Called a day in advance asking for a 12:00 appointment the next day for 2 pedicures, girl said 12:30. Okay. Got there 5 minutes early & we were given our chairs. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT UNDER MY NAME. Have been going there for years. Sat down, & my partner immediately had someone doing his pedi..... I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. Tick tock, tick tock. My partner is done. Tick tock, tick tock. No one, not even the lady who did my partners pedi, came to do mine. Finally, 40 minutes after waiting, a woman came to do my pedi. I've never seen her before & although she apologized for the wait & her looking at me every time she was massaging my feet (ew), she did a crap job on my nails. Honestly, we don't live in Wellington anymore & we're done at this establishment. It's gone from $25 to now $33 for a pedi. No thanks. I will not be back. Vibe - awful. I had got my nails done there last month & asked her to SLIGHTLY trim my nails. She cut them so short and then when I asked for tips the girl next to her (not even the girl doing my nails) straight up told me no? I could have saved $60 and done these misshapen, chunky, baby nails myself at home. I would save my money and go somewhere else or DIY at home. Had my nails done last week they did a really great job. I was really impressed on how beautiful it was inside. This place is huge. You are not crammed in feeling like people are staring at you. The whole place looks like it was just renovated. I went to Sue she did an amazing job on my nexgen nails and pedicure. Sue was very gentle she asked me how would I like my nails done shape and size. Sue also asked me if she was hurting me when she was filing. The prices are very reasonable Place is very clean and everyone is nice. I actually bumped into a neighbor and was chit chatting so I sat down for a half hour talking and everyone was so nice not trying to throw me out. They said stay as long as you like. Great salon. They have the BEST manicurist in south Florida here. I wont say her name because she's hard to get an appointment with, and, well - I don't want to share lol Clean salon. Eve one wears masks. Glass partitions between you and manicurist with a hold on the bottom to slide your hands through. They don't sit people next to each other. $41 for mani and pedi. So I went in yesterday which was January 2nd and I went in to get my eyebrows done. It was very busy the receptionist said they'll be with me shortly I waited about 20 minutes I asked someone how much longer they said a few more minutes and only one girl does them and she's doing nails so I waited 10 more minutes still nothing so I just decided to go. Today I came back and this time I came wanting my toes and my eyebrows done I came in skeptical cause yesterday wasn't really a nice experience but today was a completely different experience the girl that did my eyebrows was extremely nice and quick and greatttt at her job. Did also did my toes which she did amazing as well. I will be coming to get my eyebrows done by her again. The guy that charged me today remembered me from yesterday and apologized for the wait so that was nice that they acknowledged that. It was very clean and fancy in there. I recently moved back to Wellington and tried another salon for nextgen dip it was horrific (thick, peeling, shape was way off,etc) and then a friend reminded me to go to one the "original" nail Places of Wellington! Wel WOWWWWWWWWWWWW 10 stars absolutely the best from the front desk to my nail tech. I pre scheduled an appointment and the time and care to do my dip as if I was attending a special event was shocking!!! Who cares about nails to this amount of detail anymore?! I wasn't just a number I was actually cared about and listened to. This is my first visit here after a friend recommended them. This is also my first time getting Nex Gen nails done. The lady that did my nails was Amy she did a wonderful job for a newbie like myself. I ended up changing my color as it was too sparkly. She didn't mind in the least. She helped me pick out my current color. I had a pedicure first, they have colors that match every nex gen color which I think is EXTREMELY convenient. My feet desperately needed some TLC as well.. on to the nails! So I recently stopped biting my nail around the new year and right before the shutdown. I was going to get my nails done as I believe I deserved it at this Point.... well fast forward a few months, I'm still going strong but my nails needed a pick me up. I decided on a Nex Gen for the durability and no UV for the setting of color. I can tell by how they feel they are much more durable then gels but more delicate on my nails then acrylic. I'm in love with the color and the feel as well as the security they provide my nails as they grow. I will be returning to California Nails again. read more

I agree with previous reviews, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! They're rude, racist, unprofessional, use bad quality products, you'll have to come back to get your nails fixed after you just paid for them because they just come off easily. They don't care at all about their customers, just care about making money and don't care if you're satisfied or not, what they'll do is overcharge you for anything you do. I don't even understand how these people got their license to do nails and lashes. DON'T WASTE your time and hard earned money on this place, there are other places way more classy and that care about your business in the area. I was a regular at this place, left because the owner Tom was rude to me and decided to give it another try a year later and was going for a while with no problem until Vivian his wife did my lash extensions one day and my eyes and another friend of mine's got an extreme allergy and our eyes got like red tomatoes because the glue she uses is cheap and I called to let them know to remove the lashes and they could care less. Fast forward, just like another gentleman said on a review here, they told me not to come back because they just don't care about customer satisfaction and you just can't say anything or they'll tell you not to come back too. This place was recommended to me and clearly the person who recommended them never really had their nails done. I called before heading in and asked how much a fill with gel was and was told $25. I'm getting my nails done and as the tech is shaping my nails the owner goes oh $5 more for coffin shape. I agree since I'm already in the middle of getting my nails done. Fast forward to a day later and my gel nail polish starts chipping off. I live 2 hours away and call them to see what they can do and all they said was they can redo it for free but they will have the owner call me back . Next day one of my nails pops off while I am in the shower washing my hair. Next day I check my bank account and they charged me $55!! Call again and the owner is "busy because it's holiday season" Over a week later the owner calls me back with an attitude and tells me they don't guarantee gel on acrylic. Which I have never heard in my life. I don't know what type of high end place they think they are running but it's a joke! Spend your money else where. read more
