They make it very easy when you check in. I've had both the Haddado face lift and a Medical massage by her. I've been into of the treatment rooms, they are both lit in a relaxing manner, the massage beds and chairs are comfortable, and they offer hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothing. The bathroom is accessible, modern and clean. The entrance is slightly difficult to find but stuff makes it easy by coming to get you and guiding you ! Everything was great. My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Some who had already been seen but were waiting to see if it was necessary to go back in to take more of the cells out. I am still sitting here, it is 2 p.m.and an hour ago I was notified that they did not need to go back in. BUT, I would have to wait another 40 minutes before the Plastic surgeon could see me. The whole experience was like watching an assembly line be taken care of a the cash register drawer dinging. I have had Mohs surgery before and was cared for like an independent patient, the procedure never taking more than an hour. I am at 6 hours and there is still someone ahead of me. Livid and disgusted!!!! Wednesday, Update Today I had a conversation with Abbey, Dr.Lewis's operation manager. I commend Dr.Lewis on her choosing Abbey for this position. She was amazingly, professional. Abbey's respectfully listened to my concern regarding the situation that occurred yesterday ;my hideous waiting time for the completion of my Mohs surgery and the overbooking of patients that were gathered in the office etc. Her acknowledging my dissatisfaction , without excuses was extremely satisfying. She understood why I was upset and recognized that I had been a patient since the practice had begun. I have now reconsidered the idea of not leaving the practice. And thank you Dr. Lewis and Abbey for not undermining my complaint.

When I contacted the office to express my concerns, I came back to see her and Samantha was defensive and offered many excuses. I was told there would be no refund and no additional product was offered to correct the issue.
