I travel alot due to work and i needed a mani pedi. By far the worst experience i ever had. The lady doing my toes graded my pinky toe, made the beach an unpleasant/painful trip for me. My hands were being done at the same time as my feet, the lady doing my hands didn't even cut my cuticles. My nails are dip powder and they are literally coming off my nails. My middle finger came off while i slept last night and this morning my index nail came off while carrying a gallon of milk. I am so disappointed i paid 85 dollars for this. would not recommend this spot to nobody.. p.s i did my nails on friday, today is Sunday. My payment is literally still pending in my bank statement #worst Alsoooo the shape is not the shape i wanted, she said she couldnt square them cause my thumb nail was round. Super wack!!! read more

I learned about the salon from a client at my job, she was telling me that her whole family goes there and so I wanted to check it out. The environment was nice and calm. I got a Nexgen full set and pedicure. I was very happy with the service. Its a local favorite and so it's best to make an appointment. Update I have been here at least 6 times staff is great I usually use Kenny but had Kim today she was excellent. She does brows, pedicures, and full sets. I left feeling like a new me lol . I have never had a bad experience and have great conversations with other clients. read more

came in as a walk-in for a pedicure. they were very accommodating even though I didn't have an appointment and they seemed pretty busy. The pedicure wasn't the best but the gentleman that did my pedicure was very nice. Short massage unfortunately Just an FYI you can't add a tip to your card. They have an ATM right in the store but save yourself the fee and bring cash read more

I have been coming to this salon with my daughter for last 2 years and not once have I walked out of there anything less than happy. Kevin, Peter and Kim are absolutely amazing. If you like to get design then Kim is your girl. Right now due to COVID-19 you need to make a appointment, but I always make one for us and that way it guarantees that we have our favorite tech. read more

Seriously terrible. The nail tech who helped me (bald man) condescending and rude from the moment i sat down. I was getting a fill in and he asked me if i got my last set done there and i said no. Then he proceeded to criticize my nails asking me if i wanted them shorter...i think i would have said so if that's what i wanted. Then he tells me its an extra $5 for Length even though they're already long..ok no problem. He then proceeds to ask if i want a design I say I'm not sure yet and then when i found one (simple ombré) he says we don't do that on gel nails. Great..so what do you do?! Lol then finally he tells Me to go find someone else to Do my nails.....HAPPILY I'll take my business elsewhere. Long story short PLAIN RUDE AND NASTY do not spend your money in this trashy place. read more

This was my first visit here... I was passing by and initially intended just to inquire about pricing, but ended up getting an impromptu mani/pedi. I normally like to get my mani first so it has a little longer to dry, but they had already prepared the pedicure basin, so I went along with it. The nail technician didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut or filed, instead just began clipping. Wasn't a problem, but I know some people like to be asked. She then began trying to do the up-sell of gel mani, eyebrow wax, etc. I'm used to this from other salons, so I politely declined and that was it, no pushiness. The pedicure & manicure process went smoothly, and I was happy with how my nails looked. The salon was busy, and the staff were friendly. It was $35 for the mani-pedi, which is pretty much what I usually pay! I'll definitely be back :-) read more

Kim does a great job on my nails! I can go a whole month without having to get them filled and they never chip for come off. She's very good at designs also! I'm a little sad that I move to Orlando and won't be able to use her all the time, but I will certainly visit her when I am in the area. read more

I used to come here all the time a few years ago and always left happy. I came back a couple of days ago, and left disappointed. When I first walked in, there were no prices on the wall so I was not completely sure how much it would cost. As I was getting my nails done, the nail technician informed me that it would be $50 which I guess I was fine with. As she was doing my nails I noticed that the shape was a little weird and the nails were not smooth. When I got to my car, i noticed that the tips of the nails were the wrong size, so some of my real nail was showing on the edges. I left unsatisfied and I don't think I'll be returning. read more

If I could give this Place zero stars I would. My mom went and got her nails done. She asked specifically for light baby pink and a light baby blue. My mom is also pregnant so she fell asleep. She woke up in the car and realized that her nails were hot, pink, and dark blue, I got on the phone with the place once my mom came crying to me and they completely started screaming at me saying it was my fault and that they couldn't do anything about it and wanted to charge her more to fix her nails taken in mind that they messed up the size and the color I didn't screen back or be rude in anyway shape or form but the manager or whoever I was on the phone with was horrible the person that did my mom's nails was Henry also horrible I came home and looked at her nails and her cuticles were absolutely ruined. I would never recommend this to anyone and it is a horrible place to go to never ever go horrible and the way they speak to the customers over the phone is absolutely disgusting. read more

First off I would like to start by saying , this place wasn't always as bad , terrifying , disrespectful, unprofessional, and most of all greedy ! The original owners left a man in charge , who doesn't know how to hire people , manage people . He lets them treat minorities , particularly African American like garbage . So I though till I saw them make an ELDERLY WOMAN cry , the nail tech made he fingers bleed and yelled at her when she beg the man to stop ! I've try giving this place a chance many many many times . Why ? Cause I live right there , and most of the time I didn't have a choice . But your reading this yelp review , and you have a choice ! The nail techs swear they're hot shyt , won't respect you , don't respect anyone , will do a rush job and argue with you about it being what you ask for and they're "manager" will laugh as she's doing it. Yes lady's and gents they are truly that bad . read more

This place is horrible. I just got my nails done 5 days ago and they all popped off already ( 8/27/2020 ) . I called and spoke to Cindy who is the owner and she had every excuse in the book as to why she wouldn't redo my nails or give me my money back don't ever get your nails done here.!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I went a while ago to get prom nails. I've never been there but since a friend recommended them, I went. I walked in with an appointment but one of the ladies didnt even bother to ask. All she said was "What do you want?" Excuse me. Like no type of manners whatsoever. I shrugged it off. And told her I had an appt for acrylic mani and a pedi. Note how I told her acrylic. So she told the nail tech what I wanted. I go for my pedi. And as we finish. The nail tech asks me yet again if I was getting a mani. I said yes. Acrylic. Annnnd i. Dont. Know. What made him think i said just manicure. I mean i had stated at least THREE times that I wanted acrylic nails. So when i told him they all went crazy. And the lady came up to me and said i should've told him before he started. I LITERALLY told her when i WALKED IN that I wanted ACRYLIC. They made me change nail tech bc my first nail tech didnt do acrylic. But then for the rest of my visit they were all arguing and probably talking bad about me in their own language. I've never felt more sad and heartbroken in a public place. I've never been back. And I've told my friends to not go back either. They are one of the most rudest and ignorant people I've, unfortunately, encountered. read more

I have been to this salon more than once and each time the service was not so great. I didn't know they closed so early on a certain day but they assured me that it was fine even after I offered to leave since they were closing but they told me to stay. That resulted in an extremely rushed job and treated very poorly. Not what I would expect after they very happily told me to come on in and get my nails done despite me telling them I would come back the next day. read more
