We were celebrating my mom's 75th bday and this was her first massage. Thank you for your patience and help. The special touches of robes, fruit, etc were just the icing on the cake. And a great massage and mani, too! Samantha was my massage therapist. The eucalyptus eye pack. The warm roll on my spine. The warm towel foot wrap. Oh my goodness! I have had MANY massages in my time and never have I had ALL those special touches during a single 50 min massage. Plus, you worked hard to release the tension in my neck and shoulders....no small feat. And then you took care of my daughter and her first ever massage. I don't know if I should thank you or not since now she is a life-long massage enthusiast! I look forward to my next visit! Kelly was my mom's massage therapist. My mom is in a wheelchair and partially paralyzed on her right side lower body. She has NEVER had a massage before. When my mom came out of her 80 mins massage, she looked like she fell asleep and she said, "I can't believe I wasted 75 years not getting massages!" Kelly was kind, gentle, and helpful in getting my mom comfortable on the table. Professional all the way. Kelly, you were amazing with my mom and changed her feelings about massages forever. I purchased a gift certificate from Wellington Day Spa which included gratuity. I have recently found out they have closed there doors on or around May 10, 2023. There was no notification made to customers. There is also no note on the door indicating who to contact for reimbursement. I compliant has been filed with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. I will be making contact with the business owner requesting reimbursement. The owner should not be able to open another business and this is a criminal act. read more

I got my mother in law a spa package here , everything was done online and it was seamless. They actually shipped her an actual card in the mail and not via email for her spa certificate which was what I had wanted. My mother in law almost threw it out because she thought it was junk mail lol until she saw what it was. lol That would have been an expensive mistake. She really liked her massage and her facial. Although she did mention that they did not fully remove all of her eye makeup. She did not realize this till she got home and noticed that most of her eye makeup was still there. My mother in law firmly believes that when you go to get a facial that the person should be able to remove all of your makeup. I subscribe to the school of thought that no one could possibly clean my face as well as I do. So for that I never wear makeup to the spa. And the ONE time I deviated from that belief I was proven right, my eye makeup was not fully removed. She said she liked this spa for her first time so I will add this to my list for her. read more

I had a great manicure here. My technician, Sylvia, was fabulous! She was detailed, sweet, and skilled. The spa was a wonderful change from a nail salon because it smelled like lavender, not nail chemicals. It's been two days and no chipping yet, even with packing, a NYE party, and cleaning. The price was right at $17; five dollars more than neighboring salons but worth every penny because of The soothing atmosphere. I give this Spa 5 stars. The girls are amazing. Suzanne did my nails and toenails....best pedicure with hot stones I have ever had. She is the best. The girls are so sweet and personable. Marla at the front counter is amazing. I had a spa finder gift card and for some reason it didn't work. She went out of way and called the company and after the 4th try it finally worked. She really didn't have to do that but she did. This will be my go to Spa from now on. You can't go wrong by going here. I plan on scheduling more treatments in the future. They do everything from nails to massages, body wraps, scrubs and facials. read more

I really don't wanna give a bad review but just wasn't impressed. However, the front desk girl that arranged my appointment on the morning of April 5 was very hospitable and accommodating. Incredibly sweet and genuine! No one was at the front desk when I came in for my appointment later in the day. I had an 80 min massage yet my massage therapist (K) forgot to do my arms. It really hurt my feelings that I got a longer massage yet she didn't do them. With plenty of other small spas in the area and nice resorts I'll go somewhere else once a month. read more

This place may not look like much being in a strip mall....but the care, attentiveness and fabulous products are incomparable. I'm very disappointed with the owner and the management. My husband purchased me a gift certificate and I had $40 that was left on it but when I inquired if I could use it, the receptionist told me it was expired and they couldn't do anything since it was under new ownership. When I asked if I could speak to the owner, they refused. To make matters worse, they told me they would charge me if I cancelled my appointment when I had made it clear that I would only go if I could use my remaining $40 towards my services. I felt like for a place that's supposed to make you feel relaxed and calm, they did not handle my situation well. I would advise that no one gets a gift certificate from there. There is no need for a 1 year expiration date for a gift certificate (it's not a coupon!) and if you're a few months late, they don't care. It's your loss. read more

Ally has always taken amazing care of me. She does microdermabrasion and nano needling for me and I've never had products work as well as these do and have also never been taken care of by someone as well as Ally. I've seen an amazing difference in my skin. She also does my eye lashes and eyebrows and they always turn out amazing. Wow! I had my first body scrub and massage combo at The Wellington Day Spa. It was delicious! My skin feels better than it ever has felt! The atmosphere was absolutely relaxing unlike the large spa environment. Kelly was awesome! I like my massage to be deep and Kelly did not disappoint. **Please don't waste your money people.** So extremely disappointed. I booked 3 'angels touch' (massage and facial) and 1 'relaxing getaway' (massage, mani and pedi) packages for my sisters, myself and my mom. Went in at 10 am and was not seen until 12:30. I kept thinking it was taking so long because I had to wait for one of my family members to finish one of the sessions first, and then I would be seen.. which didn't happen. The skin care specialist dropped the spin brush on my forehead, laughed and then apologized. She also got some cleanser in my eye. She was chewing her gum with her mouth open and she had some funny stains on her yoga pants.. just weird and unprofessional. The facial itself was ok. The massage therapist was very rough and was not relaxing in the slightest. Not only with the massage but with which she moved around. Lots of loud noises like slamming the chair into the table and walls, hitting the empty lotion bottles in her hand, loud sighs, slamming the hot towel container top open and closed. They did comp me the facial, which was nice, but my mom and sisters had to wait 2 hours for me to finish. I paid out the ass for less then mediocre service. None of the employees I encountered seemed organized or professional.. no one even introduced themselves. They also forgot to include the down payment they charged me to hold our four 10 am appointments but later added it back to my card. This place is very, very poorly run. No way We'd ever come back here. read more

This review is only based off of my pedicure experience here! I was disappointed, i decided to spend the extra money and pamper myself because it was my birthday, at a normal nail salon its $20-$25 here it is $40, It said it came with massage and hot stones so i thought Id get a better massage since its a spa and costs more but i was wrong. She just lightly rubbed my feet like any normal salon, barely touched my calluses and she didn't do my cuticles,I shouldn't have had to scrub my calluses after paying for a pedicure! Especially at that price! Everyone there is very nice a personable but not worth the money for a pedicure!! read more

I had a pedicure here for the first time today with Tiffany... She was wonderful!! She was very friendly and she gave me a fabulous paraffin pedicure. The massage was so relaxing and she did a beautiful job painting my toes. The atmosphere was very clean and calming. I'm incredibly picky about who I trust with my feet, but felt instantly calm and at peace while she worked on them. The reception woman was very also very friendly . Absolutely terrific experience -- Jenny did my pedicure and was calming, thorough, precise with her art and fabulous with hot stones. Rashell was a goddess and made my body feel like it had melted and lovingly reformed into something better. And Toun was so great with her facial - gentle but thorough and a sweet lady to boot. Cute little hidden gem. I came in today for a reiki massage and a ultimate pedicure. First things first the front desk girl was super nice checked me in and and offered wine, tea, water, etc. very cozy. After a few minutes of waiting the front desk girl informed me I wasn't going to be able to receive a reiki treatment because the girl that provides that service had an emergency. She sat down next to me and proceeded to tell me I can get a different type of massage. I said ok cuz I mean honestly I just wanted to be pampered. So I went back with Tatiana WHO WAS AMAZING! I work in the spa industry and I'm quite picky. She was very professional yet made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone! After the massage I started the pedicure with Tiffany. She had a nice gentle touch. She gave a fantastic foot massage with hot stones and a mask. She was sweet and did a fabulous job.
