We decided to try a new pedicure place. The others that we have been to in the area have been fine for my polish applications, but not very good at removing callouses and rough spots on the heels and bottoms of my feet (and especially my husband's feet). He was very overdue for a pedicure where they could take care of this, specifically. We called US Nails 1 and made two appointments. They were able to take us at the time we wanted to come by. The cost was more than we have been paying. However, it turns out this is way more than just a regular pedicure. It's more like what they call a spa pedicure. We got a very good pedicure with attention to all areas, a fantastic leg massage, a hot wax application, oil for moisturizing, hot towels, and for me a good polishing. The gal really had to work on my husband's feet -- and she did a great job. Just what he needed! We will definitely be returning. read more

Made an appointment. Had 3 different people work on me. My big toe nails were cut and filed on an angle. I asked for a French and the white tips are slanted and bubbly not evenly rounded. I was asked if I liked the white line and when i asked for it thicker she told me no it looked better thin... so why I ask? I also asked for pink and white and definitely didn't get that. I'm sitting here writing this review as I wait to leave, so that I don't forget. I've been here for and hour and 20 minutes and though the pedicure massage and paraffin wax was nice, the quality of the color is awful. I'm ashamed to even post a picture, so I won't. This is my second time trying this place, I had a similar experience the first time with gel but I thought that with regular polish they would be able to use acetone to clean it up... nope. *after I paid and tipped I asked if i could have the managers information and the woman i was speaking to told me that she was the manager so I told her I was unhappy with the quality of the paint (which she was the one to do) and saw it and giggled and offered if I sat down she could fix it for me... at that point it's been an hour and 40 mins so I chose to go home. Stopped in after taking a red eye from California and needed to get my feet Florida ready! Honestly best pedicure I have had for the price! The chap answering the phone was very friendly, and very sweet when we arrived. Both he and the lady there we very attentive. It was so relaxing, the basic pedicure includes a paraffin wax and they spent quite some time massaging the lower legs and feet. The salon was clean, I dig the faux print wall. And, he will hate me for saying this, my husband came and had a pedicure and the TV on the back wall was showing some kinda fishing show. So he was happy. Do not come to this salon. I received the worst set of acrylics ever. Within four days 8 of my nails were lifted when I went back to get them fixed I was told they can't do anything and it was my fault. Upon removing them I realized why. They use MMA acrylic which has destroyed my nails now. I paid $125 so I expect them to be done correctly and when I went back and the arguments they charged me an additional $15 to remove their mistake. This place is dirty, expensive, and overall poor quality. The man who does nails is very inexperienced. Contrary to all the popular reviews this is place is not good. Do not come here. read more

A friend and I called and asked if they had availability for pedicures, and the gentleman on the phone was so friendly! When we arrived we were immediately greeted and brought to the pedicure chairs. From there, the experience was what I could only describe as probably the best pedicure I've ever had. I received a really nice paraffin wax, leg scrub, lotion with a small massage, and a very friendly employee to chit chat with (he may have been the owner or manager.) All of that was included in the normal price of their regular pedicure - wow! I was really happy that my friend decided to bring me to this nail salon. This nail salon had good reviews and was recommended and at the time I thought the pedicure was amazing. The man doing my acrylic tips seemed very inexperienced. Upon seeing my nails he said they were old! I had just put the set on 3 months ago. When I got home my feet were burning, I had cuts on my cuticles. I had to get an antibacterial cream for my foot. My nails didn't even last two weeks! A nail popped off and my finger is throbbing. All off my nails are lifting. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. read more

Made an appointment for this weekend. Arrived on time and the place was not dirty but not super clean. I explained to my tech that it had been awhile since I had a pedi. My feet were in need of some tlc. There were two other ladies working there but only one other customer. I was there for over an hour and when the tech went to put my flip flops on, one of the big toes smudged. Instead of starting over with that toe, she added a glob of polish and some top coat and told me to wait 10 min. I did and the toe seemed to have dried. When I left however I looked down at it and it appeared to be dull in comparison to the other shiny nails. When I tapped it, it was all mushy and smudged even worse.
