I do liquid gel and a lot of the "now" stuff is for next gen so This was my second visit to Cachet Nails and I will be going again and again. The pictures I've posted don't even do justice to how beautiful my nails look in person! Last week one of my nails broke a few days after I came in. I called to get it fixed. They took me right away and fixed it NO charge.... I even had to sneak a few dollars tip to the tech who fixed my nail because the manager wouldn't let me leave it! This is also one of the few nail salons that is actually good about keeping appointment times. For a person with a tight schedule, it's so nice to have a salon that even acknowledges you had an appointment. My first appointment I made I was running late because I got stuck at the draw bridge. The salon actually called me after about 5 minutes asking where I was. Yesterday the manager and one of the technicians stayed late to finish my nails. I absolutely love this place. I cannot believe how friendly the staff here can be. This wasn't my first time here but I remembered that I had such an incredible experience, I've been back since. Jimmy did my set of the NexGen dipping powder and they came out so perfect. He was so meticulous it caught me off guard. I do not understand why the other review said such negative comments. If you had such a problem, why didn't you just tell them. From my personal experience, they just fix it. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Dorothy did my pedicure and boy did she have her work cut out for her. I had went elsewhere before finding this gem of a place and they just butchered my toes so badly that I was too traumatized to try someone else but then I found this place. They care so much here that they even suggested that I take a break for 2 weeks to allow my feet to heal before she would feel comfortable nursing them back to health. Most places that I've been to would just tell me to have it done right then and there just so they could make a quick buck! Anyway, she took almost an hour on these bad boys. (haha...I'm so sorry Dottie!) Now that I've been keeping up with my toes, it only takes about 25-30 minutes. This salon isn't modernized like most salons in the area but it seems that way because its all just family here. It sort of makes you feel like you're at home, like you're part of the family. This salon staff are very welcoming. They try to treat every person like family, the same way they would like to be treated. Although they may be busy at times, they are well worth the wait. If you're the impatient type or have a busy schedule, I don't recommend this salon because they seem to enjoy taking their time. Don't get me wrong, if you're limited on time, just let them know and they'll do their best to do what you ask. I've had Krystal & Henry. They are freaking awesome! Krystal does eyebrows and she's super gentle and personable. Henry does the acrylics. He's extremely energetic and very talkative. He always asks what you like every step of the way. For example, he asks what length you'd like for your nails, then what shape & then the thickness of the powder over your nails. He would try one nail first and if you like what you see, THEN he continues on the rest. Finally someone who does what I want the way I want it. Also, the girl at the front desk is helpful. She tends to ask a lot of questions about what you'd like to have done but I've realized that it's because she likes to relay your needs to the appropriate nail tech. read more

I have to admit, I'm not consistent with getting my nails done regularly due to many factors but for special occasions I do. I came to PGA Nails because is close to home, been there before, and I've had good experiences. But today, I had Henry and his work was not what I expected for a professional treatment. I had a pedicure and dip powder nails services . I didn't realized you now have to request for cuticles to be remove for an extra charge, and it seems like some expected steps are no longer part of the experience, unless you ask or are a regular client. To top it all off, residue from now hard powder was left around and under my finger nails. I know my review might not make a difference to them and it's okay, I just won't be coming back but if you are planning to go for the first time just beware, you might be paying too much for half done services. read more

I LOVE PBG NAILS!!!!!! I went to several nail salons before I came across PBG nails and I would never go anywhere else now. I've been going there for a little over a year and I always love my nails when I leave! I get many compliments on my nails and how natural they look(they're acrylics). They have a very wide selection of colors, I always have such a hard time deciding which one to pick but they're always more then happy to help! I usually request for Jimmy to do my nails but I've pretty much had everyone there and they're all extremely friendly and do a phenomenal job! I love this Salon! My Daughter and I get pedi's every other week. We love Theresa at the front desk always so happy and accommodating. Helps me pick out the perfect color every time. I always ask for Jimmy he gives the best pedicure, and is a true professional. My daughter usually asks for Dorothy or Henry, who are both also very good and professional. I have personally been getting my mani's and pedi's here for years. I have always been extremely happy with the quality and level of customer service. Very clean and well managed. Visiting the area and my mother and my sister recommended this place. First off, this salon is super understaffed however, their work more then compensates. I didn't make an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes. I am so grateful that I did because Dorothy did such an amazing job. She tackled my ingrown nails without breaking a sweat. PBG NAILS is my new nail salon! They are so polite and welcoming. I've lived next door to their plaza for over 5 years and never even knew they existed. I usually just go to Publix and didn't think to explore the rest of the plaza. I am so glad I did. Krystal is UBER sweet and attentive. Thank you Krystal & PBG Nails for such a memorable experience. I just adore this place. Henry did my nails and did a fabulous job. As for my pedicure, Tatianna worked on my feet. I didn't enjoy it so much because it felt like she rushed. She did my toes in less than 20 minutes and wasn't very personable. I think I did have Dorothy once and she was awesome. I'll have to ask for her next time. I saw someone get their eyebrows waxed and tinted. They seemed very pleased. read more

PBG Nails is the BEST. Theresa is very welcoming and the nail techs are all very friendly and cordial. Jimmy is my guy and does an excellent job on my nails. He is very efficient and I love his sense of humor. Dorothy and Henry are also very good and have used both when on the rare occasion Jimmy is unavailable. Had my bridal shower here. They were so accommodating & entertaining. They couldn't serve alcohol however, there's a liquor store two suites down from them. You better believe we took advantage of that! :) I have not laughed so hard at any establishment to the point that my cheeks were sore from smiling so much. Love these people! read more

I will never go back. Had a "pedicure" nails are cut crooked, cuticles neither pushed back or trimmed. The soles of my feet were never scrubbed or exfoliated. Polish on skin. Took only 15 minutes. I am so dissapointed and would never reccomend this salon to anyone. read more

To start with, we asked to sit together for the pedicure. NO ONE else was in the salon. My nail tech said of course, that's what is expected when you book together. The other nail tech went on to ARGUE with mine, for atleast 5 minutes, about how she didn't want to sit next to anyone, she wanted more space. She proceeded to look at me and ask me if "I was going to cry if I couldn't sit by my friend". Rude and unprofessional. Despite getting the top spa deluxe pedicure, my feet were barely touched. Same complaint about my hands (still have cuticles, calluses, etc). Fingernails and toe nails didn't match to begin with (nor did they look like the color they had displayed), and both faded fast into completely different colors. Really not impressed by this place and would not return (despite it being reasonably priced).

I know there is a language barrier, but if I'm talking and you're not understanding, just let me know so I can at least find help. There is Google translate, there is everything out there that can help us communicate better. So I was honestly a little upset. Besides that incident, they are super nice. I was charged $15 for them to remove everything which was a good price. It is a nice nail salon, but not really my vibe as I am used to something different. I recommend for a soak off, but I don't really know anything about their order services.
