Originally the Asian lady that did my feet, looked as if she was going to do a very shallow job. I originally told her that I wanted my nails cut very short. She didn't cut them short at all. She then had to go back several times to keep cutting them shorter after I confronted her, and then she'd keep telling me that she knows, she knows. She rushed as if she just wanted to hurry up and get the job over with. However, She made sure to take her time wanting me to upgrade, but I told her that I only wanted a good job done on my feet. After grilling her for about 5 mins, she finally decided to pay attention to detail and do a decent job. As an owner of a contracting company, that wears boots all day everyday, and place everyone else's needs before my own. I know what good customer service looks like and this location or this staff member wasnt a good choice. I know we might not have the most appealing feet. I went today after my sister recommended this location to me and had a gel mani, signature pedicure, and eyebrow wax for $95 The manicure came out fine. My the pedicure was okay, the massage was great but the scrub is in a large jar where they dip their hands into it while performing your pedicure and it is unsanitary. The staff is nice enough and I have trouble complaining because I don't want anything free, I just want a good service. Lia butchered my brows. They are horrible. I had perfectly shaped brows (I get them done once a month) she took off soooo much from the center, they are uneven, they look just horrible. I was holding back tears after seeing them. I decided to make an appointment here based on all the good reviews and it did not disappoint. I had Natalie for my pedicure and she was really sweet and did a very thorough job of cleaning up my nail bed, massaging my feet and painting my nails. She doesn't speak a lick of English though and I couldn't even ask her to find me a lighter shade of nail polish without having the gentleman from the front come and interpret. So just make sure you ask for the color you want or a few options before you get in the chair with her. Speaking of the pedicure chair, it's one of the most relaxing I've ever tried. It massaged my back, hips, legs...really amazing! I had a buff and shine manicure with Karen and she did a phenomenal job. So thorough and my nails looks so healthy! I will definitely be back. It was so relaxing and Ricky was wonderful - very professional and he ensured I was happy and relaxed the whole pedicure. The owner was so sweet and gave my mom his sweater - she's 78 and was cold ....it's a big deal to me he did that. What most nail salons do as "standard", Dila charges extra (to grate dead skin off feet $14, to use a credit card $2, can't leave tip on credit card). This is all VERY ODD to me. The place is very unassuming from the outside, but once you walk in it's very large, and very nice (clean and modern). I could've definitely done a better job myself. My nails were longer and she cut them super short after I said to trim them a bit and keep an almond shape (this definitely isn't almond shaped). It's also honestly very overpriced for how they came out & for the service provided. She did my nails while I was sitting at the pedicure station (with a bowl of water and all in my lap on a towel?!). It was unprofessional and not what I expect from any nail salon, I was quite shocked, paid and tipped as normal but definitely won't be going back. I also asked for a pale blue shade and this is definitely more white/funny bunny vibe. Basically paid for someone to 1) cut my nails short and wrong shape, 2) wrong color, 3) sit uncomfortably balancing a bowl of water in my lap because she couldn't be inconvenienced to sit me in a regular chair. I don't recommend at all, save your money go somewhere else!! You're paying a service you deserve to get what you want and feel relaxed. The only positive is that this place is clean! read more

Made an appointment a month ahead. When I arrived was told there was no one to do her nails. Then the male at the front started speaking in Spanish about black people. From the time you enter the door where Alex greets you, right through to exiting every member of staff is polite, attentive, warm and professional. GOT ALLERGIES? Beware. I am allergic to latex and florals. So I avoid the add on baths, lotions, etc. So, there is no complaint about those. However, they use latex gloves and when I asked them to use non-latex, they said that they expect the customer to bring in those gloves. I've never been to a salon that uses latex. To their credit, they located a different pair of gloves. The foot bath water is luke warm at its hottest. I paid extra for sugar scrub and callus removal. I do not have calluses, but I do get some roughness. I still have it after the pedicure. And, I'm pretty sure there was something in their gloves or other supplies, as even after returning home my skin stings likes minor allergic reaction. The spa is well kept and staff friendly. But I don't think I'll return given these factors. If you have no allergies, smooth feet and like cool foot baths, I'd recommend it. read more

Wow! I can't believe it's almost three weeks since I had my nails done by Amanda at Dila Nails and they are still going strong! There are growing out nicely. Unfortunately, yesterday I lost one of them during cooking (totally my fault). I immediately called the salon and Howard was so helpful in accommodating me even though Amanda was all booked up. He was able to schedule me the very next day for her to do the NexGen on that one nail - that will hold me over until she's available for me to schedule an appointment to see her to get a fresh set, even though I still don't really need it - just want to change the color and design. I was getting my nails done for prom and I am SO happy with them. I called ahead of time to find prices and location and Howard was extremely sweet and helpful. At the salon I had so many choices for colors; I went with navy and gold. My nail tech was Ruby and I did a NexGen set with fake tips. She was AMAZING and my nails did not come out thick and bulky like other salons. They were the perfect coffin shape. I came with 2 of my friends who also got NexGen with tips.
