Tracy along with her staff at the Zen Nail Spa are professional, friendly, helpful, detailed, and knowledgeable. Members of the staff make every effort to make sure their clients leave relaxed, rejuvenated, and satisfied by the end of their spa visit. Walk-ins are welcome along with appointments. The prices are reasonable and the products are well known. Interested in a mani/pedi ask for Tracy, she's the BEST! I've been a client of Tracy's since November of last year and I have never left unhappy. Always satisfied and pleased with her work! read more

I've been going to the shop since it opened 5+ years ago. The place is clean and the owner is on premises at all times and watches everything that goes on with an eagle eye. The place is clean and during and shortly after the pandemic the owner built acrylic shields and did absolutely everything that one could do to keep her employees and customers safe. For the most part, her employees are very well trained and skilled. I use Tracy, the owner, or Trang and I'm always more than satisfied. I'm uber particular so I'm not easy to please. The prices are not low, but in line with what other shops charge for similar services. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but my money has been stolen in this place. The customer service is terrible. I did a pedicure and manicure and in less than a week all my nails fell out. I went back to repair my ugly looking nails... they did the job in such a hurry that they fixed NOTHING. The paint looked like it was dripping from my nail. She didn't even check when she finished painting. I had to tell her to paint them again... I also put acrylics on my big toe and they fell out too. The service in this place is horrible. If they don't want to be robbed $150 dollars and your time of the day, don't go there. For me, this place is 0 stars. Very unprofessional. You did a horrible Job! What an awful experience. ¡Has hecho un trabajo horrible! Qué experiencia tan horrible. read more

Got a pedicure on Tuesday and was looking pretty good until Friday when both of the nails on my pinky toe had lost their polish even though i got gel. I understood it was probably my small nail that caused the polish to fall off, but in only three days? The nails should last longer than that. So I decided to go back and ask for them to just retouch my nails that lost their polish. A girl Tracy, which I figured was the owner was super accommodating and got me into a chair right away. She thanked me for making her aware of the situation, would not accept a tip and took all my polish off to redo it completely making sure to do extra layers and reassuring me the gel IS supposed to last more than it did. I will be coming back and I am thankful for all the kind and humble staff. read more

Very quick appointment (which is greatly appreciated since I don't have time to be in a salon for hours) and nails lasted several weeks.

My appt was with Cindy. The pedicure was ok - barely worth the $30 or so that it cost. I got powder dip nails also. I explained the shape and length I wanted and had to "remind" her a few times to shorten, to smooth out a bump, to file them evenly. I actually took the file with me and re-shaped them myself. I hate when salons take shortcuts with product too - there's a reason the brand or powder has a base AND a finishing gel top coat. She used the same product as base and top, so I didn't get that nice shine. I've done nails myself before so I know the procedure. For the price, I expect that proper products are used. This was my first time here and most likely my last. read more

The place is nice, the girl that took care of me nice as well but I was charged a long length acrylic when I got short, I was never told an estimated price. The girl cut my finger with no apology and took wayyy longer than expected since she was talking to someone the entire service. the nails weren't EXACTLY what I wanted I'd give them a 6/10. As someone who dont really talk through my appointments I honestly just wanted to pay and get out. I don't know whose world it is to think these are "long" like they are short-medium overcharging is wild. Probably not coming back but thanks. read more

This was the first time and will be the last time I go to Zen Nails. I called to inquire about pricing and availability. I was told the powder dip was $45 and pedicure $35. She asked if I had polish on and I said I did. These prices were in line with the salon I went to in NY before moving 2 months ago. This is the 3rd place I tried since moving. The other two were ok but I was truly hoping to find a really nice salon. I specifically requested a female technician as in the past I've had too many negative experiences with a male technician. When I arrived there was no female technician available so I reluctantly accepted the male technician. He did an ok job as my nails only needed a little filing. However, I was in the pedicure chair for 95 minutes which was ridiculous. I was then given a female technician for my powder dip. Her station was not very clean.. I did tell her to file the shape they currently were which was rounded. It took barely any time with minimal filing needed or done. The manicure was just ok. Certainly not the best I've received. From the top they look ok but upon closer inspection after I left the sides where the nail meets skin had poorly finished edges. I just wanted to be finished! When I got to the desk to pay I was told that a note was put in that I request a female technician for next visit. Ok. I was then told my bill was $90. I asked how it was $90 and was told because I had polish removed which was $5 and "special shape" was $5. I told her in all the years I've been getting nails done I've never paid for removal if I was getting nails done and to pay $5 for basic round nails was ridiculous. Apparently only square are considered "regular"My complaint was ignored. It's not only the nickel and dime tactic but the principle. I told them to take the note out because I would never return. I know the manager(maybe possibly the owner) heard the exchange but said nothing. Definitely not the quality service I received in NY. No choice but to pay. Because the technicians didn't set the prices I did tip each of them although looking back 20% was way too much. read more

Went there a few times, was happy at first but now it really went downhill...still looks horrible ..: then the owner having an attitude cause I was back asking to fix it... the nails were lifting by the cuticules...it just doesn't look neat, nor smooth or nice. Too busy chatting with her other coworkers instead of paying attention to her clients experience? THIS IS after just having a fresh refill done and having just spent $55! It literally looks like a month old nails, when I just gotten a refill! Unacceptable! read more

I am disappointed all around. Rude service from the start, Owner cut my toe that now hurts and she complained the whole time and fussed at her employee. Overcharged on top of it all. Very disappointed. Customer service is key for repeat business--the owner should know that. Will not return. read more

I was looking for a great pedicure late Saturday afternoon. This place answered the call for a thorough and meticulous pedicure with warm and friendly service. I love this nail salon!!! I recommend them to everyone!!! The owner does my nails and oh my God the talent and patients she has are amazing!!! She also has another girl that is very talented with designs!!! I'm one of the Pinterest clients since all my nail designs I find on Pinterest and I get what I request at an amazing price!!! Also the atmosphere along with the vibe is amazing!!! Other places the techs talk their different languages in front of customers and I've known people that get uncomfortable about it but here they don't... they make sure to be respectful of and to their clients!!! This is my favorite nail salon ever!!! Wish I could give them thousands of stars!!! read more

I would like to commend Tracy ( the owner) and her staff for their outstanding service. Recently, I had numerous appointments in the area and I needed to get my nails done. Tracy asked her staff to come in 30 minutes early and open the salon to accommodate my schedule. If I could give this place zero stars I would.. I spent $100 on a pedicure and nexgen last weekend, fast forward to this weekend legit 4 of my nails broke my pedicure needed to be redone the day after & I STILL had to pay $15 to get the nails taken off terrible customer service & on top of that "the technician" that did my nails doesn't even work there anymore. All I have to say is TERRIBLE go spend your money else where. read more

I followed the new owner, Tracy, from the salon she used to be at. I am not an easy customer; I'm so incredibly picky about the shape, size, clean polish around my nail bed, and symmetry. I feel as though a woman with manicured hands looks more put together so sloppy work makes me feel sloppy. Tracy has never ever ever EVER disappointed me. She is meticulous and her work is impeccable. Her work checks off all of the boxes on my little list there. She pays attention to what the client wants but she'll also steer you in the right direction if you need it. She makes sure that whatever shape she gives you will be flattering to your hands unless you INSIST upon a shape that won't be. This is not a nail salon I would have ever even considered if it weren't for Tracy but I will follow her to whatever salon she is at. I was so happy for her to hear she bought the salon and is now the owner. From what I know about her after having her do my nails for more than a year, she is going to make sure that the staff is well trained and that there will be a nice, clean, relaxing ambience in the place. Until she's able to make the renovations keep your mind open and SEE HER! Not that it's ugly in there now, it's just not up to date. Like I said, this is a place I wouldn't have even considered before but she is going to do a hell of a job running this place. She is so customer service oriented that the first time I saw her I told her to go too short on the nail...when I realized this she actually extended the tips out with acrylic and she didn't even huff and puff (if I were her, I would have...I don't have that patience). Another time, I booked with a tech that wasn't her for the first time because I couldn't get an appointment with Tracy. This was the first time I ever stopped anyone in the middle of doing my nails, they were really bad. Not just aesthetically but structurally. Anyways, tracy was with her last client of the night but stayed WAY late just to finish/fix my nails for me. I put these anecdotes here to illustrate how she goes way above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and an amazing set of nails. I have two other reviews on Tracy at her previous salons yelp page so read those as well for more information about her work. I'm a wordy person so those reviews are detailed as well. Bottom line, I always leave her feeling like my hands are prettier and sexier, even. The shape she does on my nails elongates my fingers and makes them look less stubby. Nails are heels for your hands!! read more

I came to to my nails done alone with 2 of my daughters, my girls got a mani and pedi with gel and both of their nails and toes look like a 5 year old did it. The gel polish with not consistent on their nails, the gel was all over their fingers. The tried fixing one of the girls nails which I had to wait an another hour to get it fix in addition to the hour I was spent waiting on them. I got to the salon at 12:30pm and didn't leave until 3 pm, mind you there wasn't a wait when we got there. The customer service is terrible and the manager was not understanding or even looked at the product her employees were doing. I would not recommend this nail salon. The girl that did my toes was good but that was the only good service I received. read more

Under New Management: I have been going to this salon for 2 years. I always enjoyed going there and having great conversation. After a three month hiatus (laziness really), I chose to get a pedicure and brow wax. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the nail polish by the doors, which is not where they used to be. It looked as if the owners were renovating. I looked around and didn't recognize any of the employees. While getting my brows done, this woman proceeded to explain to me that the older owners chose to sell the business and she bought it. She also said she had found business to be extremely slow and couldn't understand why. Well, in my opinion, here's why: 1) The store is cramped (the pedicure chairs are literally right on top of the sinks). 2) Lack of staff (nail techs doing multiple clients at once which makes you feel like you're being pushed in and pushed out like a herd of elephants) 3) Toilet seat is falling off the toilet (I had to readjust on the toilet several times) 4) The renovations are leaving outlets exposed which is a fire hazard 5) No phone service and no WiFi access (I was trying to use my phone and even the data side of my phone didn't have service. 6) Lack of cleanliness (a baby roach was crawling on the wall next to the nail tech stations and crawled to the ceiling. Many clients were creeped out. The manager yelled out "what is that?" We told her and she proceeded to say "quick! Get a towel and swat it." A bunch of us told her not to swat it because it could fly. She quickly went back over to her client and continued her nails. She didn't care about the roach nor did her employees.) * I have a video of the roach but Yelp won't let me post it* Long story short: I will not be back. I was completely grossed out and it makes me question whether their tools are cleaned properly!!! Tip: GO ELSEWHERE!!!! read more

I've been to multiple salons in the West Palm Beach/Wellington/Royal Palm area and this is the best experience I've ever had. This is also the best my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. I just got my nails done here with Nick. I usually go to my normal nail salon in Boynton, but decided to give this one a try since I found it on Yelp and purchased a Yelp deal from them ( $20 for $25). I got my acrylic fill in and toe polish change with an appointment, although walk ins are welcome (: ! I got seated almost immediately. The staff is very kind and will get to know you. The environment is very clean and welcoming. I had a great first time at this salon and I definitely will be returning if I'm in the area when I need a fill or polish change.
