When I walked in I felt as if I was in a not so clean place. I was super nervous to be honest. Didn't know what to expect. They need to deep clean and organize to make it look and feel better. First of I made sure everything she used was sanitized and clean! The technician did an amazing job with removing the dead skin and every bit of cuticle. She took her time and had a lot of attention to detail. We actually had a conversation and her son was the cutest helper! I seriously loved the manicure & pedicure results! Usually it's hard to find a place that can give me the results I need. Will I go back? Not sure. To be honest with you I would give this a 5 star if this technician was in a nice clean environment.

This was my profoundly disappointing lived experience. 1. There was no wheatgrass! 2. There were no broccoli sprouts! 3. There was no E3Live 4. Don't drink the water!!! It's dispensed full of visible sediment - only explanation provided is that the dispensers are new and staff didn't clean them properly 5. The administration and staff is comprised of FEAR-MONGERS, EMOTIONAL ABUSERS and PRETENDERS parading as healers and PROFITEERS, preying on a vulnerable population of severely ill people, dangling health in front of them like a coveted carrot. 6. During week 3 of 4 they completely flipped the highly restrictive life-saving diet protocol, citing new research on late-stage cancer from their Harvard-trained medical director (this sort of lack of consistency between staff members plagued my entire experience). The place has no leadership. But here's the most concerning part: 1.Following a 25 minute therapy session (part of the program curriculum) As he rushed me out of the office for his next appointment Mr. Andy Toman advised me to divorce my husband (also the devoted caretaker of myself and our two young children). When I expressed resistance he shot back, "Well, do you want to die?" 2. At my exit interview, Director Anna Maria Clement informed me (based upon bloodwork and the results of a 5 minute Heart Rate Variability test) that my energy reserves had been totally depleted during my time at Hippocrates and my body no longer held the capacity to heal! This of course, was due to the conventional cancer treatments I had opted into prior to my time at Hippocrates. It was a disgusting way of discarding me. Upon leaving Hippocrates and after strictly following their protocol for two months I was rushed to the hospital for the extraction of an emergent tumor and declared malnourished. I would not entrust anyone's health to these people who are "healthier than thou" and therefore, according to themselves, will never experience illness.

They held up so well, still looking classy and clean the entire time without a chip, crack, or the extension lifting! For context, from the moment I sat in her chair during my first visit, I could tell she takes her craft seriously. During my very first visit, there was a small, honest human mistake made that I didn't even notice myself. The second Ellen saw it, she immediately pointed it out and fixed it right then and there without hesitation. That alone showed me how much pride she takes in her work and how deeply she cares about her clients' satisfaction. Integrity like that is rare, and it meant everything to me. It takes real character to admit to even a tiny mistake and take the extra time to make it right. That alone earned her a customer for life. As soon as I got back from vacation, I did a walk-in appointment specifically hoping to see Ellen. She was genuinely so happy to see me return for her, and it felt so good to be remembered and welcomed after only one previous visit. That kind of warmth and connection makes all the difference. During my second visit , I told her I had an important interview coming up and wanted something classy but with a little cute touch since Valentine's Day was around the corner. Outside of that, I gave her full creative freedom and WOW. She delivered. These nails are the perfect mix of elegant and playful. The soft pink base, crisp white French tips, and the adorable red heart and swan details are done so cleanly and beautifully. They're subtle, romantic, and still professional exactly what I needed. Ellen is talented, honest, detail-oriented, and truly cares. I've officially found my nail tech.

There has been a change in management recently and the salon itself was renovated. Kelly is my go to for nails and it's highly recommended to book an appointment in advance with her. She's a very popular nail tech here so doing a "walk in" isn't recommended for her specifically. Timmy is my new pedicure guy, he is really good. I am very picky on how I like my toes done and he's mastered my expectations. The salon itself is nice inside, good music is always playing, and it's never too loud regardless of the amount of customers being serviced. The pricing is decent as well, I've never paid more than $100 with tip included. Only thing is, I used to be offered water or wine awhile back but recently I hadn't. I'm not sure if you have to request this but it's definitely not asked as a complimentary option for getting a service done.

I left with half done nails, that had leftover color buffed off of them, and had to rush to find another place ahead of a holiday event. Will never go back here. Please be honest and upfront with your clients if you don't have the proper tools and products so they have the opportunity to decide how their time is spent and/or wasted.
