I took the wife and I to Krazy Nails this week and honestly.....I received the best pedicure I've ever had. I am a guy who lives in work boots, but I like to take care of my feet. Most of the time spas spend NO TIME on my actual toe nails. The attention and thoroughness of my nail technician was incredible!! She managed to remove two ingrown toe nails without hurting me. After all of the normal services that you get with a manicure, she went through and removed a few trouble spots of dry skin. I was very happy with it. My wife said her technician was very careful with her when she noticed that she had some back pain. Her polish was applied perfectly on every toe. I guess im a "Krazy" customer for returning to Krazy nails after my last review and bad experience. The nail tech cut to much on my right big toe that it became sore and infected. I was given a "store credit" for my troubles however after going back noticed none of the techs wanted to service me. Manager put me in a chair to wait claiming all of the the nail techs had clients coming in later. That was BS, shame on you after all of the buisness I gave your shop. Happen to be on yelp and noticed this place and read the reviews. Seemed to have mixed reviews. I just want to run in and do a quick pedicure. Upon walking in they weren't to busy. The two young girls at the front were not at all friendly and shouted out to someone in the back to do the requested service. I did get moved quickly to the back to begin, I believe the lady who did my pedicure was named Delia and she was great, didn't really say much or interact but she was friendly and while I was scrolling through my phone I showed her some jokes and she laughed. I won't go back there though. Prices are average, maybe a little higher compared to the surrounding areas. I did a regular pedicure and it's was $25. read more

Came in today just to get a simple gel color change on my hands and get my eyebrows cleaned up. After specifically telling her I was doing my engagement photo shoot today and totally being ignored, she completely obliterated my eyebrows (I'm taking about left with gaps and all), she thinned them out so much. She then proceeded to do the color change on my nails, a terrible job. I'll just leave pictures. I wanted to cry when I left the salon. I don't understand how they charge these prices for terrible quality service. I really cannot stress how bad this visit was. I want to cry just writing this post. read more

So I've been here before and had a good service but it had been a long while before I had been back. I came in today just hoping to get an acrylic set. I had nothing on my nails at the time and just wanted a very simple design. I felt like the nail tech was pretty rude. I can hear her speaking in Spanish to her other people that she was upset I didn't get gel polish and I was kind of offended by that. I also repeatedly asked for round nails and left a Square Nails. As for the design I felt like she definitely tried but then she rushed on putting the topcoat so both designs on both fingers that I paid extra for it were completely smeared. On top of that I was ignored walking out and when she was down with me she didn't not say a thank or or anything for tipping. Once I got home I realized that I just wasted $40. I was very upset and I've giving myself a couple days to cool down and I'm still pretty upset about it. I would not recommend a salon at all. read more

They also are the only salon that has a HUGE variety of nail colors for Nexgen and Gel that also matches the nail polish. Cookie has terrible comprehension skill and terrible customer service. She did my nails very messy and the clear was peeling off a few hours after I got them. I come back the next day literally just to get a clear coat over 3 nails, and she made me wait over half an hour for a simple fix that would take 60 seconds. I paid $85 and I expect my nails to be done correctly and if I need to fix it should be fixed quickly. I won't be coming to this place again. read more

if you advertise your business hours starting at 9am then maybe you should be OPEN at that time. I have been here in the past and they did a good job, but it was really annoying to get there on a Saturday morning and no one there, I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up only to come back at 10AM and there was only 1 person doing pedicures and seats were taken. You may have good service and good techs but adjust your time. In the USA there is a saying "if you're on time. you're late" the beauty shop next door had a girl in her shop cleaning and sweeping way before their doors opened. I give this place 0 stars. The nail tech Cardio Yuniet is her name was watching a movie on her phone while doing my nails with EarPods on. She kept messing up and having to go back to fix the acrylics. She was EXTREMELY rough with my hands and nails she cut me 3 times not once said sorry for hurting me, she kept pulling my hands roughly and aggressive to a point it was disrespectful and she ignored everything I was trying to say cause she was so into her movie. The man that did them was rough, like enough to where they were sore the next day. He wouldn't fix a tip that was crooked, as differ me pointing it out twice. I paid 45 dollars for a full set on Saturday, my nails broke while pulling a door closed calmly, they just snapped off. When I asked for matte the first time before starting he nodded and understood that's what I wanted then when I asked him to make them matte he said that he couldn't. Not sure what my techs name was, but she was great! The shape is exactly what I wanted and she actually cleaned underneath my nails.
