Based on the services they offer, pricing, and reviews, I came here for the first time a couple of months ago for a lash lift with Monica. I have always been a little weary of getting eyelash extensions (even though so many friends have done it with little to no issues) and thought this would be a good first step. Monica was great and my lashes looked incredible--highly recommend if you're considering this service. Then, enter last night: I decided to bite the bullet and finally try a classic set of lash extensions. Christina was so sweet and patient with me, answering ALL of my questions... and there were a lot. She was so thoughtful, thorough, and covered all the bases on how to prolong my lashes, how to maintain and care for them, things to avoid, etc. I didn't know what to expect going into this, being a newbie and all, but Christina and her magic far exceeded any expectations! I love, LOVE the way my lashes look. When I called Teresa she had to book the appointment for me in the Booksy app. I made the appointment for 12:30 PM, but she made it for AM instead of PM. When I called and asked her to fix the time, she said I could do it in the Booksy app. But I couldn't, because the app wanted to charge me the full price and I had already purchased the Groupon (it required a credit card). So I asked her again to set it and the text I got said 9 am not 12:30. Again, I was concerned, but she said it was fine and to come "around 12 or 12:30". I was feeling apprehensive and should've listened to my gut and cancelled it, but I really wanted the services. I arrived at 12:30 (very far, like 45 mins north of me) and it was one of those places where beauty consultants rent a space, which I'm used to and is normally fine, but she just had one corner with a curtain. It was loud AF with 3 different types of music blasting at the same time and very loud women shouting, strong nail acrylic and keratin, not a relaxing situation. Anyways, she told me it would be an additional 15 mins, no problem, but I wasn't seen until 1:15! 45 mins late, and just an apology, no explanation. Teresa was very sweet, but she didn't ask me how I wanted things done. She started with the lashes and I had to keep asking her what she was doing. (For those who don't know, eyebrow lift is like a perm for your lashes, which is scary while you're having it done as you can't open your eyes.) It is much more calming to have someone explain what they're doing to you. I will say the eyebrow wax was practically pain free, but I didn't even know she was going to be waxing. The Groupon just said tint. So I didn't know if it was going to be threading or what. She just went in with the wax, no warning. And she didn't ask how I wanted the style. The shaping was ok but the tint was a bit patchy and it still had to use brow pencil after. The lift was the better of the 2, but like the eyebrow I couldn't really see the tint. I had another appointment to go to after and when she finally saw me, I asked how long it would take and she said an hour so I had to let my other appt know. I wasn't actually done until 2:45 so I had to keep letting my other appt know how long it was taking. I was there so long my body was going numb from lying there. The service was ok and Teresa was really sweet like I said, but I sadly won't be returning. I tipped her really well and won't be leaving this review on her other app or Groupon like she asked because I don't want to dissuade anyone, but if have a be 100% honest for my Yelp friends.

I use to have to schedule my days around my morning brow routine which took me 2 hours, plucking (if needed), shading in (everyday), drawing fine lines (every day) and shaping (everyday). Now I wake up and just have to wash my face and apply mascara. No fussing around with my brows anymore. The customer service is lacking to say the least. I felt bubbly and bright so I pick out yellow nail polish from the wall and decided to add a dash of with glitter on one nail. The mood of the tech was the complete opposite. Salon was erry quiet besides thew news blasting from the tv. I keep a simple square shape nail. But I left with every nail was given it's own share. The yellow nail polish was much lighter out the bottle (probably because they thin it out with acetone). It' streaked so bad the tech decides to add glitter on top without asking. Nope, not at all what I requested but it could have been worse. Skill of technician was basic. Place is average.
