young man who works there, "do not help her!" I stood there shocked and humiliated. The customers that were there with their little kids just looked at me in shock as well. He then yelled, "Get out..leave the store!" I thought he was going to get violent so I left. As I was leaving I heard him use some profanity towards me not caring children were present. I told him I would go to another MetroPCS store. I was so upset I could not believe a MANAGER of a store would behave so unprofessional and rude!! A PROFESSIONAL MGR. takes a person aside, not verbally attacks her in front of an entire store of people! A PROFESSIONAL MGR. does not kick a customer out of a store for no motive! He has ZERO manners! I have also filed a complaint with the MetroPCS corporate office. Don't go to this store & be mistreated. Don't give them your business. All they care about is selling phones & making their commissions. Clearly the owner does not care at how customers are treated here! when he hasn't bothered to reply and/or apolgize! After this horrible incident, I don't even feel like staying with MetroPCS! They suck. read more

No more treating long term customers to upgrade deals. It's all about the upsell these days. The manager is a total douche while the others are on the upsell train. No longer the Metro I have been using for over 10 years. Those days are gone. Beware! read more

Went to the Metro store in Deerfield to find out why my phone was running slow. Bruce the manager told me the port was broken on my phone and I needed a new phone I didn't want a new phone but I have no landline and no other phone so I got the phone but my guts kept saying something's not right I called Samsung went to an authorized dealer found out my old phone that wasn't even a year old had nothing wrong with it it was working fine charging fine even have paperwork to prove it. Went back to the Deerfield store to get my money back and return the 3 day old phone with all the boxes, accessories, receipt, etc and Bruce said No Refunds! Don't ever go to this store they are scam artists! read more

My overall experience with Metro PCS has rather been unpleasant and caused great inconvenience. 3 Years ago I switched to Metro from AT&T because All Unlimited package was $80 at AT&T at that time, and $60 at Metro. With every provider prior I have been signing up for Autopay and if I needed to change my credit card on file it was NOT a problem and I could easily do it myself online. In 2016 I switched my debit card on file with Metro Autopay to my credit card and back a couple of times, due to frequent traveling for work and personal management of budgets. In January of 2017 the Autopay became unavailable - the debit card I had on file for two years was suddenly declining with Metro, even though for all my accounts with other companies it was working perfectly. I spent next 10 months trying to square it out with Metro and find why all of a sudden my Debit Card is not going through. First 6 months I called the 800 customer service and EACH month they would say "Okay, we have resolved this issue and from now you are enrolled in Autopay". But it never happened. What happened was that every month I had to find a store and go in and pay it manually with the SAME DEBIT CARD, or through the 800 customer service where they charged additional $3 each time for processing. After 6 months of this mess I went to a different Metro PCS office and they found out that my card is 'blocked' at Metro website and I have to visit the corporate office and they WILL correct the error. They gave me the address of 1149 South Military Trail, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 as the Corporate office and so I went there. First time they took all my info and said that they PROMISE to reach out to me by such and such date. I waited. Nothing. Nothing, passed two days after the date. I called again. The associate told me that they dont have the answer yet. I waited more. And all this time I was the one reaching out - they DID NOT! Then I couldn't find the person who was handling this issue..so I just drove to their corporate store again, found the associate and asked him for answers. He apologized and gave me another 3 days to wait... Then he called and said that the ACTUAL corporate office said that they cannot put my debit card (the card that was on Metro Autopay for 2,5 years) on Autopay because it was switched to my credit card a few times. At that moment I was fed up with Metro and said that because of such a prolonged inconvenience and poor customer service I should just switch back to AT&T..he didn't even try to keep my business. I had no problems with metro until they did the "Metro by T-Mobile" merger, I absolutely HATE the service now! I average anywhere from 3-7 dropped calls A DAY!!! I rarely have service especially internet which I depend on very much because I run a business. This horrid network cost me $7,000 due to a dropped call during a conference call for a BIG job! I always get some bs run around when I call, they always want to restore my network settings which you lose your voicemails & some other info when you do that, hence losing my voicemails I lost out on money again because I was unable to return phone calls for estimates. So do yourself a favor & spend the extra money on a reliable carrier cause Metro is not. read more

Been there a few times an NEVER had a problem. They even got my Blue tooth in my car set up and refused to take the $20 I offered the sales person. Have some issues now with lost data and need a better phone And I will stop in Saturday. read more

Metro Pcs is abysmal. The so-called unlimited plan is actually quite limited with slow downs even before reaching the 30 gig mark. If you're unlucky enough to live in an underserved area, as I do, your cellular data will be *meh* at best. Once you pay your bill, it will take at least 24 hours to have your data and hotspot reset, all of which you're paying for but it's as though Metro PCS is doing you a favor. Metro is too steampunk for my needs and usage. And then there's the myMetro app, an app produced by a telecommunications company which communicates so poorly, it was clearly a customer service afterthought and that is abysmal. Yes, it is a budget carrier. That is eminently clear with poor cellular connections, unreliable service, and Five & Dime data. The customer service rep, Ruth, cut our chat then I was suddenly unable to reconnect after several tries. This too is abysmal. Hopefully like so much else, this will be a temporary association. Couldn't be more let down and disappointed. read more

Sorry I can't give NO stars. I took my phone in for Wi-Fi connection issues. The tech, Antonio, asked me to have a seat while he worked on my phone. I was there a LONG time. He finally suggested a factory reset. He appeared strictly professional to me, I had no reason to suspect him of anything. Although he was playing with his phone while working on mine. And when I got my phone back, 'smart switch' was now on it, where it wasn't before. When I got home and started looking through my gallery I found a couple things I didn't recognize. Both a photo, as well as an 8 minute video of what appears to be him, getting a blowjob. I'm not as bothered by what he put on my phone, as what he may have transferred off of it. It's in the laws hands now. read more

You have a warranty on a phone then they want to charge you full price for a refurbished phone you do a warranty exchange, what a joke. Who in their right state of mind would pay full price for a used phone when your phone was under warranty ? I went in today to get a handset Exchange Kama I had previously tried to do it and had no access to my Google so had to postponed till I got my Google passwords in order I came back again to the store to do the handset Exchange the lady at the counter said my screen was cracked I said oh don't worry that's my screen protector she said no you don't have one comma when they had given me my original handset back from the first exchange they forgot to put my screen protector back on and it voided my warranty, they didn't even try to compensate me just told me they couldn't do it really can't believe they couldn't just take the hit and make sure they fulfilled based on the mistake won't be coming back here anytime soon read more

I have seemed to come up empty and at a loss after close to a year of attempting to find adequate tech support for my Metro PCS phone. Customer support over the phone at 611 found a way to weasel themselves out of doing their job by simply saying that my phone is just not working. After going in person to several places in the local area, I met with several individuals to attempt to address the constant flashing, text transmission failed, visual voicemail failing to come in as it should and so on. I met instead with an impressive level of ineptitude on the part of the employees who said they did not know or could not help with these seemingly basic concerns. Now in attempt to find an actual office that does their job in attending to technical issues with the phone I have been reaching malfunctioning automated voicemail that is non responsive to requested verbal prompts. I suppose I'm SOL on this at this point and not only have to replace phone but find a provider that is acceptable and treats their customers by making it look as they have an IQ of above 50. read more

this review is for the metro pcs located on hillsboro and powerline, do not go here. they are ripping people off. went in today to replace the 3rd replacement phone because when they replace your phone its not new. workers dont know what there doing there rude. i was waiting in line for 45 min and over heard a worker charging a woman 10$ to restart her phone. i just walked up to her and said id do it for free!!!! they pretty much sold us a broken phone and replaced it with 2 more broken phones and long story short manager said its not there problem and i can just buy a new phone. no thanks and risk buyinng a other broken phone. ever since they re-did this location its gone down hill with the new employees and manager i would know iv been coming to this location for years. i will not be returning. metro just lost not only me as a costumer but my entire family as well.. if ur looking to buy a phone dont come here they will just rip u off and ull have to end up buying a new phone if something happens to it even if the problem is on there end and not yours. read more
