OMG.... I think I found my favorite store in SoFlo. I have been to this store more than 3 times and…read moreeach time, I have experienced nothing less than a positive, professional store. I went to get my iPhone 6s Plus phone fixed due to some charging issues I was having, and he was able to fix it for $45 or less. After taking my phone to T-Mobile and being told that I would have to buy a new iPhone (which would ultimately cost me $1,000+), I went back to Wireless Tech on a hunch that they may be able to fix the problem. Surprise, they did! On my 2nd visit, I witnessed a transaction between the store manager and a girl who needed to get her phone's camera fixed. He was polite and fixed it within 30 mins. She was shocked, as she was in and out in less than a day (and without having to buy a new phone). On my 3rd visit (6/19/2019), I went back and had them replace the battery in the same phone. Again, I paid about $45 plus tax (not $1,000). On both of these occasions, it only took about 20 minutes to fix. I am giving them 5 Stars because they are an excellent example of what a repair shop should be. Again, if you are looking for a store to get your iPhone fixed, this is the place. Thanks, Wireless Tech!

Top notch repair shop!…read more I've been meaning to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S6 but I was trying to hold out a little longer for the the next model. I ignored the scratches and the simple crack across the main screen. I dealt with the phone getting slower and slower. That was until the latest Lollipop update killed my phone... After I installed it, I could not get signal, access wifi, or even open my gallery long enough to transfer photos before it would crash again. Unwilling to accept defeat, I sought out help. I wandered into this new repair shop next to Doris Italian Market and was helped by Chris. He offered to restore the phone, my data and contacts for less than my deductible, and it would be ready in a couple hours. He also offered to fix the screen while he was at it. By the time I had lunch and ran a few errands, my phone was ready with everything the way it was, plus a functional Lollipop update! Great experience.

I was up for an upgrade but didn't want to shell out the money for an iPhone 7 since I wasn't too impressed with it and was hoping for the next release. Anyway, I went on Yelp to look for a place to repair my screen. Tons of businesses popped up, but I chose Repair Bot because of their positive reviews and their quoted price ($89.99 for an iPhone 6 screen). I called a few other businesses in the area and Repair Bot had the most reasonable price and service time. I walked in and was walked through the process of what they planned to do to repair my phone. They told me everything should be fixed in 45-60 min. I left my phone with them and did some shopping in the area. When I picked up my phone, everything looked brand new. The new screen looks great, color and brightness were unchanged from the original, and I walked out a happy customer. So if you're ever in a bind and need your phone or tablet or computer fixed, check out Repair Bot!

I paid the service charge of $85.00. When he returned with the part, I was charged another $85.00 for a service charge plus the cost of the part. I explained I understood the service charge to be a one-time charge not a charge for him to come out and another service upon returning to install the part. Everyone else I contacted informed me there would be a one-time service charge to include coming out to diagnose the problem and if they had to return because a part was needed. We negotiated the amount and I paid $125.00. The following day, I tried the printer only to discover the roller he installed was still not grabbing the paper. I called Dan and he told me he would come out the next day. The next day came, and Dan did not show or call. I called him again; he apologized and informed me he would come out after 5pm. Again, another no show. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and honesty, not to mention the out-of-pocket expense of $210.00 for a printer that is not working. I would caution anyone who is considering utilizing the services of FixitNow to think twice and make sure you get the particulars in writing. Also, do not use Zelle and I did, as there is no recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!!
