I did walk-in service it was excellent and my nails lasted almost 2 weeks. Not gel... but still lasted. Great experience

I asked for dip powder... I noticed half way thru one hand that he was doing acrylic because of how he was applying. The "nexgen" dip powder container had two xx on the top, and he was applying like acrylic. 100% was not the product that came in that container. I asked him if that's what he was doing when I said I asked for dip... he proceeded to tell me that dip, acrylic are "the same thing" as for sanitary issues, the place doesn't look clean. And I don't think double dipping into the original container is sanitary. FYI, I'm a licensed cosmologist in another state. read more

Unbelievable service! I usually don't write low star reviews but this place takes the cake. I've came here once before and received a gel mani and pedi which was fine. I decided to change it up and come again. Worst decision EVER! I came in mid week and got a gel french mani & pedi. Staff was friendly but I'm not impressed with skills. I came in mid week and by the next day, one of my nails chipped. I called in and came in to get it re-done. THE FOLLOWING DAY I came in yet again to get TWO additional nails fixed because they were chipped! The thing that irritated me the MOST was being told by staff that I need to be more gentle with my nails AND gel nails are very fragile & I should try dip instead. First off, I'm allergic to dip and I've always had gel nails almost my entire life. I've noticed that my nails only chip when they weren't cured properly or there is cheap/knockoff nail gel polishes being used. Oh I was ALSO told that I should wear gloves. I literally work in healthcare almost EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!! I don't like the responses to this situation & accountability was not accepted. Yes, I did get my nails fixed for free but I am not impressed especially with my service being totaled $90 PLUS additional cash tips that I gave to each individual who did my mani & pedi ... also tips can't be given card for some odd reason because they do not except it. I tried telling them that someone different should redo my nails because I CANNOT keep coming back if they chip over & over again & they declined. That's honestly their lost because I will not be returning!!!! I WAS NOT SATISFIED! read more

I absolutely love my nails. I have been to many different nail techs at this salon, and all are wonderful but I always go to Jayden when I need dip, tips, and a design. I've been coming here since they opened, and there is truly no better salon in the area. They can always get me in quickly, and do a great job. The salon is clean, and everyone is friendly. I'm a bit shocked to see some of the bad reviews because I've never had that experience nor witnessed any member of the staff being rude to anyone at the salon while I've been there including Jayden himself. He is very talented and wants to put out a good product. He is meticulous and I've never once been disappointed- my nails always look top notch and I get compliments from my friends and family. Anytime I've asked for the price, they've been up front and given it to me without issue. Of course I gladly pay more for designs and length as expected. It is always annoying trying to find a good "go-to" place, and I'm always bumping around from salon to salon. I came for my first time and it went fairly well as a walk in. No wait despite how busy they got later on. I got a gel pedicure and nexgen with tips for my nails. It was a bit more expensive than i thought it would be coming out to a total of $100 without tip. (cash tips preferred btw) They had started me off with my pedicure and the other nail tech actually started doing my nails while i was on the chair as well. I had figured they were trying to get me out of there asap since i was a walk in. It was very much a "trust the process" type of nail day. Some of the tips she had glued on were crooked and she added so many layers of dip powder it looked like i had crooked q-tips for fingers. At the end of it, my feet/toes were flawless and felt refreshed! My nails were filed down to fit the coffin shape i had asked for and she fixed the crooked mistake while she filed them. The only thing i'm a bit upset about is how thick they are but she said because of how long i got them they had to be thick. Not too big of a deal since they still look amazing. Overall I was satisfied with my experience and i would definitely go back. read more
