I've been going to Andy for almost a year now. Love every cut he's done. I usually go to salons but with my pixie cut a lot of salons don't know how to fade or do an undercut. DIRTY CLIPPERS!!!! PUT A RINGWORM IN MY SON'S HEAD!!!! To start, this shop does not know how to cut African textured hair... Unless you are Caucasian or Euro-Hispanic, they will brush your hair BACK to edge you up!?! WTH? My husband had to basically walk the barber step by step on how to cut his hair. He was nice, but had no clue... Mickey, another barber cut our Son's hair. The next day my son developed. BUMPS IN THE BACK OF HIS HEAD!!! This later manifested into a RINGWORM!! My son has been getting his hair cut since 2 years old and this has NEVER happened! THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY CLEAN THEIR CLIPPER BUT THEY DON'T. False advertising. They have the hours posted as open until 3 PM on Sunday. Showed up at 2:27 PM, they have the lights on flashing "OPEN," I go to open the door and it's locked. They just stared at me while I smile and pulled on the closed door. I'm pretty sure I'm never going to try coming here again for sure. read more

First time went to this shop with an appointment and was taken in right away. Great clean and friendly atmosphere. My barber was David and I must say he had great custom service skills. From time to time he made sure I was comfortable and took his time to get me the cut I wanted. I would highly recommend David if you do plan to visit this shop. Great Service !!!! John was very professional and gave me one of the best cuts I've had in a long time. Johnny cut my son hair and did a great job !! All staff were wearing mask and very clean!! Diego was a nice guy but he had no clue what I said nor did he understand how to cut my length of hair. I asked for less than half an inch off and he took about 2 inches. I just wanted to get rid of dead ends. I lost a lot of the hair that I waited a long time for to grow. Extremely disappointed. For reference, I used to be able to put my hair up. Been here twice. Thought I would give the shop a second chance and it was a bad choice. This shop is nothing but rush jobs. The barbers don't listen because their only incentive is to get the customer out the door. Not quality at all. $25 for a low quality 10 min haircut doesn't seem right. read more

Great spot. The majority of the barbers Fo a great job. I like the fact that everyone is professional, they are mindful of the music and conversations being had when kids are present. Fades look great and and the line up are tight. The work and atmosphere are great. My negative review is that they raised their prices by almost 50%. As someone else mentioned, Dappers is somewhat out of place in the plaza that it is in. Don't let that persuade you. I live in Wellington and had been struggling to find a place that could provide a top quality haircut and beard trim at a price that didn't leave me wanting to wait a few extra weeks before coming back (yeah i'm looking at you Roosters with your ridiculous prices). Anyways finally went and did in fact get a perfect cut and trim. Chris was on time and surprisingly fast without skipping out on any quality. While I was getting my cut I noticed the barbers without customers all huddled around one of the senior barbers watching and learning. It's the barbers that make a shop, and it seems everyone there not only wants to be there but wants to be the best they can be. TLDR Finally found a barber shop I can call my own that has online booking, great barbers, fair prices, and are actually on time. What more could you ask? read more

In from Hawaii for the weekend and needed a fresh cut before the Precision Fit Body Championships on Saturday. Looked on Yelp and saw the great reviews... Thought to myself 5 stars really??? Well... Their rating is DESERVED and well EARNED. Got my hair did by Chris who seems to be the owner of the shop. But as I looked around, everyone was doing their thing and on point... Great energy from the minute I walked in, and they are more a family than coworkers. Everyone takes their time and makes sure the work is right. They take pride in what they do! My cut was so good that I didn't even have to check it when it was done. I could feel it was right! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Awesome, clean place to go and get a haircut and shave! I've been going here since the shop opened, and this place just does hair right. My Barber is Chris Sacconi and dude can flat out cut. Went in on a Friday after 5 and the place was PACKED! I called in advance to make a reservation and, unlike many other places, Dapper prides themselves on being prompt and thorough. I took my almost 2-year-old toddler to see John at the barbershop for school picture haircut and to be honest I wasn't expecting to be able to do much with his hair because he had already had two butcher haircuts previous but I was referred and I was not disappointed!! John was prepared from the very moment that toddler sat down with things to keep him occupied and patience to finish the haircut properly and he had a perfect demeanor and it was very timely and my son thoroughly enjoyed it! I know hair isn't a life or death matter because it grows back and you can always eventually fix what goes wrong but this haircut turned out wonderfully and I don't think I have to worry about that so I'll for sure be back and I appreciate the business!! read more

This place is super cool! They have barbers on all levels of expertise but all do a great job. Every time we bring our son in for his haircut we leave happy. John is especially great with kids. He's skilled and also entertaining... always looking to chat and make my son feel at ease. Appointments are suggested if you want a particular barber but if you're not picky and in a rush to get a quick cut... they take walk ins as well. Great place! read more

Just got my first haircut at Dapper. It's 5 stars no problem. The shop itself is cool so don't be put off by the shopping center (look towards the corner for the red letters that spell barber - that's Dapper.) Chris understood what I asked for and he delivers. And he can be fast. They're under $20 so be sure to tip your barber (they're worth a lot!) Probably the happiest I've ever been with a stylish cut that's radical for me. Make this you're place (and I think they do kids but ask.) Chris works 6 days a week and he'll schedule appointments by phone or on the Dapper website. This place is happening. read more

let me 1st start by saying that i have been a loyal customer of another shop in greenacres for 10 years, but it simply came down to the fact that the barber (s) at my prior shop were more into the prior nights events, then that of their paying customers. that brings me to jon and dapper barbershop. i went online and searched barbeshops near me, now at least 5-9 showed up, which lead me to their websites for the shops. upon looking, the website for dapper not only had their story and mission listed, but the had a barber by barber bio's so the customer could see who might be the perfect professional for you. the booking process via online portal for booksy, was easy and listed prices for the services you are in need of. i boooked with jon. from the moment i booked until the moment i left out of the shop, i felt like i have been going to this shop for years. it was a saturday and 8 barbers were cutting and schmoozing with their clients, it was like a well oiled machine. as far as my cut, jon not only did what was asked of him, but went above and beyond, and allowed me to come in the very next day, as i screwed up the bigen that was applied on saturday, but jon told me to come in for the touch up, and with no charge. while at the shop, i observed heads from all walks of life. from ages 4-60, white, black, brown & kids, all seem to be happy with the shop enviroment. i would highly recommend this shop for people looking for a great barber in the neighborhood, but this is also the place if you need to get away from the typical loud music & barbers not paying attention shop that you have been going to for years, but are afraid of switching. I have to say I am very happy with the professionalism that this young established barber has become! I am new to the barbershop been there about 9 times now and everything about this business is great. The barbers here all dress up very professional, they aren't yelling across barber chairs with the clients being attended, nothing bad to say. My barber (Andy/owner) has really earned my business and I'm happy to say I'm a customer for life, his skills and punctuality has really proved to me that he cares about what the client wants and doesn't criticize clients. The place is very tidy and respectful for all ages. They have a set schedule for their clients and follow thru, keep it up guys and God bless all of you and your business! read more

Honestly the best barber shop in Palm Beach County! I moved here from Toronto about 2 years ago and these guys are some of the nicest, most respectable guys around. I take my haircuts very seriously and was definitely nervous when I moved here, but the boys at dapper know exactly what they are doing. Describe how you want your hair to look once and that's exactly how it's going to look! Not only are they lethal with the clippers, anyone like myself who needs the top cut into a certain style - they definitely know their way around a pair of scissors! I highly recommend Dapper Barber Shop. It is obvious this is a great group of Barbers if you just sit and observe them for 5 minutes. Do not let their young age fool you, they are all "professionals." All very knowledgeable and talented. They never "rush" and they give the client all of their attention and get it right the first time!!! NEVER an issue. I'm a young female that needed to get my 1 year olds hair cut. A lot of times I feel intimidated walking into a barber shop but everyone was incredibly welcoming. The gentleman that did my sons hair was gentle and personable. He did a wonderful job and you really can't beat the price. We'll be coming back often. read more

The guy clearly didn't know what he was doing. He cut weird angles, left a point in the middle, the sides were super short, and kept the back long. You could see on his face that he had no idea what he was doing. Then another barber came over, started cutting my son's hair, and was teaching the first guy at the same time! My son ended up with his hair super short-like, way too short, and completely shapeless, even though his hair was pretty long before. It was a horrible experience. They messed up my son's hair badly. I do not recommend this place at all. Don't waste your time or money. On top of that, they didn't treat my son nicely either. This place is terrible! This place is awful!
