I dropped by today, came in, within 5 mins was quoted (super affordable!) and device was fixed within 1.5 hour timeline (honestly, it was fixed faster). He was so nice, he could see my son was a little upset that he had to hand his phone over (he's on the spectrum and electronics are his special interest) and acknowledged him with kindness asking him if he was okay and explained to him what needed to be done. After I installed it, I could not get signal, access wifi, or even open my gallery long enough to transfer photos before it would crash again. Unwilling to accept defeat, I sought out help. I wandered into this new repair shop next to Doris Italian Market and was helped by Chris. He offered to restore the phone, my data and contacts for less than my deductible, and it would be ready in a couple hours. He also offered to fix the screen while he was at it.
