The woman who did my mani and pedi couldn't have been nicer but maybe doing nails is not her greatest talent. My pedicure was passable but sloppy and I stopped her n the middle of my gel manicure since she applied it so thick it was actually bubbling all over. I was horrified and stopped her. It was easy to book an appointment over the phone. When I got there, I was impressed by all the sanitizing and prevention measures in place. They take your temperature and have you sanitize your hands. Each of the manicure and pedicure station has plastic sheets for safety and separation. There is also social distancing in place. I didn't have an appointment but they welcomed me in and I only had to wait about 10 mins. The place was hoping and people seemed genuinely happy. I needed a full set and previously I had acrylic on my nails but they don't do acrylic they do dip so I gave that a try. I was very happy with the outcome. My nail tech Rose was a very lovely girl. She explained the process to me as she was doing it and took her time to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this place. read more

This was my second visit to Dila Nails, and I was once again thrilled that I'd found this place! The usual factory atmosphere at the typical salon is replaced by charming decor, and the impersonal, aloof approach to customers is replaced by warmth and a real desire to please. My nail tech this time was Mary, a lovely young woman with somewhat limited English. Even so, we managed to communicate just fine--and even more to the point, she gave me an absolutely fantastic mani/pedi, going above and beyond in every way. Mary is both highly skilled and a true perfectionist, so I could just relax and let her do her thing. Ultimately, I got the results I can usually only dream about, so thank you, Mary!!! I have been using another salon for 5 years now and they started slacking on the quality along with time. I decided to finally make an appointment with another salon and came across Dila Nails. I spoke with Howard asking him to put me with a nail filing PRO because I am very picky. Ruby was my nail tech and I AM FOREVER CHANGED. Ruby is is the best nail tech that I have ever had in all of my 14 years of having my nails done. She can create ANY design that you put in front of her and I mean ANY. She is a nail filing MASTER and extremely thorough. I have never been to a cleaner salon either. They are all very kind and professional. I decided to check this place out because I was in search of a last minute pedicure. I called ahead to make sure they could take me being it was 5:30pm and they were closing at 7pm. The gentleman on the phone gladly stated I could come in for a pedicure. I arrived to the salon which was beautifully decorated for the fall season, which I loved. I was nicely greeted, asked what service I was in for, and told the updated prices of the service. I selected my color and sat down for a few minutes waiting for my pedicurist. I was called to my chair. The young woman doing my nails smiled at me and didn't say much, she spoke very little English. She began my pedicure by removing the gel on my toes but hadn't run my water or anything. She trimmed my nails with the cuticle clipper and did not shape or buff my nails. She then proceeded to buff my feet and put them back in the cold water. I found it quite unsanitary that she drained my tub using one of the pedicure tools to open the drain . Her service just seemed very unprofessional and novice. I originally planned to have my eyebrows done as well but was so disappointed with my pedicure that I didn't care to have them done anymore. I would not return to this salon because I was completely dissatisfied with my service. read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a trusty nail salon. Found it! I was a walk in around 11:45 on a Sunday. Ruby, one of the owners, said they were booked up but she could squeeze me in for an SNS mani and a regular pedi if I waited until 12:15. Fine by me, so I waited and saw Howard for my nails and Cal for my toes. They both were so great and paid a lot of attention to detail--for example, Howard removed the excess powder from under the tips of my nails, which I've never seen another tech do at other salons. The pedicure was excellent and at a great price ($20 + $3 for exfoliation), too. The foot massage was so great I wish I could've stayed longer! My nails look beautiful and the salon was very nice inside, cleaned well, and didn't smell overly strong. Very relaxing feel to the atmosphere inside. Note that they don't allow tips on cards, so bring cash! I'll be back. read more

Good nail salon, staff was quick and got me in and out with a 10 minute call ahead on a Friday afternoon which can be hard to find.

I usually come here for NexGen. Everyone is so friendly and they really get to know their customers. Also it's a very affordable for NexGen if you're getting it on your natural nails. Usually $35 with a soak off. Very clean facility too and a allot of NexGen colors. read more

I had a pedicure by Alex yesterday and was very happy with everything about it. He was very detail oriented and did a great job. His leg and foot massage was just wonderful. Sometimes the person doing a pedicure just seems to be on auto pilot and not really paying attention but Alex was present and focused. I have never had a bad experience at Dila Nails and highly recommend them. Plus they do a nice job with seasonal decorations. read more
