I requested information from the company and was met with a very dismissive attitude and like they were doing me a favor by even responding. I went to Alluring Med Spa, because I was concerned about my neck laxity. They recommended to me injecting Radiesse fillers on my jawline and chin and they informed me that if I proceed now with the treatment I'd be able to take advantage of an offer, so I didn't have time to do any research. Then I asked them twice, once to the person on the from desk, who offered me the promotion and also to the injector, if it's possible to remove the Radiesse filler if I don't like the results and they said yes!!! Then I trusted them and I proceeded with the treatment. I came back one week after because I was concerned about how asymmetric I looked from treatment and they treated me horribly and they said that my chin and jaw were already asymmetric and sent me home instead of trying to give me any other options for helping me. When it passed one more week and nothing was improving, I came back to the Alluring Image Med Spa to ask them to remove everything and they said that only the chin can be removed and not the rest, I felt very sad and disappointed. I was specific in requesting a filler that was dissolvable. I was never informed that the filler in my jawline and chin would last me 2-5 years, what I learned after searching about Radiesse. After reading the Alluring Med Spa consent I signed I see the form is deceptive, as it groups three filler brands, Restylane, Juvederm and Radiesse on the same form. I researched this, and learned that juvederm and restylane type fillers are very different from Radiesse because they are made of hyaluronic acid, temporary dissolve in 6-12 months. Radiesse on the other hand, is completely different as it is made of calcium hydroxylapatite, changes the structure of the skin permanently and is semi permanent. I've never signed any paperwork like this which clearly defines the Radiesse treatment. If I had read this example of a consent form that states it is a long term filler, I never would have signed or verbally consented. "Verbal consent" they stated, was what they had. As medical professionals and providers that is not consent and embarrassing on their end. Their portrayal and depiction is complete distortion of the reality that occurred that day. I specifically asked for dissolvable filler that is not permanent. They treated me horrible and they lied to me. I asked twice if it's possible to be removed, why you didn't suggest another type of filler. Now I'm stuck for several years with my chin and jaw bulky. If you're a professional, you shouldn't try to sell and you should be transparent and trustworthy. read more

I was referred to Alluring Image/Ali by a friend who is also a PA in the industry for Botox services. I've had TMJ for many years and the Botox/Dysport injections into my jaw muscles have really helped my TMJ pain that I constantly endure which causes discomfort and headaches. I've noticed a huge difference since getting this service for my TMJ issues. The facility was super clean and really cute. Alexa, the office manager, was very welcoming and made me feel right at home even though it was my first visit. They were also having a holiday special on lip filler so I decided to treat myself to this additional service. Ali was super professional and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the somewhat uncomfortable procedure. I really liked that she has the physicians assistant designation which made me trust her abilities even more for these services. It's very important that the person doing these types of procedures are professionally trained and take all the necessary precautions. I never thought I'd be interested in doing these kinds of services in the past but more recently I'm all about doing what makes you feel amazing and beautiful. I had a great experience at this Spa. As I walked in I was met by the nice receptionist. She did not have a mask on which I thought was a little strange during these times. But hey, we are in Florida. I did my procedure, room was cold but she had a nice fluffy blanket, everything went well and I'm Excited to see the results. The owner did my microneedling. She was very knowledgeable on the different procedures she offers. She gave me her recommendation on the amount of procedures I need to get done. She also gave me small packets of overnight cream to put on for the next 3 days (so nice!) and to avoid any "I don't know what you put on but avoid putting any ' holistic stuff 'or whatever you got going on". The place is very well appointed in a comforting and relaxing atmosphere! Amanda knows her stuff! She was very accommodating did NOT try to upsell her like all the money hungry places she has visited before! The cost of the products and services are VERY reasonable compared to most other places in the area. My wife looks fabulous without any Botox and lip filler but you know women they want perfection when it comes to their looks, even though my wife is beautifully perfect without it I do agree it enhanced my wife's already beautiful face! I saw Aubrey for my Hydrafacial Treatment and was very impressed with her knowledge in skincare and advanced modalities. The service itself was wonderful and luxurious.
