Garden area

I had an amazing time enjoying the sauna here. I was told the wood sauna is 200 degrees and it's just transformative! The infrared saunas are in shipping containers which is just so creative! The showers are outside as is the relaxation area. Beautiful sounding wind chimes lure you off to relaxation. They are building more fountains and garden areas and I'm really excited to see what this place becomes. There are lockers with keys that are easily accessible throughout your stay. I never felt rushed to check-out after my massage and I was the only one there on a weekday, which made it extra tranquil. My massage was just ok. It was 90 minutes and I really only enjoyed about 10 minutes of it which was the foot massage. The therapist just missed the areas that needed it or pressed too hard on areas that didn't. She also incorporated some cupping without telling me she was going to do so and it was rather shocking at first and I haven't had good experiences with cupping, so I would have liked to have been informed. The room was really bright and no eye cover or eye pillow was offered. Additionally, the music played through an iPhone and just sounded awful. I'll definitely be back for the saunas and I may try another massage therapist or get a facial. The saunas her are just too amazing to not go again. I was a little bummed that when I tried to pour tea in the boutique area, there was none. I also wish I would have been given better instructions on how to get to the spa. They have a yoga studio portion, too. My maps took me to the unheated yoga studio which had no one attending it. I had to ask a guy in the parking lot where it was. He pointed out the main yoga studio. From there a nice gal who wasn't actually working the front desk, just taking a yoga class, took me through the back garden area and to the spa entrance. The spa in located on 22nd street while the yoga studio is on Seacrest. But if you just put in the Seacrest address, you'll have no idea where the spa is! So note to first timers, Map: Atha Yoga Shala & Spa- Thermae Retreat Delray Beach.

I feel so grateful to have found the Atha community. I have gone to such incredible classes here and have also enjoyed wonderful meditations + Kirtan with Ananda Devi and Shiva Das. The people who go here are so kind and loving, and it's a beautiful community healing experience. What's a special place!

Lovely Centre with many classes and sign up options. Only bad thing is all the clients are super thin and young.

Tracy is the owner and when you speak with her you immediately feel calm and comfortable. She will listen to your needs, concerns, and what brought you to her so she can recommend what "treatment" is better for you. It could be a infrared sauna, a massage, a reiki session, the sound bed, or any of the many healing services they provide. Whichever you end up needing and doing it is guaranteed you will come out feeling refreshed and feeling lighter and more at peace. I truly recommend giving these types of therapy a chance and you'll see first hand what a difference you will feel.

Simply walking in gave me a sense of peace and tranquility which I much needed post surgery. Tracy is truly kind, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I went for lymphatic drainage massages to aid post surgery, however, found various other elements to my healing journey which I was desperately needing. Tracy is one of the most intuitive and talented professionals I have ever met. From lymphatic drainage to light therapy to aid in the process to the most tender and compassionate care. I found holistic sleep aid, hormone balancing resources and even a referral to have my hair washed post surgery since I couldn't do it myself. I 10/10 recommend Tracy and Healing Hands!!!

This is an awesome facility and I truly enjoy spending time there. There's something for everyone no matter what your fitness goals are-- during my time as a member I've gone from "taking a break" from working out and doing a lot of yoga/relaxing and now currently getting back into a bodybuilding program. The gym offers a variety of equipment and I never have to improvise due to lack of equipment. I might be staying the obvious here, but if you are into powerlifting, I would probably go elsewhere. The cardio machines are brand new and really nice. The actual place itself is very clean. I feel totally comfortable showering in the locker room and they have everything you need- towels, body wash, lotion, razors, etc. The outdoor pool is really pretty and nice to relax at after a workout. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have yet to buy any food from the cafe but it looks good. Definitely some good options if you're in a bind or spending a long time there. I will gladly pay the extra $ to train in a clean and peaceful gym.

I was checked in courteously and took advantage of my early arrival (recommend) to check out the amenities. The spa smells great and the setting feels very approachable and welcoming. My massage therapist was Audrey. She was wonderful. She spent a few minutes at the start of the treatment to find out if I had any special areas of concern and then invited me to choose my aromatherapy oil. I chose the one with sweet orange. Audrey made the aches in my knees go away!!! Thank you, Audrey! Afterwards, I spent some time in the jacuzzi and then the steam room. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after the whole experience. I love the relaxation room at the Seagate: it has a very calming vibe. I was offered either a peppermint tea or some prosecco when I arrived. I chose the tea. In the past, I have chosen the prosecco. However, ever since The Seagate stopped serving the prosecco in a real champagne glass, I have switched to the tea. Prosecco does NOT taste as good served in a plastic cup! When asked about this change, I was told that their champagne glasses kept disappearing.... . Really people?? The Seagate is one of my favorite spas! I attended with my mother and she had the same amazing massage experience as I did. If I lived in Florida, I would be a regular here!
