Worst nail salon experience I've ever had, even under new management. From the moment I walked in,…read moreit was clear this place has completely missed the mark. I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend.

Making an appointment was a breeze. I explained my nail situation over the phone and the girl immediately said, "Don't worry, we will take care of you." And that pretty much sums up the customer service from start to finish. The salon has recently been renovated and is very clean, spacious, and has plenty of chairs and staff. Lisa did my nails and did an AMAZING job. I'm super particular about my nails and very loyal to a nail tech once I find someone I like, so switching is a big deal for me! She had to add two tips to correct the length and make everything even, and you genuinely cannot tell which nails they are. Everything came out beautifully. Looks like I may have found my new favorite nail tech a lot closer to home! Such a great experience all around. I'll be seeing Lisa again in 2-3 weeks for my next dip. Thank you!

The staff were super nice but unfortunately the quality was not good or they were too busy watching the game. Because I received both services at the same time, I had to sit in the pedicure chair but turning my torso to the left the entire time - it was super uncomfortable. All of my fingernails were cut to different lengths, there were bubbles in the white immediately, the gel is on my cuticle and was peeling within 2 days, and multiple of the nails cracked on day 3. Because a different person did my pedicure the thickness of the white tips were different, and the gel is clumped up and rough on the sides. The price was definitely not worth it.

1-Star Review - Public Warning (Professional & Detailed) I…read moream sharing this to warn others about my experience at QMC Nails LLC (Hypoluxo Rd location in Lake Worth). On Saturday, February 14th, late afternoon, I went in for a manicure and pedicure with clear polish. Within two days, the polish completely came off, the shine disappeared, the nails began cracking, and the edges were sharp. The cuticles on my pinky were left extremely long -- nearly a quarter inch. I specifically asked for my nails to be cut very short, and they were not. When I called to have them corrected, I was told they would only file them, not recut them as requested. During the visit to fix the issue, staff became argumentative and raised their voices. I remained calm and asked them not to yell, but the interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. After the filing, the nails still looked poorly done and continue to cause discomfort. Based on both the quality of service and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business.
