Unbelievable service! I usually don't write low star reviews but this place takes the cake. I've came here once before and received a gel mani and pedi which was fine. I decided to change it up and come again. Worst decision EVER! I came in mid week and got a gel french mani & pedi. Staff was friendly but I'm not impressed with skills. I came in mid week and by the next day, one of my nails chipped. I called in and came in to get it re-done. THE FOLLOWING DAY I came in yet again to get TWO additional nails fixed because they were chipped! The thing that irritated me the MOST was being told by staff that I need to be more gentle with my nails AND gel nails are very fragile & I should try dip instead. First off, I'm allergic to dip and I've always had gel nails almost my entire life. I've noticed that my nails only chip when they weren't cured properly or there is cheap/knockoff nail gel polishes being used. Oh I was ALSO told that I should wear gloves. I literally work in healthcare almost EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!! I don't like the responses to this situation & accountability was not accepted. Yes, I did get my nails fixed for free but I am not impressed especially with my service being totaled $90 PLUS additional cash tips that I gave to each individual who did my mani & pedi ... also tips can't be given card for some odd reason because they do not except it. I tried telling them that someone different should redo my nails because I CANNOT keep coming back if they chip over & over again & they declined. That's honestly their lost because I will not be returning!!!! I WAS NOT SATISFIED! read more

I asked for dip powder... I noticed half way thru one hand that he was doing acrylic because of how he was applying. The "nexgen" dip powder container had two xx on the top, and he was applying like acrylic. 100% was not the product that came in that container. I asked him if that's what he was doing when I said I asked for dip... he proceeded to tell me that dip, acrylic are "the same thing" as for sanitary issues, the place doesn't look clean. And I don't think double dipping into the original container is sanitary. FYI, I'm a licensed cosmologist in another state. read more

I walked into this salon to get a pedicure. I immediately asked how much regular pedicure is; was told $30. I asked how much gel pedicure is; was told $45. Chose regular. When done I went to pay; told $35. I asked why I was told $30; was told $5 to remove gel. No one mentioned that! Now that I am looking at my toes I see what a horrible job she did. Polish is NOT smooth. Shape on each nail is not the same left to right-side of each nail. Length of nails r not the same and was never asked. Never going back there. read more

It is always annoying trying to find a good "go-to" place, and I'm always bumping around from salon to salon. I came for my first time and it went fairly well as a walk in. No wait despite how busy they got later on. I got a gel pedicure and nexgen with tips for my nails. It was a bit more expensive than i thought it would be coming out to a total of $100 without tip. (cash tips preferred btw) They had started me off with my pedicure and the other nail tech actually started doing my nails while i was on the chair as well. I had figured they were trying to get me out of there asap since i was a walk in. It was very much a "trust the process" type of nail day. Some of the tips she had glued on were crooked and she added so many layers of dip powder it looked like i had crooked q-tips for fingers. At the end of it, my feet/toes were flawless and felt refreshed! My nails were filed down to fit the coffin shape i had asked for and she fixed the crooked mistake while she filed them. The only thing i'm a bit upset about is how thick they are but she said because of how long i got them they had to be thick. Not too big of a deal since they still look amazing. Overall I was satisfied with my experience and i would definitely go back. read more

I came across this nail salon on yelp. I was a little worried about some of the reviews. I just had a awful experience two weeks ago at another nail salon down the street. Thankfully, I didn't get that horrible experience here. I came in for a pedicure and I was greeted nicely and was asked to pick out a nail color. If you didn't like the selection upfront you can go in the back and there was more variety. This place is beautifully decorated and feels like a upscale salon. A young girl greeted me and directed me to my chair. She was so nice and confident on making this the best experience for me. She did one hell of a job. I paid a little extra for a longer foot massage which was needed. She did a beautiful job on my toes and I'm thankful that I found a place that takes such good care of their customers. Now onto the funny part of my experience. If you read my review from Q & A nail salon (I believe that's their name). I had a horrible experience when I requested pink ombre nails. The guy was such a jerk and had no interest in doing it. Well, while I was sitting at this nail salon a girl sat right next to me and she had hot pink ombre nails. That just completely made my day. I started talking to her and told her about what happened. She told me the guy Jayden (right?)did her nails and that this is the only place she ever goes to. How funny is that??!!! I really wanted to take a picture of her nails but I don't wanna come off as weird. I am definitely coming back to this place for a redo on my nails in week and a half. I like to wait the full four weeks before we doing them. Added on after a few times going-- I find it very annoying when my nail tech is playing with his phone most of the time (because of that he missed a step). The new girl is very nice but I can't stand when she does my pedicure, I feel like I'm not getting the full treatment. If you want detail like a Christmas tree added, he puts a stamp (lazy way) and charges $6. I requested a small line on the inside rim of my toe and that's consider a design.... extra charge. Its also uncomfortable, temperature wise. It's too warm inside. Those are my complaints. Small but annoying. read more

My rating is based on massage services only. Maxine, by the way, gives an AMAZING deep tissue massage! I was so relaxed and warm on the table, dozing off here and there. Upon my entrance I was sat in a waiting area with refreshing cucumber water, lots of clashing fabric patterns all about the room, but comfortable seats. When I get to the check out counter (back in the claustrophobic room), when I initially went to pay, the charge was $70... Maxine came out, spoke to the lady behind the cash register quickly before she grabbed her next client, and the cashier informed me that deep tissue was an additional $10 more. I already thought it was a little too expensive, but hey, I NEEDED that massage. I had no problem paying the additional money - I could tell that even though the error made wasn't my fault, she still wanted her extra $10 bucks... I'm assuming she's the owner. Overall, Maxine gave an amazing, relaxing massage; she was polite & professional. The towels, blankets & sheets were all clean and smelled fresh. This "day spa" is a little too cramped for me to ever consider getting a manicure or pedicure here, honestly. And I'm sure their other services are overpriced, just as the massages are. I don't think I'll return unless I'm desperate need of a massage, like I was the day I went. It wasn't a very "zen" or relaxing atmosphere.

Hello Nail Spa opened up next to where I was working about a month ago and I just had to check them out because the location was super convenient for me and it looked super cute. The first time I went in was on a Saturday morning the week after they opened. Konnie and Jayden where incredibly warm and welcoming and made me feel like a princess with all the pampering and attention lol. Konnie gave me a lovely pedi and massage and Jayden is truly a master of his craft. His love for his work reflects in the end product. The second time I went I had made an appointment but I had to do it a day earlier and I called and they managed to squeeze me into their busy Saturday afternoon. Both Konnie and Jayden keep up their cheerful disposition and warm aura. When I went home my mom saw my nails and she fell in love and asked who did them and she was surprised to find that they where in the plaza right next to our development. She went and had her mani and pedi done and as always it looks amazing! Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of my black almond shaped nails but I do have a picture of my grey ombré nails and my moms rose gold ombré metallic finish nails. You can't go wrong with Master Jayden! PS THERE ARE LIKE 25+ "NOT RECOMMENDED REVIEWS" THAT ALL COMPLIMENT AND SPEAK HIGHLY OF THE SALON AT THE BOTTOM ! BE SURE TO READ THOSE, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YELP WOULD REMOVE THOSE REVIEWS ! read more

Ive been a regular customer of Hello Nail Spa for more than two years. I prefer weekday morning appointments for my mani/pedi every two weeks, as weekends tend to be a little more hectic than I prefer and today was proof of that. Elana D....I happen to be in the salon when your mother came in today and I witnessed the scene SHE caused. You should both be ashamed of yourselves for posting lies. She was NOT treated with disrespect and your mother kept demanding that they remove her nails AND pay for her urgent care visit! The staff displayed more patience than they should have. Quite frankly, I would have told her to leave 10 minutes sooner than she finally did. The bigger question is, if your mother believed she contracted an infection at this salon, why on earth would she return to have her nails removed?? She accused them of giving her an infection and you are shocked they refused service?? Really?!? It's a shame that some people don't have better things to do than spread lies to try to tarnish someone's business. The staff are all friendly, kind and hard workers and I have seen people walk in without appointments with a broken or chipped nail and they are always treated quickly and with kindness. read more

Wow! This place is amazing! My sister (visiting from California) and I made a spur of the moment appointment on Wednesday 8/29. Connie was super friendly on the phone and made our appointment for 40 minutes later. We were greeted with big smiles from Connie and her husband Jayden and they were delighted to meet us. The space is gorgeous, bright, clean and very serene. Everything sparkles! Love the bubble window at the front. We were taken right away after choosing our colors. The chairs and nail bowls are beautiful! Connie took care of me as I recently had foot surgery and required special attention. She treated me with the utmost care. Jayden was exceptional with my sister and took great care with her. We were offered a little glass of wine to go along with our spa day. We felt totally pampered and supremely cared for. Both my sister and I decided to get a little waxing too. Connie did a great job. Overall, one of the nicest nail spas I've ever been to. I loved it so much, I've made my next appointment in 3 weeks! read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Hello Nail Spa! Jayden did an amazing job on my nails -- he even mixed a custom "pink" powder just for me, and the result turned out absolutely gorgeous. The color complements my skin tone perfectly, and I've received so many compliments! Beyond Jayden's incredible skill and attention to detail, the salon itself is spotless and very well-maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, which makes me feel completely comfortable and confident coming in for services. The entire team is welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. Their customer service is outstanding -- everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure you leave happy. I highly recommend this place, especially Jayden, if you're looking for beautiful, customized nails and an overall fantastic experience! read more

I live in Colorado and needed somewhere to get my nails and eyebrows done while I was visiting my mom here in Palm Beach! I am very particular about my eyebrows and I haven't gotten acrylics in four years because I always end up disappointed with how the nail tech does it. After looking at yelp reviews I saw that Jayden would probably do the pictures justice! I was so happy with how he did my nails especially the marble accent! He is so talented. He is also very fun and accommodating to talk to. I wish I knew the woman who did my eyebrows name but she did it absolutely perfectly I could not be happier! read more

This salon has been my favorite for over three years we had been looking for a salon that gives you that personal touch so many years ago until we found Hello Nails, they do not rush you through any service, they take their time and give each and every customer a complete and thorough service depending on that customers specific needs so if they go over the time allotted for your appointment and impedes on the next it's because they truly care and take the time to give their customers a relaxing truly superb experience. Check them out you will be glad you did. read more

Wow!!!! I've never been happier with my nails. Jaden was super sweet, and did an excellent job. He really took his time and clearly takes pride in his work. The salon is so beautiful and has a very relaxing and sophisticated ambiance. I sipped on la croix (my favorite drink, ever) and gourmet cookies gifted by the salon owners (which I think is a very cute treat) and spent my afternoon getting pampered. Will definitely recommend all of my girlfriends and will continue to be a happy customer. read more

I usually never get my nails done, I'm so picky but Ivy did such an amazing job! I wanted something cute and short and she really made it amazing. I can't wait to go back to get my nails done again by her! Especially during covid I've been hesitant to go out, but Hello Nail Spa is so clean and organized it felt safe being in there, it's nice to feel a sense of normalcy during such a chaotic time. Ivy by far is the best nail tech I've had in west palm beach! read more

This place is clean and the service is amazing. I started having my nails done with the owner (Jayden) before he opened up his nail spa and I was hooked. My nails don't lift and I can usually go 3 plus weeks before I get them done again. The spa like feel he and his wife konnie have created gives you the most relaxing feel and the customer service is like no other. I couldn't be more excited to have such an awesome nail spa so close to my house. read more

An amazing nail salon!! Everything is clean, they are very welcoming, and do a great job with nails. I found this salon through Yelp and I called made an appointment and the next day I made it to my appointment. Am very pleased with this salon and they have made a true customer out of me because all the other salons in Wellington are terrible when it comes to nails. Thank you so much for your amazing work and providing such great service. read more

This place was amazing!!! We ate at the buffet next door while on yelp looking for a nail place and it so happens Hello Nail Spa was right next door. Took my wife in with no appointment on a Friday to get her pink and white tips. Sir Jayden (15yrs nail tech) knocked it out the park with quickness and attention to detail. We live in Palm Beach Gardens but will be back here for the next set. Call ahead for appointment to ensure you get in. read more

I had a great experience at HELLO NAILS. The most amazing nail salon experience I have ever had. We got there late, and they let us in to have pedicures. They could have told us to come back. I would recommend it to everyone. read more

I returned because it's location is convenient but my money and time are better spent elsewhere. I'm sure yours is too! Nail's aren't cheap! Save your tip money they don't care if you tip generously-you'll still have no loyalty from them. From broken nails to wayyy to over laid acrylic, not being listened to, I'm embarrassed that I kept going. I have been coming to this salon for over a year. While the quality of work is OK, the business itself is run on the fly, poorly and disorganized. When you say something or even moderately call something to their attention they begin speaking Vietnamese (very obviously and uncomfortably speaking about you), or worse Marcus their English speaking employee bad mouths the customer to whomever is in front of him. I've seen so many poor attitudes in this salon. I wish I did not feel compelled to have to write a negative review but I think loyalty as a customer is not rewarded. They won't remember if they've had you waiting 15 minutes or an hour and you will never feel prioritized. In the end I can just go to Venetian or any other quality salon. My best relevant advice don't be like me and tip +20% they will NEVER remember it or care. Not returning.
