After doing research on various businesses in the area, I came across Greatest Lashes & Skin, and I'm so happy I did. Based on the services they offer, pricing, and reviews, I came here for the first time a couple of months ago for a lash lift with Monica. I have always been a little weary of getting eyelash extensions (even though so many friends have done it with little to no issues) and thought this would be a good first step. Monica was great and my lashes looked incredible--highly recommend if you're considering this service. Then, enter last night: I decided to bite the bullet and finally try a classic set of lash extensions. Christina was so sweet and patient with me, answering ALL of my questions... and there were a lot. She was so thoughtful, thorough, and covered all the bases on how to prolong my lashes, how to maintain and care for them, things to avoid, etc. I didn't know what to expect going into this, being a newbie and all, but Christina and her magic far exceeded any expectations! I love, LOVE the way my lashes look. I was put at such ease and comfort, didn't feel a thing, and still don't feel a thing -- except for feelin' myself, heyyyy. :) Cannot recommend this salon and the ladies here enough. However, when I arrived, the practitioner performing the injections seemed very unprofessional. First, despite being a new client, I had clearly stated my treatment history; yet, when discussing the plan, she recommended Dysport instead of the Botox I had originally booked. She asked if I was comfortable with a total cost exceeding $700--which was fine by me. I also wanted a touch-up on my cheeks (where I had received Juvéderm injections a year prior). After treating my forehead, she declared the session over. When I asked about my cheeks, she asked in surprise, "You want to do your cheeks too?" I was shocked, as I had mentioned needing treatment for both my forehead and cheeks from the start. I kept asking for her recommendations, expecting a professional to proactively suggest a plan and advise me on what was needed. Instead, she claimed I had only booked a 15-minute session for forehead wrinkles and suggested I come back the next day. When I said I couldn't return the following day, she reluctantly agreed to inject Restylane into my cheeks. Throughout the process, she repeatedly questioned my ability to pay--asking things like "Is this price okay?" and "Do you know how much this costs?"--rather than offering professional advice on the areas of my face that needed attention. This made me feel very uncomfortable. She rushed through the procedure, and after I paid over $1,300 and left, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. I suspect this happened because my attire made me look "low-class," leading her to worry that I couldn't afford the treatment. She offered no advice or assessment based on my face's actual needs; she simply performed my requests mechanically without ever mentioning follow-up care. There was absolutely no effect after getting the treatment on my forehead. In the past, when I got Botox, the forehead lines would disappear the very same day.

I took a look at all the jewelry, accessories etc which is so nice to have if you want to shop while you wait! I then went for my pedicure which was nice, however, I've never sat so long for a pedicure. If you have all day, you might enjoy that but I didn't expect to be at the salon for 3 hours. My pedicure was ok, however, I'm used to salons cutting cuticles and the sides of your nails and I felt like I just had my feet soaked and painted. The scrub was nice and relaxing which I liked! As for my manicure, it came out nice, however, no cuticles were cut and after removing my dip nail polish, filing and buffing, nail polish was put directly into my nails without cleaning them. My nail tech was very sweet, however for the price of everything in addition to the fact that I was there for 3 hours and the gel nail polish chipped and lifted within 4 days.. I would not come back. As I checked out, I had my first time discount which I don't even think was applied and then I was told no AMEX, which is the only credit cards I carry. It would have been nice if someone let me know ahead of time or a sign was displayed at the front desk. I luckily had some cash on me to deposit so I used all the cash I had. My cuticles after my manicure were terrible and skin keeps hanging off my nails and now one specifically was bothering me after the manicure and now it's infected on the side.

They both are amazingly compassionate, intelligent and skilled practitioners and are ridiculously informative about making a plan and getting their patients feeling the best they can. Leanne has been my go-to girl for the majority of the time. She defines what a healer is. She is loaded with love and compassion and truly wants her patients to feel better by the time they leave. I live with severe pain and that can be very difficult not just physically but emotionally. Undoubtedlyif you were trying to choose whether or not to go to them you should know that you are truly safe in their hands.
