My nail tech did not greet me but I think it was due to the language barrier. The water was ice cold when he turned on the faucet. Later I was scalded with the hot towels on my toes. Again due to the language barrier even though I requested Nexgen the nail tech did acrylic which did make my nails look more natural. He was super nice but I definitely could have gone without the glitter and the design because it doesn't look that great to me and the price seemed a bit excessive. After I left I noticed that the color of the polish did not look the same on all of my toes. Some are a darker shade than the others.
