    My credit card after I paid my second service in a week was stolen here. They charged it up 400…read morefrom azzar jewelry, two tik tok shops in 50-60 amounts, 300 from a weed dispensary, and uber eats. I noticed that the week before I first went they had me there all day 1-7pm with my 1 year old. They kept saying 30 min then 1 hour and so on. I paid back of phone and front phone to be fixed $250 then a week after my phone dropped and I had to come back and charged me $100 but this time the charge wasn't from cellphone fix (business name) the $100 was a different merchant ( Sq jyj solutions corp) the business owner colombian was the one to tap my card and I got home and I started seeing these charges then I called him I asked if he used it he said I tapped that he gave it back .. I had parked in front no way I could have dropped it from counter to my car .. it was a business man that was charging these charges .... At first he was nice family man but now I will never come back here .. taking advantage and greed .. Minutes after paying, my credit card company contacted me about multiple attempts of fraudulent transactions. I also noticed that the name of the business that showed up on my credit card statement the second time was different from the first time, which was suspicious. Shortly after, I saw about $600 in charges that I did not authorize. Given this experience, I strongly suspect they were behind it. This is very concerning especially as a single parent with responsibilities, I can't afford to deal with schemes like this. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Please be very careful if you decide to use their services. Waiting time and fraudulent transaction

    Horrible time here. I took my daughter's iPad Pro in to have the charging port replaced as it was…read moreno longer charging. Price quoted on the phone versus price in person was different. The person who inspected the iPad quoted a lower price than the owner who was not there, but took all the calls remotely. However, that was the least of my problems. Upon returning to the store to pick up the repaired iPad I noticed that the screen was damaged horribly. He was praying that I wouldn't notice. See all the "white dots". That's from under the panel. Damage that their technician did to a perfectly fine iPad. He had the audacity to say to me in his heavy Ukranian accent that it would "clear up" after a couple of hours, like i was an idiot. Incredible! He called the owner, the one who lied and said I needed a new battery as a way to squeeze more money out of me after his technician quoted a lower price, said the exact same nonsensical statement: "That it would clear up in a few hours". What a bunch a low-lives, low frequency individuals. Greedy, incompetent and deceitful. They wound up replacing my screen with a cheaper version that began failing a month later. It currently has dead pixels across the entirety of the screen but you couldn't pay me to return to this DEN OF THIEVES. ZERO STARS and they should be investigated and deported for criminality. The WORST!!!

    I ordered a refurbished Samsung S22 phone from them 4/16/2025 through the Walmart website. I…read morethought I was dealing with Walmart, but they are a 3rd party seller. The phone I received had connection problems. Cellular Gallery offered to replace the phone and said they would send a replacement by 2nd day Fedex after the same day they received the original phone back. They received the original from me on Monday 5/5/2025. Thursday 5/8 I still hadn't received the replacement and emailed them for an update. Friday 5/9 I received a USPS tracking number from them. They had sent the replacement that day and I won't have the replacement phone until Monday 5/12. Assuming USPS delivers on time, which is always suspect. I don't recommend buying from this seller although at the time of purchase I thought I was buying from Walmart.

If you spent that few minutes 3 weeks ago when I 1st reported the issue, you could have saved me and my wife hours of aggravation missing a multitude of calls, trying to troubleshoot the problem with Samsung, waiting more than a week for the new phone to arrive and then experiencing the same problem with the replacement phone that I needed to trouble shoot all over again. The fact that the replacement phone was not sent out for more than a week after I returned my phone was inexcusable although you were comfortable in blaming it on being out of town, being sick or your assistant not doing her job. Before you left town when you 1st realized that the phone that I returned was operating properly why didn't you call me to explain how I should properly access my calls on the replacement? That would have warranted a positive review. The way you handled my account shows a serious lack of concern for your customers that should be shared with others who are considering dealing with you in the future. Sincerely David
