I contacted their customer service several times they said they'd get back to me. It's been almost a month since I've heard anything back despite sending multiple emails. Do not buy something from them. You will regret it when it stops working and they don't honor their claims on their website that they "have your back".

She ran in here with her husband, drop the machine off, set it up and said she had to leave because something was going on in the past regarding the holocaust and her family. I set up my computer. The machine is much more difficult than my former, and the smallest hoop was missing, which is included under normal sales. I emailed her and received a very nasty reply. I called her and all she did was yell. This let me know she was just trying to back me off because she knew she was in a corner and a fraud. She said she would be severing ties with Janome. However, her husband would still be doing the repairs at the point he was here he could barely walk, and she told me he was quite ill. It has been a long time, but I did finally call Janome and they let me know. They severed ties with her and she should not be advertising as a Janome dealer as she is no longer a Janome dealer, and should not be represented as such people beware of this woman. She's a con and does not care About anything but what benefits her she looks good on the website but in person she's a thief. I have struggled with this for over two years she put a serious dent in my sewing time. I have tried to contact her by messenger and nothing I have the names of reputable dealers in South Florida area. It is located in Andrews Avenue in a tiny shopping plaza. If you drive past it you have to do a U-turn to get back on it, luckily I did not miss it. The store itself is very small. it is more of an alteration place if you ask me. I saw the alteration backroom was slightly larger than where the fabrics are displayed. They do carry fabric but not a large selection. And what I saw the most were tailoring fabrics. I also saw some home Decour fabrics and a few African prints very little apparel fabric. But it is worth checking out if you are looking for suiting fabrics. Pricewise is pretty much on point with every other store I have visited. The sales person was pleasant. The three star review is for the selection and the location it is a bit inconvenient to get to it if you miss it, and parking is a one-way which is pretty tricky as well.
