I'm glad I went because the customer service was excellent and had lots of non Apple products to select from....and I mean A LOT! I could easily spend way too much time in there looking over everything they have. I will definitely be bringing my Android phones here for products and service in the future.

Unfortunately the customer service at this particular franchise is a joke. They looked up my account verified the insurance than kept telling me the screen protector is not part of the coverage? ... I explained it was purchased a week ago and its on the receipt. THEY INSISTED I go back to the store where I bought it. I try to persist but they were adamant they had no intention of helping me with this issue. I can only assume that either since being fairly new location that they were not properly trained or the fact since I didn't buy the phone or the accessories here they had no intention of helping me. Went back to the location where I bought the phone and they brought up my account, verified everything and replaced the screen protector without question. Not sure what is going on with this particular location as I have never had issues at any other franchise location regardless of where the phone was purchased. Either train your personal better or tell customers you aren't helping them if you didn't buy the phone there either way I wouldn't spend a dollar at this location ever. Completely Incompetent. AVOID!

I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience…read more I had my iPad screen replaced, and less than two weeks after the repair, a line appeared down the middle of the display. I contacted the shop immediately, and they acknowledged that the screen was defective and assured me they would repair it under their warranty. Unfortunately, it's now been almost two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I've been given repeated excuses and delays, and more recently they've stopped responding altogether. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a repair only to end up with a defective screen and then have to chase the business for months without any resolution. Good customer service doesn't end once payment is made. Standing behind your work and honoring your warranty should be a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
