Nivea was perfection! I was so nervous coming to a new hair dresser after going to my same girl for 4 years but Nivea understood what I was asking for and nailed it! She was very sweet and professional and made me feel like a long time client of hers. The salon was super clean and they took the time to make you feel welcomed by the little details like cold water in a wine glass and the amazing shampoo room where they give you a hand/arm massage as well as a neck/scalp massage! On May 18, 2026 I booked a May 20,2026 7PM appointment for my son as this was all that was available prior to his May 21,2026 morning graduation. Upon arriving we checked in and waited. Approximately 5 minutes before his scheduled appointment the stylist approaches and informs us that the appointment before us was under booked by an hour and that we would have to reschedule for tomorrow as the salon closes at 8. I explained that this was not possible as graduation is tomorrow morning . She suggested I speak with the receptionist because she doesn't have a solution. The receptionist says they were trying to find a stylist but she doesn't know can be done either as there isn't anyone. At no point did anyone apologize for their error or offer any solution other than to come back another day. If I had been called earlier I may have been able to salvage the situation but now there is simply no way as salons and barbershops are closed and this salon and it's staff are cold and inept. THIS SALON'S ATTITUDE IS UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. I have been a patron of the Boynton salon for years and never have experienced such uncaring horrid treatment.DO NOT GO TO THE WELLINGTON salon! read more

Amazing and staff very friendly. Had a little issue because my regular hair dresser was not in so someone else did it for me. My hair is blonde and it came out a little darker then usually. The staff & products at this place are VERY good & well beyond the salons I use in Maryland. Be prepared though, they have one person doing the color & a different person cutting it & blowing it dry. I wish they would change that bc several times I've waited for the person to cut it bc they weren't ready. It may make it easier from those of us who just want our hair looking nice but not a fan of spending a lot of time being pampered. read more

First time customer, not from here FL. I been to high end salons and also regular salons for haircuts. My appointment was 3:30 was there 3:33. She didnt come get me till 3:45ish. She didnt know if my hair had split ends or not (skeptical) never heard that before. She started offering to put a mask to determine how much should be cut off (length) pretty weird. I said sure bc i havent had a hair mask in awhile and summer really damaged. I HATE when they try to sell they should not be pushy about it AGAIN never had someone sell shampoo or salon products. She wet my back wasnt aware or concerned. When she started drying she literally was burning my scalp should have said something i was pulling away a bit (im not a picky or complicated customer) so i would appreciate being more attentive. That was the worst part getting a blow dry she probably took max 15 min on blowdry EFFORTLESS DO NOT RECOMMEND. She kept talking about shampoo i needed i did mention i was on vacation and she ignored that. Anyways we went up front she automatically got shampoo conditioner she said they were 34$ WHICH WASNT TRUE. And she was tlakkng about an oil i said i have one and she automatically says " oh im just letting you know" again CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THAT FIELD IS A MUST. Stop being so pushy about buying products ASK first would you like me to recommend some products, you can always buy it another time. I WOULD TOTALLY GO TO ANOTHER SALON ! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a salon. I read some half decent reviews on yelp so I thought I would give it a try for a haircut. I called while I was on my lunch break to make an appointment. I spoke with a young lady And started to make an appointment. I gave her all of my information and she shared a date and time and stylist with me. At the end of the phone call, she asked for a credit card to hold it. I shared with her on when I was on my lunch break and stepped out and didn't have my credit card on me and I'd call her back in a few minutes. I called him back 15 minutes later and said that we had recently spoke and then I just needed to give my credit card. She didn't save any of my information and was asking who I was booked with at what time what day, etc. This was so offputting and terrible service. I shared with her that I will no Longer Continue on with the appointment. I will travel up to Jupiter or my hair care needs. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIDDEN COSTS. This was my third visit for a root color only. I have very short hair so my application takes tops 20 minutes to apply. My colorist is fabulous with color. She knows her stuff. But this time she suggested a gloss treatment to add more shine. What she didn't say was it is another $35 for the gloss! The gloss was more than 50% of the cost of my color! My root color was $65. Additional fees should be disclosed up front. Totally unethical in my opinion. The salon always tries to push products at check out which also makes me uncomfortable. If I need something I'll ask. I happened to purchase a bottle of shampoo this visit that was on sale but I did NOT leave a tip! I have NEVER walked out of a salon without tipping my hairdresser! I feel my colorist pulled a sneaky Pete and collected another $35 plus commission on the shampoo so no shame in not tipping. Lesson learned. Will always ask cost before agreeing to any additional services. This visit was very awkward and made me uncomfortable in front of other guests at check out. read more

Had a blowout yesterday with Mariah....truth teller, my hair is still looking perfect this morning and I have yet to put a comb through it!!!! Plus, I am in Florida right now!!!!! Definitely my best blowout in Florida!!! No morning after bumpy curly mess from the humidity! Mariah asked without hesitation if I wanted the flat iron, which was great! So many times the blowout person feels like the flat iron is an add-on. I can blow my own hair out, it's the flat iron that makes the difference!!That's why I'm paying for the blowout! Being the perfectionist that she is, she got me to the exact color I've always wanted to be and I could not be happier! She kills it every time. For my cut/style, I go to Andrew. I've come a long way from once dreading and never getting my hair cut to now getting my hair cut each time I go in for color. I love Andrew's honesty and within just one visit I felt comfortable with him cutting my hair. He's a natural and again, I could not be happier! I came in today for a color touch up. My stylist did a great job and i'm super happy with the results. That being said, I have never been to a salon where a blow dry isn't included with a color treatment. When they asked me if I scheduled a blow dry I was confused, as it was my first time there and when I scheduled the appointment over the phone they didn't ask me if I would want a blow out. I just assumed they would style my hair. Instead I left the salon looking like a wet rat. I would have been happy to pay extra for the blow dry but they didn't ask me about it over the phone. It's my sisters birthday dinner tonight and I was planning on having beautiful locks. Now i'm scrambling to find someone to blow out my hair or I'll have to wear my frizzy hair in a ponytail. I just would have liked to know beforehand about this. read more

This used to be a salon I loved going to- a welcome signature hot tea & foot soak & quiet head massage all part of the service-but I have had enough- the top hairdressers/ colorists have all gone and I will no longer be a client here. The talent is sub par charging top dollar delivering sub par results. The tea is sometimes offered and cold, foot soaks no more & scalp massage is challenged by loud voices. When I am charged $325 I expect a WOW result- yet the same exact services were even more the next time I went- price gouging big time! And on top of that they will let you walk out with wet hair unless you pay extra for a blow dry which I find ridiculous. How can you see the color results on wet hair?!? They will dry a strand only for free- it's insulting. So, that's another $50 plus tip for a blowout that is done so quickly in large pieces that frizzes up by the time you get home. Done properly, in small sections the proper results could be achieved. And that is the problem- the salon has hired a young good looking staff with big egos charging exorbitant prices yet they truly lack the experience and accreditation. The focus should really be the paying client's needs not their own hair, makeup & cell phone texts. Especially when my color looks nothing like the photo I brought in and we discussed. read more

I have been taking my mom to this location for the past year. My mom had good service with Mariah and Natasha, so I decided to see Krystal, who is a fantastic stylist. Very sweet. Even prior to getting salon services at this location, I have spent hundreds of dollars on products here. However, I think b/c of my interaction with the manager and a front desk clerk during this last visit, we will take our business elsewhere. Please teach your staff customer service, especially your manager, Angelico. Rude, childish, and lacking common sense is how I'd describe both the clerk and the manager. Disappointing. read more

So I was very hesitant to get Aveda color because I have been going to my girl in California for 15 years !!!! Looming at my grey though made the decision for me and Manager Stephanie and colorist Tayla were amazing . Not only did they give me the best base color ever ' I was in and out with s blow dry around an hour . The only thing is due to the essential oils in the Aveda color I did experience a burning sensation ( but tolerable ) on my scalp . Tayla had done a skin patch test per my request as I am sensitive to products and kept checking my scalp for redness The color is rich , luxurious and my hair feels conditioned . The other really nice thing is , unlike my hair stylist I'm LA , this salon is happy to share your hair color formula with your regular aveda salon .
