"ANDREW" at this T-Mobile location is the absolute BEST! He assisted me in porting over 3 numbers to the T-Mobile network AND transferred ALL the data over to our new phones. He is not only super patient but it is clear that he has expertise and knowledge in the field. He explained everything to me in detail and was so, so very easy and pleasant to work with; a really great guy. This particular location is known as the best in the area, and ANDREW is the ultimate in providing quality service and is able to resolve any issue. My experience was GREAT!!! Big mistake. Got phone from Metro PCS store where I have been going to for years. Didn't know salesman and he told me once I get phone from UPS bring it back to set up which I did and another guy was there. He set it up but told me I had to go to zT Mobile store because he couldn't transfer my other phone. Got to T mobile store said he couldn't do it because it had to be done when set up. He added the other guy LIED and should have done it. So I call customer service and they helped me use an app to get some of my stuff and couldn't get it all. So I have to manually add all of it which is a nightmare because half the time I get password is wrong messages.when I know they are not wrong. I was told phone would be,$50 monthly but I get a senior discount so it will be $40. I get a bill right away for $65.90. These people LIE. Going with Verizon ! read more

I had the pleasure of working with George this last month. He helped us replace our WiFi and landline at my business, then my WiFi at home and my sister's WiFi at her house. It was a little difficult due to Comcast not releasing my Pin so I could transfer my landline to T-Mobile. He went above and beyond and highly recommend him. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! everything was good at the start but my sister didn't want a pronation they gave cause it's a scam!!. they say add a free line yet start charging you afterwards. i wanted to cancel it. he said 1 hour wait yet they attend all other customers that weren't there before. like bffr. then says to wait after he attends a customer that was there AFTER ME. like excuse me. i know im not invisible. and he is supposedly the manager that day September 21 i was there since 6:23pm - 7:35pm. he wears glasses. read more

My husband and I have been in this T Mobile store 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Each time we were treated with courtesy and respect. We were able to upgrade our existing phones with ease and also able to get Smart watches for free due to a current promotion. Everyone working at this store is very helpful, knowledgeable and informative to everyone who comes into the store. Today , I went into this location and it was filled with amazing service . When in walked in i was greeted by Mike the manager. Maria had called my service in before i arrived and even though she was off today , Omar stepped in and helped me out tremendously! Omar made sure my Apple Watch was set-up and ready to use and even installed my screen protector for my watch. He thoroughly explained everything to me ! Today, Tuesday afternoon (11/20/2018), I went to the T-Mobile Store located on the North Ridge Shopping Center, 871 E. Commercial Blvd, Oakland Park, FL 33334. I have visited this Mobile Store numerous times with questions, etc. Today, I had a problem with my cell phone, and could not correct it. As soon as I entered the store, Carlos asked if he could help me. I explained the problem I was having with my LG cell phone. He asked me several questions concerning my problem, and proceeded to viewed the problem. I could tell by the way he approached solving the problem, he knew what he was doing. He did not mention one time that he could not resolve the problem, he just kept right on for approximately an hour until he the problem was resolved. T-Mobile is lucky to have Carlos as an employee, and he answered all my questions without hesitating. I was worried that I may have to purchase another cell phone. He explained to me that it was not the phone, it was an app problem, and he resolved it, and was very patient with me responding to my questions. Generally easy to get service if you go early in the morning. Problem with them is that they are either dishonest in their promises or just inept with calling back the customer when it comes to out-of-stock items. I recently purchased 2 UE Roll speakers that T-Mobile had, at the time, a special on. Unfortunately they were out of a pair of same color speakers- so they (manager and sales rep.) offered me one speaker in a different color as a temporary replacement until they got more of the same color I wanted in. Well guess what? A month+ later, no call and I still have the mismatched colored speakers. Feels like a standard Switch-n-Bait strategy. This along with their aggressive sell practices (trying to get me to buy the highest priced speakers instead) makes me very hesitant to ever recommend this location.
