Gave them a chance a few months ago since they are very close to where I am,The owner did my nails the first time and we bonded since we are both from new jersey so I decided to go back and give them another chance and a lady did my nails and didn't do the best so I went in after a minute or two of me leaving and they were extremely nasty and ignored me and told me no refund and she got up and raised her voice at me in my face DO NOT GO TO THE NAIL SALON!!! I was very excited to get my nails done because I knew I was going on a trip where my boyfriend was going to propose. Out of all times to get my nails done this is literally the most important because of the ring being on spotlight. I loved my nails when Kevin did them and paid and average nail price. I was so upset that after ONLY 6 days and almost $50 spent my nails turned from the beautiful pink to this gross orange yellow color. I did nothing crazy on vacation and took as good of care of them as I could. Totally unacceptable. However, my friend had a terrible experience at the salon very bad quality simple pedicure nail polish on her skin and missing in places as well as for her very simple manicure! This salon is definitely only for natural nails, meaning non acrylic. I went in last Friday as a walk in gel pedicure, the owner Kevin did give a nice massage but my pedicure was done in 15 minutes. With left over gel polish from my previous gel pedicure. He was in a rush during the whole service, but the outcome was a 7/10 because the gel he painted did stay on my skin and he didn't remove it. I decided to give them another try for my full set acrylic set the following day and I asked for really short square white nails...While getting my nails painted I noticed the gel had bubbles but once he put the top coat it went away. I will never understand why people think it is acceptable to slander someone's name on this forum, especiallyin a the midst of a recession where everyone is "chasing the next dollar". Right now family businesses are taking a big hit and need to hold on to their customers more than ever. When I read bad reviews here I think of how people have no idea how the lack of stars or bad review will affect someone's livelihood.. Think first, act second. I have been going to this salon since the first owners were here and it was named, "Le's Nails". It has always been and continues to be a very friendly and wonderful place to go. Kevin and Kristie take their time with each service, ensuring that their customers get exactly what they need. If your nail chips, if something happens and you need to have it fixed they are more than happy to remedy the situation with no arguing whatsoever. Kristie does a beautiful job with eyebrow waxing and my nails. Sometimes I come in, stressed from a long work week and tell her what I think I want and she turns it into something a hundred times better. I go to her for Gel nails, Next Gen and Ombre services. I dance and like to match my outfits. She has done a gorgeous job with glitter, matching colors, creating eccentric designs and goes out of her way to be detail oriented. Kevin is a kind and easygoing guy; he has filled in for Kristie helping me out when she becomes too busy or needs assistance. When I come to the spa they treat me like family. Probably the worst French tip pedicure I've ever had in my entire life. Streaky, clumpy nail polish... it looks like it was done by someone who's never done a French pedicure before. He was rough, nails didn't match in length, one nail so distorted I had to go to another salon to get it reshaped. no finishing touches and had no interest in whether I mght want to be a new customer. This is the only nail place I go to I specifically use Mary as she is wonderful. I made an appointment I got there today and Mary was not there. I still got my pedicure but during my pedicure the owners children were there and very noisy. Not a relaxing pedicure as I usually have there. Not only are the people who work in this salon incredibly friendly, the gel manicure that Kevin did met my every expectation of a good manicure.
