When it comes to service, it will be as good as the tech is. For Pedicures, Ray is the best and for Dip Manicure it's Mimi. The main problem with them is that they do not honor their appointments and you will be literally waiting over 30 minutes easy to be seen despite having an appointment. I have literally seen walk ins be serviced before me who had an appointment but my tech was double booked. I can't deal with that anymore. read more

So I heard this place was under new ownership yet again and my regular girl at my other place doesn't work on Sunday's so I decided to give them a try. I got in right away for a pedicure. They use a scrub after they remove nail polish. The whole time she was busy staring out the window instead of looking what/where she is massaging. She didn't even put the scrub on my feet at all. Just did the calves. When she did the massage part with lotion later it was the same thing. When she was polishing my toes she used the tip of her thumbnail to pull my skin away from my toe. It hurt!! She was digging the tip of her nail into the tip of my toe. I had to tell the technician doing the pedicure next to me this because my girl did not understand English. The technician said something to my girl in what I am assuming was Vietnamese. Well, my girl was still stabbing me with her finger. I had to tell the woman again "she is pressing really hard with her nail into my skin and it hurts she needs to stop" she then said something again In Vietnamese to the woman in a tone that would most likely accompany an eye roll. I was a few minutes late and ended up having to wait another 15 minutes to be seen. I got a pedicure first from Raymond (he told me his real name and I just wish I knew how to spell it. It's definitely cooler than his American one! Ha). We had a great conversation throughout getting a pedi and he was so personable! After that it was time for nextgen and then waxing. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at Top Nails. They were very friendly, very attentive, and it was one of the cleanest nail salons I've walked into. I received a full set of gel nails and a pedicure for $53, can't beat it. The designs I asked for were $10 extra. Lou treated me like a princess and offered a glass of wine and I was in heaven. I had two friends who had never gotten a pedicure before...it was the worst , they never asked what u wanted or how i wanted my toe nails. I should have walked out. I will not be going back. Please accept this as your warning. While the salon has a nice appearance, they reassured me that all the colors have a match for dip/gel. Flag 1: the color I picked for my toes, did not have a gel to match. They selected a color that was no where near. (wanted White- gave me a pink) Flag 2: While getting my pedicure the lady next to me shared that her polish didnt last and it chipped. Seems they are using cheap products if the reviews and customers are sharing that their manicure/pedicures are not lasting. (I should have run than) Flag 3: the nail tech was extremely rough on my hands to the point my cuticles were bleeding. He had to use the green liquid to make it stop. (here is an idea: just be gentle) Last and Final Flag: I was shocked when I went to pay that you are not able to tip on your credit card. Seems a little sketchy that they conveniently have an ATM located by the exit. Facing cameras that displays your balance for others to view before allowing any withdrawal of funds in amounts of $20' only. In addition to an ATM fee...
