I have been several times and my pedicure has been not a good experience. Nails are cut uneven and heels very rough. I always do the $50 deluxe. The last time the nail tech was constantly apologizing to another company they she had to finish me first. Whole thing was rushed and it shows. read more

This was my first time coming here. After reading the reviews I decided it was best to go to Van which seemed to be a popular nail tech. I had an appointment at 2:30pm, and when I got there I didn't have to wait, they were running on time. I sat down immediately and started soaking off my nails, everyone was sweet and friendly. Then Van came to start my nails and I told her not to drill to much because my nails are a bit thin underneath and she said ok and followed exactly what was asked. van was quick and accurate. I used their website to book my appointment. I arrived early to see if they were able to take me early, and they agreed. They asked me what I wanted. I ordered the Vosch pedicure with artwork on my big toe. The pedicure was good, very meticulous. The massage was more of a scrub. It was supposed to be nearly 2 hours of service & I was painted & ready to roll in an hour. The woman wasn't able to do the artwork & I said that was fine. There was apparently 1 guy that was able to do it & he had 3 people he was trying to get through. The woman tried & apologized & repainted my toenail (which ended up darker than the other toes). I would have chosen a different polish color if I knew I couldn't get the artwork. Massage chairs were nice. Everyone was nice. I struggle to accept this as organic when they do acrylic nails. (I have asthma & can't tolerate the smell.) They have really reasonable prices, but I think for a relaxing environment where you get what you want, I probably should have spent more & gone to Vita E Bella. Next time. read more

Well since they wanted to delete my last review. Here i go again. I went in for a fill which is listed at $29 and a gel pedicure. They ended up charging me $50 for a FILL. The menu they had for different types of pedicures and a basic said $30 plus gel is $12. He pulled the menu I looked at and he started speaking in a different language basically saying I was correct then wanted to hand me another sign that said something completely different. Then my nails and toes are painted as if a child did them. Highly disappointed. OVERPRICED. THEY TRY AND SCAM YOU FOR WHAT THE INITAL AMOUNT IS. Today will be the last time in that salon. Ok this is my third time here, no appointment this time. There are 4 techs here, three clients, one on the way out, one sitting drying, and one being serviced. Two people with appointments walk in and have to wait because everyone is in the back. One leaves because she is waiting too long, the other is patient. I'm about to leave and out comes a tech to do my pedicure. We are told they are having lunch and they need to eat too. This is still a new business so booking appointments and not being available is not acceptable. All my visits here have been the same, techs sitting around or on the back and people waiting to be attended to. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to sit around waiting. Service is ok not outstanding. read more

I wanted a spa pedicure in an organic spa so based on their name, traveled 25 minutes for a pedicure. Big disappointment to walk into a typical chemical-filled nail salon and when I asked for organic nail polish, they had none. I still had the pedicure and they did a nice job and were very attentive. Where I am from, the use of the word "organic" requires an organic certification but not so in Florida. Very misleading name so this is a heads-up to anyone else seeking an alternative salon. read more

I went in for the first time today. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile and kind words. They were able to do what I asked, and they have a large assortment of colors for gel and dip. Kayla immediately showed me the colors, and started soaking off my nail tips and dip on my finger nails. No wait time. After she wrapped my finger nails, she also placed gloves over it and handed me a pen so that I could use my phone if I needed. Then, I was escorted to the comfortable massage chair for my pedicure. Bee was preparing the area and also greeted me with a smile and kind words. I chose an upgraded pedicure, and I am SO glad I did. Bee did an amazing job!! She was paying attention to every detail on my feet from the rough areas on the bottom, to the cuticules on the nails. The scent of lavendar was relaxing, and not too strong. This pedicure included a longer massage, which she also did an amazing job! It was a treat that I don't normally do, but I am glad I did this time. My feet feel and look better than I expected or had received from other places I tried. All of it, including the longer massage was well worth the additional money. After my pedicure, I went back to Kayla for my tip extensions and dip. Kayla did an incredible job taking care of my finger nails. She is very kind and pays attention to detail. Throughout the services, she asked if I was happy with the shape, and color. I appreciated that because I have been to places that do not ask. I was never rushed, or felt like I was there for an extended amount of time. I felt pampered and loved the shape, style, and color of my new nails. I highly recommend this place!! I go to the Andros Publix all the time, and I regret that I waited until now to give them a try. I used to love coming here .. but ever since I feel scammed I refuse to go back. They can do nails and feet I must say.. but I don't understand how "basic" short nails with no stones or any crazy design .. even though the design wasn't even similar to what I wanted but I let it slide had cost wayyyy more than when I get very longgg .. dramatic styled nails with a lot of stones. It didn't make any sense . The nail place texted me and said that they shouldn't of charged me that much and I could come back and get some of my money backkk.. I never went back . read more

Went as a walk-in to Organic nails. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Due to asthma, I struggle with getting my nails done, because some salons have the strong chemical smell. This place had no Oder. Had a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure tubs are covered with plastic and removed when they finish. They also cleaned them. Both the pedicure and other chairs are very comfy. Also had my eyebrows and mustache area waxed. The paper/cloth used over the wax felt very soft to my skin. I really enjoyed having the same person throughout the whole experience. Paola was amazing, kind and gentle. do you remember back in high school when you were going through your awkward adolescent phase and were constantly chewing on your nails and they always looked chipped and ratty? well, now imagine paying for a nice clean look and getting this chipped high schooler look instead...
