I was really disappointed with my recent visit because I used to be a regular customer here when I lived in West Palm Beach. About two years ago, I even purchased 10 gift certificates totaling over $600 because I had always enjoyed my experiences. I booked a 90-minute combo massage for Sunday at 4:00 PM. Before my appointment, the front desk called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later, and I happily accommodated their request by arriving for a 4:30 PM appointment. My massage therapist, Mike, didn't actually begin my massage until around 4:40 PM and finished at 6:00 PM, so I received only about 80 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I paid for. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my massage was. I explained that I didn't receive the full 90 minutes. Instead of apologizing or looking into it, she simply asked whether I wanted to pay by cash or credit. Even though I didn't receive the full service, I still left a 15% tip. To my surprise, the front desk then asked if I could tip more. I explained that I hadn't even received the full massage I paid for and was already tipping on the full amount. Being asked to increase my tip under those circumstances was inappropriate and honestly left me speechless. Only after I raised the issue again did she say she would check the cameras and speak with the therapist. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing 10 minutes of my massage--it was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service afterward. As someone who has supported this business in the past, I expected much better. I ended the massage after about 20 minutes because the therapist was unable to follow a very simple request. I repeatedly asked her to focus on a specific area, but she continued working both hips at the same time instead of concentrating where I needed attention. At one point, the front desk had to come in and help translate my request. When she finally focused on my left hip, she used the same pressing motion repeatedly, which caused significant pain rather than relief. I came in seeking therapeutic work and left in more discomfort than when I arrived. Unfortunately, I was still required to pay despite stopping the session early. I went for a normal foot massage as I have for the past 12 years. The experience was as nice as ever however when I went to pay the increased rate of $50.00 from $35.00 (I had no problem with that) the issue arose with the check out person. I paid by credit card and clerk refused to let me add tip on my card and demanded cash. I only had $5.00 in cash clerk said "don't you have more money he worked hard" I said yes he did work hard but I had no other cash. I've been a patron for 10+ years. A few things- this is a traditional Chinese foot massage. This is not a Swedish effleurage massage. If the pressure is too much, say so. If your massage person has a nail that's scratching you, say so. If you're uncomfortable for any reason, say something. I've never had the same person twice. Some are more gentle and some are very firm and the massage has been painful at the start. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I called at 640 pm today to make an appointment, I was scheduled for 8pm. I arrived in the area at 715 pm to ensure I'd be on time for my 8pm appointment and guess what! At 733 pm I received a call saying the individual that was scheduled for 7pm arrived late so their massage won't be over until 820 pm so MY APPOINTMENT has to be cancelled. I did the 30 minute foot reflexology for the first time at this business. It was easy to make an appointment. The massage room is lined with big and wide reclining chairs and very comfortable. The masseuse came out with a bucket of water to let you soak your feet and wash them a bit. You are relaxed by a towel over your eyes and a blanket over your body. Then he worked on your calves and feet, very thoroughly. At the end, you even get a small bottle of water. One thing that can be improved on that will help even more is if the masseuse asks if there is a problem ailing you so he can focus on it too, but maybe he just focus on the routine. I booked 1 hour for a full body and 1 hour for reflexology. I really needed some work done on my back because I had slept the wrong way and I couldn't move my head. I knew I was at the right place when two body builders walked out of the spa! I went in and all my knots were worked out in one session! I felt realigned and rebalanced walking out of there. Hello, A friend of mine from Aventura told me about this place. I consider driving from Aventura a long trip so if she drives the distance this place must be good. I have been coming here for over eight months and I too drive a distance from Hollywood. Sometimes its divine and other times not so great but for the most part I am pleased. Hidden gem! Ok, not gonna lie...when I first walked in, the first thing I thought was "foot orgy". Close to 20 asian guys sitting there giving foot massages in one open space, to clients sitting back on recliners. Room is dimly lit, and everybody was very respectful of keeping the silence. In the hour we were there, I did not hear one cell phone, which was nice. Room is dimly lit and clean. The a/c could certainly have been set a couple of degrees cooler, though. A little bit more of a room divider, buffering the reception area from the treatment area would be nice. Highly recommended, and will certainly return! read more

I recently found out about this place. I was so excited to try it when I found out about it. I absolutely love reflexology. I came here for the first time yesterday. I set an appointment because I heard it gets very busy. I was ready for my one hour foot massage. My fiance came with me. We were led over to the next room where there are rows of reclining chairs set up. The room was dim and there was relaxing music playing. Some of the chairs were already occupied by people who looked very relaxed and were being worked on. The man who worked on me first had me sit up with my back to him. He loosened up my neck and back muscles. Then I was told to sit in the chair. He adjusted it so I was reclined. He began to do reflexology on my feet. It was awesome. At some points it felt very intense because they really work the knots out of your feet. It was a great experience and very reasonably priced. My nail guy told me about this place and we've been wanting to try it. After work, I booked appointments (definitely do this) to take my friend for her birthday...it was heavenly!!! The set up is kind of, how do you say...bunny ranch style? You walk in and there's a bunch of men lined up at the front ready to take the next person, but it's very odd to say the least. There's a ton of really soft comfy chairs and you pick a chair, stick your feet in some warm water, and then the 15 min neck and shoulder massage starts. After that it's back in the chair with a towel/blanket for 45 minutes of foot bliss! I actually fell asleep! and for $35 (for an hour) $25 (for half hour) this place can't be beat! When you check out the lineup starts again, all awaiting their tips...that was the weirdest part for me but I got over it! Next time I need a nap at lunchtime I'm going here. I'd suggest wearing shorts and maybe bringing some headphones if you like it ultra quiet as they play music, I found it to be quite nice music but maybe you won't. read more

It started with the masseuse (a young Asian guy) massaging my back while I sat on the foot stool and my feet were soaked in water basket, it wasn't very comfortable to sit on the food stool as I didn't have enough support, the back massage was just ok. Next after the back massage I was finally able to sit in the chair which was comfortable, and the foot and leg massaged started, it was again just ok, not enough pressure and at times if felt like he was barely doing anything. The place looks very clean, and there are several chairs in the same room, however there isn't a partition between the reception and the massage area therefore you could hear every time the phone rang, every conversation, and people walking in and out which was distracting. So much so, that when I lived in Asia, I decided upon my flat because of it's trifecta location smack between THREE foot reflexology spas within three blocks of home. No matter which way I came home from work or play, I was on a first name "Norm" basis with all three spas. That said, in qualification: This spa is JUST OKAY. It is not bad. It is not near the best. They will relax the feet... but the feet only. You will not get a Tea Bath with jasmine petals for your foot soak. Just pleasant hot water. You will not get a 30-minute full back, head, and arm pre-massage during your foot soak. Just a good, strong shoulder and upper back massage for 10-15 minutes. You will not get a warm compress for your eyes to block out the world. Just a clean, fluffy towel IF you ask for it. You will not get a full foot-to-hip-joint massage. Just a solid foot to knee area with a lovely focus on the shins that will make any soccer player or high heel wearer applaud. You will not get soothing Japanese flute music to calm your mood. Just a lovely, quiet waterfall sound and a (gratefully) strict cell phone policy. You will not get a cup of green tea upon your departure to re-hydrate. Just a pleasant thank you with your easy cash or credit (or debit) financial transaction. BONUS: This spa has learned the trick of allowing to tip on the card. Many "newly arrived" businesses don't know to do this for Americans. This was indeed the practice back in Asia to pay the tip in cash separately. This new spa is currently (May 2016) running a $30 introductory hour price. The marked price is to go up to $40. While that IS in the range around here (which is expensive to my Asian sensibilities!), this spa does NOT offer the same detail and perks of the others in this area that charge the same price. CAVEAT: If YOU don't know any better and this is your first or only fifth foot reflexology spa, you will probably give this place 4-5 stars. They are pleasant, clean, and efficient. All I can say is WOW! Three of us went for 1 hour foot massages. It starts with a 10 min foot soak in hot water while you get a back, neck and shoulder massage. Then you transition to a chair that fully reclines with a foot rest. The massage was wonderful and focused on various trigger points. You get a free bottle of water too.
