I have a mixed review: The establishment isn't in the best condition. First thing I noticed were the dirty windows/doors to the front entrance. When I walked in I felt as if I was in a not so clean place. I was super nervous to be honest. Didn't know what to expect. They need to deep clean and organize to make it look and feel better. First of I made sure everything she used was sanitized and clean! The technician did an amazing job with removing the dead skin and every bit of cuticle. She took her time and had a lot of attention to detail. We actually had a conversation and her son was the cutest helper! I seriously loved the manicure & pedicure results! Usually it's hard to find a place that can give me the results I need. Will I go back? Not sure. I went in a for a quick eyebrow and lip wax and came out burned. The place had no a/c on, kids playing around the salon, and I'm not sure that they understood what I was telling them. The lady who waxed me was nice, but her waxed burned me in 3 places and and skin was ripped off. I am going to ask for a refund today. It makes me wonder if they even have their licenses. read more

This nail salon have got to be one of my favorites now! I'm visiting from Houston, TX and this place was truly pleasant! The service was very sweet and Thanh and Oanh, the owners were very detailed and meticulous towards my nails. And the massage chairs are so beautiful! The music they used is so soothing and there's not so much chatter so the atmosphere was extremely serene as I enjoyed my massage and mani/pedi. I come here for a pedicure about once a month. They do a GREAT job, they are quick and they are reasonable. They have a great selection of nail polish colors and my toes always look great. I have been coming here now for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The owner's children are usually here, but they don't bother me and frankly I would expect their children to be here since it is a family run shop. I am never disappointed in the service I receive and am happy to support a local, family owned business. read more

I asked for a full acrylic set and they gave me a trashy regular manicure my one year old sister could do better, Then blamed me for it! They cut my nails so low that it looks like I've been biting them. And just so you know they make you pay early so if they mess up they still get paid! So if you want a low grade manicure with a side of attitude then this is your place! Most of all do not let the MAN that works there do your nails. This is my second visit and I couldn't be happier. They are nice, they offer a large selection of colors and they are VERY cost effective. I have only had pedicures done, but I get an exfoliating scrub, massage, hot towels, all for $24! I think that is a great price for a job well done. Both visits were walk ins and I was taken right away. The second visit was a little longer than expected, but they were down a person and for the middle of the day on a Wednesday, they were busy! There are a few things to know about this experience. First, the salon is very clean. The stations are sanitized and they use the bowl caps that give me confidence that there is no dead skin swirling around in my water. Second, when I went it was in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon. The place was pretty empty. Only the owners were working (the wife who did my nails looks about 7-8 months pregnant). I got a pedicure and for me the massage is one of the most important (and rarest) parts. The pedicure was amazing. She fooled her time with my nails (I came out of desperation because I had broken a nail) and somehow made my weird looking nails presentable. The massage was awesome, not too short with just enough pressure, and then to finish it off a nice hot towel around my legs while she painted my nails. The experience was really great. The only reason for the lack of the fifth start is because there were no prices posted so I didn't know what I was paying until the end. The bathrooms were average (nothing crazy exciting there) but they were clean and my time was soothing which is really all I need from a pedicure. read more

I am so upset.... I went here because my nail lady was in vacation and I needed my nails done... this place had great reviews and was near where I was... well never again... I hate leaving a bad review because they were super nice but the girl who did my nails seem like she didn't know what she was doing and I was willing to let that go since everyone needs to learn some way some how... however my nails weren't shaped they were barely filed and again I let that go since it was an "emergency" and beggars can't be choosers and I can always file my nails... but why would I pay for a service if I'm doing everything as soon as I leave... that same night I break a nail ugh FIIIINEEEE... things happen... but every other day after that one nail has broke.... it hasn't even been a week since I got them done and 3 nails on each had have broken... I don't do hard work nor do I do a lot with my hands... but when ever I tried doing something my nails broke I'm so upset and I just hope they get better with the quality of gel or acrylic they get so this doesn't happen to other ppl. read more
