Initially very happy but last two to three months the battery is declining at ridiculous rate and I admit my teeth are grinding thinking I might have been given a "long gone " battery from old stock or "used battery? I started to work from home again and the first six months I did I think My 2016 Mac laptop battery would only stay on with connection to the charger. I took in my laptop on a Friday they called me back the following day and worked with me to leave a deposit so I was able to pick up my laptop for Monday and continue working from home. I came in and had patiently waited so Connor could assist the lady in front of me. After the lady was about to leave, Connor politely asked her to return and asked her for the device so he can see how he can fix the issue for her to be satisfied. Update on UbreakiFix....we came back approximately 30 Days later with the same phone issue. We left the phone for repairs under warranty and received a call that the charge would be $150. I told the rep We would not be paying $150 As this is the 2nd time the LCD issue happened on the phone and it should be covered under warranty. He said the phone appeared it was dropped and would show me when I came to pick up phone. I refused to pay and they decided to include the repair under warranty. When I arrived to pick up the phone I asked the sales rep in the front to please show me the evidence of damage. He could find none. I asked him if the new repair would be covered under warranty and he said yes. He then went to add a screen protector on my phone in the back room where the "manager" is each time, but doesn't come out. His story changed when he reappeared and said the manager said the damage he saw was internal and would not be covered under warranty. The story flip flopped. In the long run I'm better paying my insurance with ATT and a pricey deductible for a replacement phone. This place wheels and deals, but unfortunately are dishonest and inconsistent and do not stand behind their work. read more

I left, went to the store down the road and noticed my screen wasn't processing all of my taps, so I went back to troubleshoot. This is the second uBreakifix I went to because they were the only ones that dealt with HP. I didn't want to go here after the awful, disrespectful, and lying I received at the first one on Hillsboro Blvd. BUT, when I walked in I was greeted immediately by Grant who promised he would look at my computer and even if he had to stay late would make sure he would have it ready for his manager to order the part the next day. Even said he would call me that night to let me know all was ready for me to just come in and give the ok to his manager. He kept his word and called me at 8.00 pm on a Sunday night to let me know all was good. When I walked in Monday, his manager, Dillon, knew who I was and was ready to order the part once I gave a deposit. The part came late Friday night and Saturday I brought my laptop back in. They said it would take 2 hours and it would have had my laptop not been a special item. They were so apologetic. Should me pictures of why the HP didn't fit and no one especially HP carried that piece. They refunded my credit and asked me if I needed help with anything else including transferring my hard drive to a new laptop please think of them. Which I will. Connor, Grant, and Dillon were responsible, respectful, and honest. Completely opposite of what I experienced on Hillsboro Beach Blvd. in Deerfield. Somehow the part I ordered from Pompano Beach was ove a 100.00 less than Hillsboro Blvd. there is certainly a scam being run there by their manager Malick and Aria. read more

My old phone died and I needed to get it running again so I could get the data from it. I took it to one local company and, after keeping it a week, they said they could not do it. I took it to UBreakIFix on Federal near Copans, and they were able to get the phone operating again. After they gave it back, I found it still would not charge, and they fixed the charging port with no additional charge. I dealt with Dylan and Alex. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient.
