Customer service or loyalty? Where? As a person that has spent a career analyzing businesses, I have been excruciatingly patient of the flaws of this place for a while. I returned because it's location is convenient but my money and time are better spent elsewhere. I'm sure yours is too! Nail's aren't cheap! Save your tip money they don't care if you tip generously-you'll still have no loyalty from them. From broken nails to wayyy to over laid acrylic, not being listened to, I'm embarrassed that I kept going. I have been coming to this salon for over a year. While the quality of work is OK, the business itself is run on the fly, poorly and disorganized. When you say something or even moderately call something to their attention they begin speaking Vietnamese (very obviously and uncomfortably speaking about you), or worse Marcus their English speaking employee bad mouths the customer to whomever is in front of him. I've seen so many poor attitudes in this salon. I wish I did not feel compelled to have to write a negative review but I think loyalty as a customer is not rewarded. They won't remember if they've had you waiting 15 minutes or an hour and you will never feel prioritized. In the end I can just go to Venetian or any other quality salon. My best relevant advice don't be like me and tip +20% they will NEVER remember it or care. Not returning. read more

This place is not what it used to be. They used to do such a great job, extremely attentive and patient. That has all changed, the last few visits they have done such a horrible job when it has come to brows, nails and a simple pedicure. Let me start off by saying that I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years at different establishments, so I know how my nails should look when finished. They only had one person on staff at the time I arrived doing nexgen so I had to wait a bit (which I didn't mind). The gentleman at this establishment poorly executed my nails. Seemed he was in a rush to get to his next appointments. After all was said and done and finished, it looked really bad and noticeable. The only thing I like about my nails was the shape I asked for. Considering my friends and I got our nails and toes done on June 30th, this review is long overdue! I would only recommend this place if you're looking for a toss up of having your SNS nails lift and fall off OR your toenail polish chip within days of getting them done. If that's your ultimate goal then you've definitely come to the right place! By far, one of the worst pedicures and manicures I've ever had. Let's start with my pedicure and some words of advice! Never wear sweatpants that come down mid calf or it will backfire on you. Who knew that my sweatpants would only warrant me to getting massaged on my ankles. During my pedicure, my nail tech did not ask me to pull my sweatpants up so I could take advantage of the full pedicure experience. Instead she saw it as a sign of less work required from her end and only massaged each of my ankles for about 20 seconds or less. She barely even touched my feet during the entire pedicure! The polish job was nothing special and it looked like I had done it myself. But that's nothing compared to my nails! First off, the nail tech was rude! He even commented that my "skin was ashier than most" so apparently I needed double the oil application, which he applied. He did an awful job on my nails because they all lifted within a week. The same thing happened with another friend who accompanied me at the salon that day. All of her toes had chipped by day 4 and she joined me later that week in removing all of our lifted nails. By the end of the week, she had absolutely no nail polish left on her toes. Also the same nail tech that did my hands noticed that she bites her nails and decided to ask her if "they tasted good?" How does one even respond to that? My nails are still in repair mode due to this experience and the fact that when I attempted to remove my SNS, my actual real nails split and ripped off in the process. What a painful experience that was!! The worst nails were those of my sister. If you ran your finger across her nails, you could feel every visible bump and imperfection. They were hideous and super thick! To make matters worst, my friends and I left for Europe that day and would be gone for 2 weeks. We spent half our vacation making fun of the state of each of our toes and nails. To not have them last for the entire duration of our trip is just pitiful and a true reflection of 'you get what you pay for!' YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO RETURN HERE!! read more

They better get to addressing the issues soon or they will be out of business and that's a shame because they are really clean and comparable with pricing for the services. When I first went there, I had Susan and she (along with another young girl) were fantastic. Susan is no longer there and I haven't seen the other girl the past couple of times I have been there. Had to go to a podiatrist for the STAFF INFECTION I got under my toenail 2 days after my pedicure. I have contacted the BBB in regards to this. I'm out $367 and walking with a limp. Linda is amazing!! I will never let anyone else do my pedicure again. She is always consistent and I enjoy talking to her when I'm there. Linda's daughter (the owner- I forgot her name ) is amazing as well!! She did my gel manicure a few weeks ago and it lasted 3 weeks. If you're looking for a nail salon, definitely give them a try- you will not be sorry! Their salon is so cute and very clean!! All the reviews I've read in regards to them being rude are comical. Only 2 reviews of 5 stars that are not deserved. Customer service is zero. They have two young girls that seem clueless and are not professionally dressed, I'm unsure what their job is, when I walked in asking for a regular manicure ( no gel or anything, just focus on my cuticles ) she looked at me as if I was speaking a dialect. Only one nail tech spoke English unfortunately for me cuz I told my nail tech to focus on my cuticles and she nodded, but towards the end of my manicure I told her she forgot to remove the clear protein coat I came in with from my right hand, and that she also didn't buff my nails like she had done to my left hand, she had to ask for translating. Which is fine, I just wish she would have just asked before about not understanding since I was wondering why she didn't focus on my cuticles more. The water to soften the skin was also cold. Lastly, one of the nail techs was sleeping in the pedicure massage chair... to me that's just unprofessional. Needless to say, I'm going to have to retouch my cuticles at home. I'm going two stars because is seems they updated their store recently. It looks modern. That was nice. Would recommend elsewhere, businesses should understand the importance of customer service. My mom and I came in with an appointment for 3:30 they made me wait 40 min for my manicure. They took my mom right away for her pedicure. Had a deal from yelp for a free sugar scrub yet my mom didn't get one. The guy did my nails very nice but kept going on long breaks to talk on the phone. If you want a more upscale atmosphere without the price hike, this is the place. Spent $50 on a pedi and nexgen mani and couldn't be happier with the service. Magy did my pedi and Fuji did my manicure and both were super friendly, gentle, and quick. Y nails came out perfect! I've been shopping around for a new salon for a few months now and finally found one that hit the mark. The salon is modern, clean, and the best part is it DOESNT SMELL!
