Never again! My daughter went to this nail shop , the place was well kept and a nice location but the quality of the nails... unexpected. First, we made an appointment all was well there. She asked for an acrylic full set, meaning she wanted tips and acrylic with gel polish. The lady who did her nails gave her an acrylic overlay?? She didn't ask for one, and only put tips on the nails that were shorter than the rest. She showed her the inspiration picture and wanted a short medium length, SQUARE, with baby pink polish. She ended up getting a neon polish with a rounded square shape, the acrylic application was not the best and was very lumpy. Disappointed with having to pay $70 for these EXTRA short nails. Unfortunately had to cancel my appointment because I was extremely sick. Called to explain this, and was told they had to charge me $25/appt. I was a new client, only had been about 3 times before. Never changed or canceled. Spoke to a manger who told me she'd waive the charge, but would have to ask the employee if she'd be willing to reschedule me. Umm. I could've showed up, sick as a dog-and gotten them sick, but thought I did the right thing. She said she'd call back after speaking to Natalya, to see if she'd "be willing to see me." Never heard back, but wouldn't ever go back anyway after this. I know what it's like to lose money in the moment, but thought cancelling was just the human thing to do. Loved my experience here with technician Anna. I got Nexgen nails in red. That's basically dipping your nails in powder like substance and getting your nails stained for longer than a average manicure. On most people this lasts 3-4 weeks, depends on how soon your nails grow out. But on average it's longer than a traditional manicure. Anna was very precise with how long I wanted my nails and the shape of them. She made sure they looked good and showed me multiple shades of red when I requested I wanted red. The nail salon is very clean, chic and cute. I didn't have time to get pedicure but next time plan to get that as well. 5 stars on a great nail place in Boynton Beach. I'll be back. ~ Tip - Gratitude is only in cash. You can pay credit card for the service though. They have an atm machine in the premise as well. read more

I usually don't bad mouth businesses but I was very disappointed in the quality of nails I recieved. I used Divina who was amazing hands down an awesome tech, it's just the quality and lifting after only 2 weeks of having on Gel X breaks my heart. I usually can go 3-4 weeks without it being done but now I sit here tonight I lost 4 nails because they were lifting. I did contact her to fix but I just don't think it will be worth it. I have to agree with prior reviews on this one. This salon has SO much potential. They have a beautiful salon- it's decor is classy and modern, the pedicure chairs are like thrones, and they have pink accents everywhere. It's the type of place that you could make your go to nail salons for sure. I know this salon is appointment only which I love because it means they have a steady clientele. So when I called and was able to get a same day appointment I was thrilled! When I arrived I was politely greeted and brought back to a crisp, clean area. They started to then soak off my gel...now I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years and have never had my gel soaked off. I sat there for about an hour while they frequently checked the progress, then soaked again. This was extremely frustrating because I'm usually in and out of my normal nail salon in an hour. The girl who did my nails was awesome. Very friendly and sweet. She was new to the type of gel extension I needed on one of my nails but that was fine. I also got unicorn flakes, but they didn't stick well. Could have used an extra rub! I Overall, I wasn't happy with my nails. They're we're extremely expensive and chipped off after a week. On top of that, my nails actually cracked because of how rough the process of removing my prior manicure was. I was a little sad there wasn't massage chairs for the pedi. Those were my only cons. Everything else was amazing! I got claudia. The columbian one. She told me to ask for the columbian claudia, because there is more than one claudia there ! She was amazing! Best foot massage! I got the.... hmmm it seems the website took down their menu right now. I think it was called the deluxe? The hot wax stuff stuff was new to me, but deff made my feet feel so super smooth! I feel the deluxe is worth the money! The shocker was my nails! Maybe it was just good luck, but I can never keep my acrylics on long. I went near march 8th for my nails.......... then COVID19 hit and couldn't get them removed! THEY LASTED TILL 4/28/2020. I finally took them off that day! But WOW! Yes, there was a chip on a few, but I washed my truck and nicked them on my rims. They stayed on for so long! Usually they rip off of me so easily. So surprised! I've been back a few times and my one complaint is the owner. I figured out who she is because my brain works pretty well, but not once has she ever greeted me, asked how my services were, or even just a smile. Yes it's a lovely salon, but at least pretend you appreciate my business/are a kind person. Additionally, and maybe I'm just old school, but I think it's super tacky to, on top of acting ungrateful for your customers, and then insist on parking your obnoxiously bright blue Porsche in the closest spot right in front of the salon- it just screams I don't appreciate my customers (you know, the ones who's money pay for that Porsche). I have been going to this nail salon for a couple years now and I called because I was sick with a fever and got charged $25 to cancel and reschedule. Then called to ask them what they would've rather me done, come in sick or not come in to avoid getting anyone else sick and she responded "we don't want you coming in to protect everyone else" (which I totally understand, that's why I called to reschedule). She then told me Liz was "suspicious" of my cancellation because I was fine the day I made the appointment and not fine the next day. I understand completely people have to make their money, but why should I be penalized for them not taking walk ins. Why would a nail business not take walk ins. Besides this circumstance, the past few times I went, my nails broke after a week and they charge you for every little thing, for example, "shaping the nail" (literally filing your nails). The last time I went to get my nails done, I had an appointment at 5:30, they called to move the appointment up to 5:15 but when I walked in she was giving one of the employees a pedicure and didn't start on my nails until 5:45. My sister also went and they charged her $75 for her nails, but didn't tell her until she was at the check out and was forced to pay it! I do not consider myself someone who complains, especially on yelp, but for all of the inconveniences they have caused me, I feel like they need the feedback to make some positive changes. On a positive note, they have very talented artists! But they need to work on reliability and professionalism. read more

My experience was nothing crazy to rave about. I have to say the decor is very unique and cute. The pedicure chairs are princess like chairs. To me it was comfortable but I can see how it may not be comfortable for others. The time I came, the majority of Nail Techs were all young. I don't mind it at all but the 2 I had did not do a good job. The one who did my pedicure was very mediocre. Did not clean under my nails, did not scrub for long, and polish was not straight. I didn't bother complaining as I was so tired and just needed to get my nails done so I can get the hell out. Then here goes my nexgen, not bad but wasn't great. Guess she made it too thin, one if the nail broke off 3 days later. I just went ahead and cut all of them down myself and filed it so it won't look crazy . I won't be returning back here. read more

Beautiful salon and clean environment. Pedicure was perfect. Nails-different story. I got my nails done by one of the owners, Lina. She was nice but on the phone the entire time which probably explains why my nails turned out so bad. First I asked for a specific look. Very simple square tip thin nails. I even showed her a picture. I am growing out my natural nails so I told her to keep the length, ended up with much shorter nails than when I came in. The shape wasn't what I asked for either. I also asked for a white sparkly nexgen and she gave me a glow in the dark white with purple tint to it. It was like she did my nails based off of what she wanted them to be instead of what I- the customer wanted and asked for. She also had to add a tip to my thumb nail and didn't even match up the length to the rest of my nails. I paid $40 for both pedi and nexgen plus $7 tip for each. The very next day, the left index finger nail breaks after not even 24 hours! I called the salon to arrange to get it fixed. I go in and she says "you ready?" Like it was a problem me being there. She doesn't even say hello how are you, nothing, until I do. Since my real nail broke she had to put another tip on this one and it came out shorter than the rest and lumpy. I say thank you and leave. Now just two days later, 2 more nails on my other hand are chipped and had to go to my event with these nails! Mind you, I have not done any strenuous work and I take care of my nails. I loved my pedicure with Nilly but would never see Lina again. Very bad. They do not sterilize the instruments between clients! I watched the tech working on the woman before me. She used the same towel hand rest for me that she had used in her last client. The tech did not change her gloves; they were filthy. The tech used the same instruments on me that she had just used. The instruments were stored in a dirty upright plastic pen type holder and weren't even wiped down between uses. My manicure was OK. I don't usually get manicures but I had butchered my last self-cut nail session; I needed help. I think it has some serious potential, but their support staff needs to take customer service seriously. Aesthetically it's a GORGEOUS salon. But customer service should be worked on. I walked in on a Sunday morning when they first opened and it was only the front desk girl working . She was blaring music, which is fine but she didn't lower it when she was speaking to me regarding availability and making an appointment. They were fully booked so i had to return the next day which was great. I'm in the service industry so I was cool knowing they're busy. Busy is good! So I walked in the next day and started my service. My technician was sweet. The pedicure chairs are nice to look at but are literally the most uncomfortable things to sit in. You don't realize how much you miss the recliners when you're not given a choice but to only sit completely straight up. My pedicure didn't last a day before chipping began. My nails were bulky and very bumpy. I know I'm more particular than others but honestly my clients noticed them. As i was getting my nails done the front desk girl and another technician were "hanging out" in the service area next to where I was getting my nails done . They were doing each other's nails, snacking , leaving their mess and garbage behind. As a business owner, I'm relaxed but when you have paying customers present that should not be acceptable. READ THIS REVIEW FIRST!! I literally never write reviews but this experience was so outrageously bad that this is warranted. DO NOT waste your time coming to this salon as both your time AND money will be wasted. Paid $170+ to get my nails done here and within 1 DAY my nails broke. Tried to contact the salon multiple times to see how the situation can be fixed and initially recieved no response to emails and dms (this is how they advised me to reach out about the situation over the phone after I explained what happened). When I finally got in contact with the salon, the manager was rude and disgusting on the phone. She ended the conversation with "girl bye" and hung up the phone on me mid-sentence as I was asking her how we can go about fixing the situation. Completely classless, disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Whatever trash can the manager learned her buisness practices behind, she needs to go back and try again bc the lack of education and customer service is exemplified in her attitude towards customers, behavior and the way she chooses to run her "buisness."
