I've been with the same nail tech for years. Before they opened this shop, I used to go to them at another local spot. Rim & Julie do a great job with my nails. I get the dip nails and their pricing is reasonable compared to other salons. They do take walk-ins, but I don't recommend it. They can get quite busy. If I could rate zero stars I could. I went in 2/3/2026 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure in less then 24 HOURS they started lifting both. I went in kindly to ask for a refund because gel is supposed to last not lift. They couldn't provide me the refund I will not be back. Worst experience I have ever had. Once I arrived, I was greeted and told to sit - no given wait time so I sat. 15mins went by and the lady came and asked what color, I showed her a picture and she had me move to her station, I begin to place my hands in the bowl to dissolve my previous set. The lady then says relax maybe 10-15mins and proceeds to exit the salon. Time is going by, I'm not sure what time it is because my hands were occupied - but then I just felt like my lady literally left and now I was waiting again to be helped, I'm a very patient person, and plus my nails were still soaking. More time goes by and finally a gentleman says ok your turn come to my station. At this point I just felt like I had been there hours and sure enough once I look at the time an hour and 15mins had passed. The most I've had to sit and let my nails dissolve was maybe 20mins. So by now I'm just irritated for how much time I had been there and we haven't even started. Anyways I now show him the nails I wanted... simple red sparkle on the tips only he doesn't seem to have an issue. Once he removed the last set, he asked if I wanted to cut my natural nail and get tip I said no lets just keep my nail no tip, plus its extra.. He says tip will look better, and no charge for you. (keep in mind he ended up making the tip the same length that my nails were) Moving on, he begins to do the sparkle and for someone who is always getting glitter, I've seen how it's done.. But what is he doing? Dipping the brush from the liquid to the glitter, and expected it to work the same as powder? No what happens to glitter when it gets wet? It clumps up - and sure enough every nail he just clumped it on the nail.... also some of my nails had missing spots -so I let him finish both hands because I wasn't sure if he was gonna do something to fix it or not. So now we are onto the top coat and I'm looking at these nails like is this 'professional nail tech' for real??? So he asked if everything was ok and I said well some parts of the nail don't have glitter, he then responds well the glitter was clumping with an attitude. (As if I didn't realize.) no offer of fixing or if I wanted something else, I said well I would like them fixed maybe add some more glitter. Now as a non-professional nail tech I shouldn't have to suggest the obvious which is when working with glitter you have 2 options maybe more. 1. sprinkle the glitter right on the nail or 2. Mix the glitter with the white powder that we were already using. NO I kept my mouth shut, because trying to get a male to realize he messed up is never going to happen and I was just ready to leave and fix them myself. I wont even mention the filling part, because I think you can tell from the picture - I know the picture is not the best I wasn't going to show the results but we love the proof read more

I went into this salon because I frequently visit the Walmart next door.. I wasn't happy with my last nails treatment next to my job I was curious wat was around the neighbor. Looking into the reviews of y'all I decide to go in there. Tony the owner made my nails fabulous! My second visit 2 weeks ago I was even speechless about my nails again! Then I asked him about eyelashes.. he introduced me into Diana.. first impression of talking to her I was convince that she knew what she was talking about.. I gave her the chance to do my eyelashes today.. omg!!!!! She is AMAZING!!!!! She took the time to removed my old lashes, hidrate my own, make me comfortable, explained to me what kind of lashes will look for my eyes and my face... afterwards she advised me how to take care of this beauties. Horrible service! The gentleman doing my nails had no idea how to apply NexGen. Another tech ended up assisting to fix the poor work he did. However, within 3 days, four of my nails chipped/broke. I've worn acrylic nails for over 20+ years and rarely break any. I am generally good with maintaining my nails every 2 weeks. This is, by far, the worst job I've ever experienced. As I was getting them done, I tried several times to let the gentleman know that he was not applying it correctly (& also informed several other techs - including the manager); however, the tech doing my nails was very defensive and then he and the rest of techs proceeded to speak in their language (I am not naive - we are ALL aware that they were most likely discussing why I was trying to correct the tech and were completely disregarding my complaint). I am not rude or confrontational at all so I just patiently waited until he was done and then left very I satisfied. To make matters worse, I was charged $15 more than what I was initially quoted. I will never go here again. And would definitely not recommend this place to anyone EVER! In case you do choose to go here - the guy who did my nails is located in the second row to the left behind the receptionist area. read more

Horrible first experience. Am only giving two stars because the lady doing my nails was kind but the way she did them was horrible!! Let me start by saying it took 3 hours for her to do a full set on me. The full set starting lifting after the second day. She cut about 4 of my fingers and for the first two days it burned to wash my hands. I paid 40$ which is relatively cheaper than the usual. But this is not worth it at all. The gel was done so bad, it didn't cover my whole nail. I asked for 3D flowers on my ring finger and she proceeded to add gems which in no way even resembled a flower. And the index finger I wanted gems on was so thick, it looked ghetto. I work in an office setting so it was from no fault of my own. Also, the shape was different for each "coffin" nail. My thing is, why let her work for your company if she does nails like this?!? Safe to say I won't be coming back. read more

If I could give a negative ten I would . I'm not one to negatively Review but I literally have never had a worse experience in my life. I waited hours and hours which is fine that's normal on a Saturday with no appointment. the man doing my nails had literally no idea what he was doing . After starting to do my nails the way I wanted and messing It up several times, I finally accepted I would just need to get something very plain because he wouldn't handle much else . Every time he made a mistake and I said something he literally got aggressive and mean and yelled at me till finally he was screaming at me saying I must be on crack for telling him my nails are uneven. (Still are$ that's when I pretty much lost it I stood up to leave and honestly thought he may attack me . nails were not even haveway done and he wanted full price so I said ok then finish them. At this point I was crying end he was totally patronizing me and being evil. But I knew mothers Day is tomorow and I would have no other oppurtunity to do my nails so I wanted atleast something somewhat decent.Luckily I have ALL OF IT on video. Starting from the beginning when he was getting aggressive when I would point out a mistake . His face was priceless when I was leaving and he saw I was recording .It ended up with my having the worst nails I have ever gotten but of corse I still paid and tipped well. I was a regular customer, I did my nails with Nora a few times and loved it each time. However I went in to get a fill and was notified she was on vacation, which sucked because I desperately needed a fill I decided to just stay and do my nails with whomever. The guy at the front told me to pick my color and sit at the first table. I sat patiently and this young woman ( I don't know her name ) she was white like Hispanic looking with black hair and she was pretty tall, i proceeded to sit in front of me and start doing my nails. No "hello" or anything. She immediately received a phone call and answered, she put on headphones and began talking in Spanish with someone on the phone. I found that utterly rude since she hadn't even greeted me or even asked what shape I wanted but I still decided to let her continue to do my nails, she stops the conversation for a second to ask me, "square" ? As in the shape I wanted, and I told her yes. She continued her phone call and she was being so harsh she cut me twice and I complained and told her shes hurting me but she ignored it. She then asks me "how long" and I tell her where to stop and she looks up at me and says in a rude annoyed voice " uh that length is extra" and I told her that's fine, and she still proceeds to cut it shorter! Mind you like I said earlier I've gotten my nails done previously a few times by Nora and never got charged extra, besides that she was already rude. So I then regretted it instantly because of the attitude she gave me and my nails didn't turn out how I wanted them at all. I know I should've stopped her after the first rude gesture but I wasn't going to leave with my nails half way finished, I'll sadly not be returning because of this, everyone else was nice but she really ruined my nail experience. read more
