My designs usually take the technician around 3-4 hours to do. So I have now had to take a break and now I only get pedicures around 6 times a year. I've actually started to teach myself just to save me some cash. (See photos below) They are gentle and do a wonderful job on pedicures. The nail color always lasts me months. I'm no stranger to breast surgeries as I've had awful experiences with my implants in the past and I found Dr. Rosenthal to do my implant removal. I had consultations with a few well recognized surgeons before meeting him and the difference in consultations was very different. Dr. Rosenthal went over ALL of my options in depth and really gave me all the tools to make a very confident and informed decision. Leading up to surgery I was in contact with Autumn the surgical coordinator and she really helped walk me through all of my pre-op and financial obligations so well. She was always easily accessible for any questions and I NEVER felt like I didn't have all of the information I needed at hand. I have friends going into surgeries without even meeting with their surgeon before the day of surgery just to touch base and that was not my experience at all. We met again two weeks before Surgery and went over in detail the pre-op, surgery, and recovery. It was by far my best experience with any plastic surgeon! The surgical center was very clean and the entire staff on surgery day was exceptional. I really can't thank everyone enough for such a wonderful experience especially being so tainted by bad ones. I had what I believed to be hives under my armpits and on my thighs and I itched terribly all over. I wanted to be sure that it was hives, not something more serious, and to potentially find out what I was causing this reaction. They ended up doing several "procedures" on my back that were completely unrelated to my reason for being there, never asking if I agreed to them. I left there with no diagnosis, except, "yes, we think those are hives and you're apparently allergic to something, but you'd have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out what it is." I found out later from doing my own research on celiac, that I have DH. The doctor never mentioned this was a possibility, even tho I told them I was celiac. Needless to say I was outraged to receive a $557 bill, partially for procedures I didn't want or authorize! When I called his billing office the woman told me that I signed a release in the waiting area before I ever went in to see the doctor that allowed them to do whatever they wanted and bill me for it. My husband believes this practice is illegal and we are looking into that possibility. She refused to help or discuss my complaint further, and welcomed my posts on the internet with the attitude that it wouldn't matter to them. BEWARE this doctor jacks up your bill and his reimbursements by doing procedures and tests without your consent!!!!

I even requested that when it was filled to please make sure to give me enough and more for 10 days twice a day. I was given two hAlf bottles. there was not enough for the last dose. I went to get more and the pharmacist refused to give me more (wasn't asking for codine or anything just antibiotics for my sons ear infection) and said it was simply impossible for me to not have enough. someone at a higher level from Walgreens corporate should come in and do a quality control and accuracy check (check the syringe ) because as I said this wasn't the first time.

He initially pulled up the wrong profile and then told me I had no prescriptions there at all. I then had to ask him to find the employee who originally took my prescription, only to be told it would be another 15 minutes. When I explained that I was in pain and had already returned later than their original estimate, instead of resolving the issue, they called over another employee who simply repeated the same information. This store is a complete disaster, and the poor service makes it clear why it has only a two-star rating.
