I was able to get the last appointment of day with a super stylist named Melissa, (at this salon, stylists are referred to as "Hair Artists", and that Melissa IS! She made a perfect combination of two different shades of brown to give me the perfect The salon is up-to-date looking and they have the latest salon equipment, the staff gets along well. This is obviously an extremely well managed salon. My stylist, Melissa, was FANTASTIC, she created a chocolate brown color that resembles a bar of Hershey's Chocolate ! I look delicious! I won't recommend this place to anybody. Very unprofessional. The lady that was doing my hair did not know how to blow dry !! So my hair is a mess, the cost was $38 which I paid but when I left called the credit card company and canceled the payment. Explaining why, they stand with their customers! The experience was extremely aggravating and annoying! I ended up having my hair done somewhere else. They ended loosing a customer and $38! Because my hair is wavy and abundant, it requires someone with knowledge and experience to understand how it flows. Worst hair cut Ever! I came in with chin long hair, all same length and wanted it evened out and the ends rounded up. I didn't want layers or hair thinned out!!! Wanted to grow my hair!!! Told her that 6-7 times as I had a bad feeling as she was cutting, but she said she was not doing that. I cried there and cried at home. My hair now is short, layered and the worst is its not a cut, its simply AWFUL!!! it looks like rats chewed it off, there is no 'line' in the cut, the shortest hair is eye brow length on one side, on the other side its ear length!!!!! I got my money back but what is that compared to the fact that I will have to grow out my hair for at least one year to get it to where it was before I went there!!!! and I am simply desperate!!!! hate my hair every time I look at myself in the mirror!!!! read more

This is a "mom and pop" business. The owners, Mike and Lisa, are great people and would do anything to help someone in need. Their prices are reasonable and the salon is clean. I have been going to Lori for haircuts at this salon for decades. She always listens to what I am thinking and gives me what I ask for. Lori works to accommodate my busy schedule and has even arranged to cut my hair when the salon was closed when I could not get in during normal hours. Both of my children (now 5 and 7 years old) have practically grown up in this salon and she cuts their hair too. She is very patient with the children.
