This place continues the upkeep of having poor service. I enter and man is on a personal call. I'm looking at bottles and he ends the call to ask me "what do you want?" TF I'm just looking. "What are you looking for?" Something with coffee aromatic. He asks me what I wear. I wear many things and proceed to search for my list. The seconds that pass are too much for him. He proceeds to give me two random bottles saying I'll like them? I tell him I avoiding anything with citrus and don't like anything vanilla. One bottle has vanilla in the name. I smell them and don't like them. He tells me they are not citrus and not vanilla. He wants to prove me wrong by giving me a catalog that list "citron" in both and vanilla in the one with vanilla in the name. You can't smell any of the good perfumes and they have no prices on the bottles so they just tell you what they will sell you for. I made the mistake and when I realized I couldn't return it but only exchange I got some perfume that I wanted but she tried to sell me the cheaper stuff first and then gave me smaller stuff. Looked up the prices after and she charged me $3-$4 more for each one. Just warning anyone who wants to go thinking they can get a good deal. Go somewhere else unless you want to look up each perfume they try to sell you. read more

This place is a rip off they are literally robbing customers. I had the unfortunate pleasure of coming across this sorry store yesterday. I was Xmas shopping for some perfume for my boyfriend. First the lady was like throwing herself at my boyfriend she looked ridiculous and desperate. We went in to buy the YSL perfume which they did have then the lady got slick so she takes my boyfriend down the other end and shows him other perfumes saying it's "exclusive perfume" what could be more exclusive than name brand? Here is their scheme they will show you the expensive brands then take you to another section that has no name brand perfumes and they will put out a bunch of smell samplers in front of you and tell you to pick. Now you have no idea what perfume is on what paper and I doubt they do too. So they pick out the cheaper bottles and will sell it to you at a ridiculous price. I paid $145 the lady never mentioned a no return policy. Then when I checked the bag the YSL perfume was not even in there the girl literally put in 2 no name perfumes and charged me like she sold us a Cartier perfume. I googled both perfumes they were so exclusive you could buy them at Walmart. One bottle was worth $12.00 and the other was worth $40 a total of $52.00 and she charged me $145! I went back in the store to return the bottles and the girl had the audacity to laugh and question me why I wanted to return the perfume. So if she does this to you here's what I recommend: I got hella loud in the store and I let all the customers know not to buy from these people. I went up and down the mall letting people know the scam they were pulling in Perfume Collections in Boynton Beach. And when you exchange your bottle make sure they give you the big bottled name brand perfume or else keep flapping your gums cause if they feel entitled to scam people then You should feel entitled to stop people from walking in the store and getting robbed by smiling pieces of crap. read more
