The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend.

After grilling her for about 5 mins, she finally decided to pay attention to detail and do a decent job. As an owner of a contracting company, that wears boots all day everyday, and place everyone else's needs before my own. I know what good customer service looks like and this location or this staff member wasnt a good choice. I know we might not have the most appealing feet. He is very rude, his hands are gross, he does very bad nails and will blame you condescendingly if his poor application does not dry properly. My experience was so bad that I had to leave without finishing my nails. They weren't going to look good anyway because of how he started the process. Such a bad experience with him that I will not be back! And maybe that is what he wanted. But I was his first client for the day so there is no excuse for his poor behavior and skills.

On Saturday, February 14th, late afternoon, I went in for a manicure and pedicure with clear polish. Within two days, the polish completely came off, the shine disappeared, the nails began cracking, and the edges were sharp. The cuticles on my pinky were left extremely long -- nearly a quarter inch. I specifically asked for my nails to be cut very short, and they were not. When I called to have them corrected, I was told they would only file them, not recut them as requested. During the visit to fix the issue, staff became argumentative and raised their voices. I remained calm and asked them not to yell, but the interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. After the filing, the nails still looked poorly done and continue to cause discomfort. Based on both the quality of service and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business.
