Came to this Hobby Lobby looking for a particular item. They didn't have it, but I ended up getting $80 worth of fabric! They have such a great variety or awesome cotton prints. Unfortunately, Hobby lobby is downsizing their fabric department and have have gotten rid of most apparel fabrics. They now carry mostly home decor and cotton. Still, their prices are very good, especially when they have 40% off fabric which is what they had this particular weekend. The store is completely the opposite way of the one I'm used to, but it is very organized and everything is in its place. Sales associates were very nice and helpful. Still cannot get out of this store. Eight people on line and I asked the manager if she could possibly open up another register. There are at least eight (8) registers. Very rudely, "I'll see if I can find someone but you'll just have to wait!!" I just threw my stuff on the counter and walked out. I went down and got it at Target. This location of Hobby Lobby is pretty big. It's nicely organized. In the morning time, employees are rearranging things plus cleaning, so it's nice getting help if you need. This store is a crafts and DIY kind of party store. Comparatively, it reminds me of Michaels but with more expansive inventory. They have most holiday decorations throughout the year since they have space for it. My favorite: Their flower aisles are impressive and nice if you are planning a party and want to do table center pieces etc. Recently been here twice since my boss was planning a office party and wanted to brainstorm with me plus start buying party favors, party supplies etc. Side Note: They have a lot of coupons. My wife loves Hobby Lobby. She buys lots of arts and crafts, and everything else under the sun. They have super products and it's a lot of fun to browse. Please add me to the list of fans. Misty, who we met at the entrance, was a breath of fresh air. Our phone was missing and she did her very best to help us find it, but to no avail. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness were outstanding and she alerted Management, who also was involved in the search. Hobby Lobby is great for those who are looking to either buy already made stuff to decorate with, or if you are one of those gifted people who can make something out of art supplies (I cannot). They have a wide selection of art supplies, candles, holiday decorations, frames, comic book themed items, stickers, jewelry making items and really just about anything a crafty person could want and need. The prices are reasonable and I have never had an bad experience checking out. They have great sales and coupons. I love their essential oil blends and wind up purchasing at least 2 new ones any time I go. They store is always clean and there is ample parking in the lot. read more

Extremely poor service by Misty and Victor. They both were right in front of me when I walked in giving me eye contact and did not even say hello. When I asked Misty for assistance, in my opinion, lacked warmth and kindness --and seemed uncomfortable with me --I am not sure the reason but I wonder if it were because I appeared different from her. Who knows? ‍ Hobby Lobby is supposed to be a Christian company but I am not sure that they always have people with authentic Christian hearts. I adore this location. I'm a mom who was living under a rock and I had NEVER been to hobby lobby. One day, on a whim, I stopped in after grabbing a coffee at Starbucks and knowing I had an hour to kill before picking my kid up at daycare. $50 later, I had scored $100 worth of Christmas goodies on Sale. I've been back 6 to 7 times over the past month since Santa is bringing my 2 year old a super hero room. I went 2 weeks ago to buy the super hero letters for my son's name for his wall. The manager, who has helped me several times before, stopped me and told me to come back in 3 days, they had a big shipment come in and the letters would be 50% off. He saved me $20, which of course I still ended up spending on odds and ends. This location is very big, the staff is friendly and don't forget to look up your 40% off Hobby Lobby coupon. It can be used on any product not on sale and be used once a day. I will be back for sure. Also, they are a Christian organization and play Christian music throughout the store. read more

This store is a planner girl's dream come true. So many stickers and planner accessories (especially versus other craft stores). Great sales and deals including 40-50% off. My boyfriend even found some awesome Batman and Marvel stuff. So he didn't feel bored and dragged to a craft shop. He got some great Star Wars decor for his place and all at 50% off! I was listening to the most beautiful Christian music, while being checked out by the most un-Christ-like employee on the planet. So rude, and unhelpful. Every-time I come here I'm told at the register that the sale signs are incorrect and that everything I have in my cart is full price when there clearly was a 50% off sign on the display. First off, they don't have scanners for barcodes. They actually have to punch the price into the register. The staff in the 'framing' dept. is rarely on the floor and they're clueless. I went to check out and the cashier asked if i had a coupon. I asked where I would get a coupon and he said just to the website and there will be a 40% coupon. There's no wifi or internet service in the store so the website wouldn't load. I asked the manager if she could just ok the 40% and she told me that I needed to download the app or go the website. I replied, again, that without wifi I can't get to the website. She told me to go outside and see if I could download it there. I said if I go outside, I won't be buying your products and will go someplace else, of which she replied, "then go." And I did. read more

The store is clean & organized. I have never seen the store "busy". The floor employees are way more helpful then Michaels or ACMoore. Check out & returns take more time then other stores as they use antiquated techniques. Returns are problematic when you have multiple items because the receipts don't list/itemize the UPC or exact item description. Receipt only lists categories. I can't believe "Eleanor R" is actually a manager. She is clueless. I had to basically do the return for her as she couldn't find the items on my receipt & told me I would only receive 40% of my purchase price on a store credit because she had to do it as a non-receipt return. I had to go line by line & show her the items were in fact on the receipt. I think I'll stick to Michaels for future crafting needs as I don't need the extra hassle, especially when I have a toddler in tow. read more
