The staff were super nice but unfortunately the quality was not good or they were too busy watching the game. Because I received both services at the same time, I had to sit in the pedicure chair but turning my torso to the left the entire time - it was super uncomfortable. All of my fingernails were cut to different lengths, there were bubbles in the white immediately, the gel is on my cuticle and was peeling within 2 days, and multiple of the nails cracked on day 3. Because a different person did my pedicure the thickness of the white tips were different, and the gel is clumped up and rough on the sides. The price was definitely not worth it.

I decided to choose a light color an OPI nail polish. I noticed that most of the nail polishes on the wall were watery. looked like there was acetone poured into them. The one I picked was Not watery. My nail tech was Leo. He was very nice. Gave a really nice pedicure. I was charged $50 for my pedicure. Next morning 7/11 I boarded my cruise and I went swimming in a saltwater pool to come out of the pool with yellow orange color change on my two big toes only not even 24 hours had passed. I was very upset and embarrassed. It looked horrible. I had to walk around with this ugly pedicure. When I came home from my cruise on Monday morning I went back to let them know what happened. I requested to have a change of polish since the polish color changed to yellow in less than 24 hours. The receptionist had no answer for me. She said she didn't know what she can do for me and I asked her to please speak to her manager. A woman named Candice came out and questioned me about my pedicure asking me if I wore closed toe shoes? I said of course NO. Lots of whispering. Then I was told I could take a seat in the pedicure chair. Leo the original nail tech came out and looked at my feet and said "I have no idea I have never seen anything like this ever happen, I am sorry" he changed my polish and it did look beautiful. I was happy with the end results. I give this business 1 star because of the customer service and how I was tested and questioned for there old bad nail polish in front of other customers. It is very unprofessional and costs nothing but 6 minutes to change the color. Leo the nail tech was very nice and did a good job. I just will not ever return here.

I returned because it's location is convenient but my money and time are better spent elsewhere. I'm sure yours is too! Nail's aren't cheap! Save your tip money they don't care if you tip generously-you'll still have no loyalty from them. From broken nails to wayyy to over laid acrylic, not being listened to, I'm embarrassed that I kept going. I have been coming to this salon for over a year. While the quality of work is OK, the business itself is run on the fly, poorly and disorganized. When you say something or even moderately call something to their attention they begin speaking Vietnamese (very obviously and uncomfortably speaking about you), or worse Marcus their English speaking employee bad mouths the customer to whomever is in front of him. I've seen so many poor attitudes in this salon. I wish I did not feel compelled to have to write a negative review but I think loyalty as a customer is not rewarded. They won't remember if they've had you waiting 15 minutes or an hour and you will never feel prioritized. In the end I can just go to Venetian or any other quality salon. My best relevant advice don't be like me and tip +20% they will NEVER remember it or care. Not returning.
