They are under new management. I don't know anything about the old owners. I came as a walk-in. I was graced with Mythy! She did a great job with my manicure, pedicure and my design. I will be back

Great with walk-in's, they also take and honor their appointments. Everyone I've had as a tech has been kind and meticulous with their work.

I drove here not realizing it was appointment only (which I clearly overlooked on the Yelp page, no…read morefault to the establishment themselves) My GPS initially took me to the back of their building. It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

One of the most unprofessional nail spas I've EVER been to. I was happy they could get 2 of us in…read morewithout much notice, but looking back, we would've been better off just not getting our nails done. To start off with, every single color I picked was "unavailable"-same for the person I was with. Had to pick 5 colors each for our hands, before they found one they had; and did not have any "matching" colors for our feet. I've never been anywhere with so few colors available. The staff was yelling to each other the ENTIRE time, over clients, from table to table, about their personal lives. They were at one point ordering pizza and eating in front of everyone, running to the back to grab more food while you washed your hands for 0.02 seconds. They were pretty rude to other customers at the spa- I watched one girl come in 5 minutes late, and they argued in front of her if they'd have time to do her nails. They all fought with each other about who would actually do her toes and her fingernails, as no one wanted to. One lady offered to stay late to finish them, and was told no, she was late to her appt so too bad. All of this at volume 50, in front of her- way to make her (and all of us) feel awkward. Just very, very unprofessional- I don't know how else to explain it. I told my technician the entire time she was doing my feet that she was hurting me (making my cuticles bleed), and was told "well the instrument is sharp". She was very distracted the entire time during my pedicure. Very painful. Service was slowwwww, prepare to spend hours there. When my technician went to scan my credit card, her phone died (after taking 10 minutes to set up the payment). All of a sudden the owner came over, and entered it on her phone- which was now a higher price!!! I was so frustrated, I paid it and left (of course, they "didn't know why it was higher the second time", when I inquired). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Looking back, I'm hoping everyone there has a license to do nails, as no licenses are displayed on the walls. Save yourself the time and money, go to ANY other nail salon in the area. Don't know how this salon has been around as long as it has, what a joke. EDIT UPDATE- Business owner denying any of this true, and that's ok. I have no reason to make up having limited gel colors, eating pizza in front of everyone, and being unprofessional. Look at my Yelp history, plenty of reviews, for several years. You'll notice most of the people leaving "positive" reviews on this account have NO prior Yelp reviews (they are her friends or family). Disappointing when a business can't even hold themselves accountable.

The woman doing my pedicure rushed through the process and kept checking the time. Almost finished with my toes, another technician approached me, eager to start on my manicure. I told her I wanted an overlay with tips and gel polish, but she suggested trying Gel-X instead, claiming it was better. To my surprise, it turned out to be just an Amazon polygel kit. She completed my nails, and when it came time to pay, a service that was listed as $90 ended up costing me $130! I paid and tipped, only to have two nails come off the very next day when I buttoned my shirt. In short, while the salon looks fancy, it's not worth it. You might as well go to your neighborhood nail salon.

Honestly, that was not a huge issue. It's the weekend before Mother's Day, they were busy, and I understand delays happen. The real issue was that I asked for the advertised $30 spa pedicure special, and I was told that special was only for women. I explained that nowhere on the advertisement or webpage did it say that, and I asked what the difference was between a men's and women's pedicure. They told me men require "special products" and that the men's pedicure starts at $45. At that point, I decided not to proceed with the service, so I cannot comment on the quality of the pedicure itself. However, I do think it is unreasonable in 2026 to charge different prices based on gender, especially when the promotion does not clearly disclose that restriction. When I politely explained my concern to the manager before leaving, he refused to honor the advertised price. I told him that unfortunately I would have to leave a Google review so others would be aware, and his response was, "Don't worry, whatever makes you feel good, everybody knows you're the last one." I found that comment dismissive and disrespectful, especially since I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. Because of the misleading advertisement and the way the situation was handled, unfortunately I cannot recommend this business.

But at this point, I honestly don't know if it's inflation or just inconsistent pricing, because what happened today felt really upsetting. I get the exact same service every single time I come in: regular dip on my natural nails, rounded shape, no tips, nothing extra. Switching between red or a natural pink. Today, I was charged $62.52 for that same exact service. The last time I came in, I got the exact same thing and paid around $50 before tip (and happily tipped on top of that). This time I noticed I was charged additional fees for things like a soak off, which is part of the dip process, and shaping my nails, even though my nails were already rounded and shaped the same as always. When I questioned the pricing, I was told they "didn't know who rang me up last time." You can see in the pictures that my nails were red and rounded and I paid 50+tip. The picture shows my nails are again red and rounded, but this time I'm paying 62+ without tip yet. It may not seem like a huge difference to some people, but it's the inconsistency and surprise charges that are disappointing, especially as someone who has consistently supported this business. I've attached photos comparing what I received previously versus this visit, and there was no difference in service to justify the increased cost especially within a month. Really saddened by this experience and unfortunately will not be returning.
