My trip to Florida got extended a few days because of the issues Delta was having. I desperately needed a wax so I figured I'd get it while I was down there and I had the time. I yelped local waxers and came across WAXWITCH. I am SO happy I did. Why go to a chain when I can support a small woman owned business. After reading the reviews, I booked immediately. A few people mentioned how their wax was painless. No wax is ever painless but wow, was it close! It was the most pleasant waxing experience I've ever had. I got a Deep Wax and after I got home, I was like I should have gotten a Brazilian because of how enjoyable it was. Stacy is easy to talk to and makes you forget your laying on a table half naked having hair ripped out of your skin. If I didn't live so far away, Stacy would be my regular waxer. I might wait to get waxed by her next time I'm down there for Christmas! Go to Stacy, you won't be disappointed. read more

Stacy is the best! It has been years since my last waxing and this was my first go at a Brazilian wax. The room is cozy and dark and feels like you're in a spa. Stacy was extremely professional and thorough. She let me know the parts when it would hurt a bit more and made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return. read more

I needed to find a wax place closer to my house in the Acreage. I was fortunate to find Waxwitch that's on Northlake Boulevard. Given the reviews I saw on Yelp, I was confident that Stacy would do a great job, and her work exceeded my expectations. She's very meticulous in how she uses the wax to remove eyebrow hair that I had. Additionally, I enjoyed the darkened ambiance of the waxing salon room, with very cool posters, knickknacks, and decorative furniture. A great experience all around, and look forward to going back to ensure my brows stay magical. read more

She is wonderful! Very sweet person and great at what she does. I had to move back to Michigan, but when I'm in town I'll be looking her up for sure!! read more

Stacey is the best! Professional in her work and she makes you feel super comfortable for what can be a pretty awkward situation.

I've been on my waxing journey for over a decade now and the only thing that could cause me to go anywhere else than waxwitch is if I escaped living in Florida and at this point my chances are slim. I started out going to The corporate chop shop places and had some...strange experiences but I still wanted to get my waxing done! I'm So grateful to have found Stacey she's the absolute best and I enjoy services as much as one can enjoy hair removal. She's taught me a ton about after care and gives the best product suggestions without being pushy like the corporate places have to be. Also if you want a lash lift, tint or a vajacial she can do more than just waxing which is rad. Any place she's worked out of is adorably decorated, clean, quiet, and welcoming. read more

How fun it is to find a new suite with an artistic twist and kind specialist. Walking through the suites each station of course customizes their space, but at first glance I was shocked! I have never walked into a waxing salon and found darker tones and posters themed for mischievous fun. I LOVED IT! I can appreciate personality and especially comfort, the space provided the essentials lower lights, music, and her product was quality. Her easy conversation made the process quick and personable, I left feeling refreshed and beautiful! Found this location through Groupon in which she honored the price and the location is easy to find after coordinating contact with the owner. I had a great time, if I travel north bound again I know to find a fun suite with a qualitY service provider read more

Stacy is amazing! I finally decided to start feeling human again and find a wax place in my new neighborhood. I was super nervous going to the appointment as I haven't had a wax in a year and it was a brand new place. Before the appointment Stacy texted me detail instructions on directions on how to find her place that were easy to follow. Her space is neat with the witchy theme and clean. The actual wax was minimal painful... I actual told my sister it was the most relaxing wax, two words that normally don't go together, but it was. Stacy's technique is quick and efficient. She is easy to talk to which makes the process go by quickly. My skin heeled nicely afterwards and I didn't have those terrible bumps or in grown hair I have with other wax places! read more

First off, Stacy's space is so well decorated and clean. I'd hire her the creativity alone. Second she's knowledgeable at her craft and excellent at what she does. A safe space and a good sense of humor, I don't go to anyone else. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A BROW WAX. This is primarily a place for people looking for a Brazilian wax. This wasn't clear to me and I was surprised to show up hoping to get my eyebrows shaped by someone with expertise. She didn't do a bad job, but my eyebrows are uneven and not as arched as I had asked for. Even when I pointed out exactly what I wanted changed in the mirror, I got an eye roll and then two wax strips later, sent on my way. This was not cheap--I paid full price, despite the fact I noticed a coupon code in the treatment room that the owner didn't offer to me. As a first time client, I expected a small business to offer me something to encourage my repeat business, but the attitude, price, and quality of service mean I won't be back. read more

Wow the wax witch experience was amazing! Stacy is an awesome and talented esthetician. So the location is east off of I-95, like 2 minutes off of 95. Also, the location My Salon Suites has a ton of smaller salons which is a cool set up. Stacy's space is very sexy. The way she has decorated her space is original and has a lot of character. She is down to earth and personable. We had a nice convo during my experience and she made me feel super comfortable! Also I found out we are both Dreyfoos alumni which was cool. Check her space out ladies and gents. Stacy is truly a wax witch! read more

Got a Brazilian wax today and am very impressed overall with Stacy. Very comfortable experience. I delayed getting a wax for months after moving here because of traumatically painful experiences at European wax center... after today I won't even hesitate to book again with wax witch. Stacy is very professional and provides detailed directions. Was one of the most pleasant wax experiences I've ever had, practically no pain and went by relatively fast. If you're on the fence, go. There's a Groupon so it's not a big gamble to try! Highly recommend! Also very nice studio, very comfortable and no horrific fluorescent light. Thanks! read more

Been using Stacey for years. Fast and efficient. Uses the best wax for the least amount of pain. She is very knowledgeable in her field.

I saw Stacy for the first time today and I just have one question: Where has she been all my life? To be butterfly, naked, on a table with a spotlight on your bikini can be daunting but Stacy made me feel so comfortable. The wax itself was as pain free as a Brazilian can get! I would definitely recommend Stacy for your next waxing experience. read more

I seriously could not write this review fast enough. Stacy is nothing short of an artist. I had my first Brazilian with another business in the area about 8 months ago and was so horrified from the experience that I thought I may never try waxing again. Stacy was so accommodating to my schedule, explained the process fully and the waxing took place in under 30 minutes with minimal discomfort. Not to mention she has the hippest looking suite there. I am in shock! I highly recommend her services and will be back. read more

Beware of this scam artist. I was visiting Palm Beach on vacation and had a trip to the beach planned with my friends. One of those friends, a local of the Palm Beach area, had suggested I go to Waxwitch for my bikini wax. I had scheduled my initial appointment for a few days before our beach day because I have very sensitive skin and figured I should give myself a couple days to recover. I couldn't just shave myself because that always winds up in a mess of ingrown hairs. She cancelled my appointment not once but TWICE so I had to go see her the morning of my fun day at the beach. When I tell you this was the most unprofessional and unpleasant wax experience of my life, it would be an understatement. I was treated like an annoyance and not only was the experience completely unenjoyable, but whatever products they use left me with the most unspeakably nasty crotch rash I have ever had in my life. It felt like I sat on a thorn bush that was engulfed in flames. When I called back to ask if this was common or if there was anything I could do to alleviate my rash, they told me that this was MY fault and that I shouldn't get waxed if I have sensitive skin. What's worse yet is that they told me my sensitive skin might be the result of my race as a black woman. I felt disrespected and dejected by this highly insensitive comment. Somehow, this wasn't the worst of it. Later on, when I saw the charge to my bank account, I noticed they had charged me a cancellation fee for the first two cancellations THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR. Instead of fighting this, I just figured I would leave it be as I am not a resident of the area and would never have to deal with this absurdly disrespectful service agin. I told my friend about the experience and she was mortified being that she was the one who suggested them. She assured me that she would no longer be a patron of Waxwitch and would also do her best to spread the word of their impossibly terrible customer service. Avoid these people like the plague!!! read more

Very thorough. She did a great job. The room is cozy and private. Also, she uses the hard strip-less wax for a smooth and painless wax. All in all great experience. read more

So happy to be reunited with Stacy from HoochiCoochi!!!!!! She of course is amazing and very knowledgeable. I had a recent surgery and went weeks on end with out waxing and there was virtually no pain with MINIMAL discomfort! You must go to Stacy!!! By far the best waxer I have ever had. I had searched far and wide for her after her departure and I'm so glad I don't have to look any further. She gets all the hairs and makes you feel comfortable.
