Not only were my nails absolutely beautiful, but they lasted over a week longer than expected ( not recommended) and that's saying something because I went on a month-long vacation out of state! They held up so well, still looking classy and clean the entire time without a chip, crack, or the extension lifting! For context, from the moment I sat in her chair during my first visit, I could tell she takes her craft seriously. During my very first visit, there was a small, honest human mistake made that I didn't even notice myself. The second Ellen saw it, she immediately pointed it out and fixed it right then and there without hesitation. That alone showed me how much pride she takes in her work and how deeply she cares about her clients' satisfaction. Integrity like that is rare, and it meant everything to me. It takes real character to admit to even a tiny mistake and take the extra time to make it right. That alone earned her a customer for life. As soon as I got back from vacation, I did a walk-in appointment specifically hoping to see Ellen. She was genuinely so happy to see me return for her, and it felt so good to be remembered and welcomed after only one previous visit. That kind of warmth and connection makes all the difference. During my second visit , I told her I had an important interview coming up and wanted something classy but with a little cute touch since Valentine's Day was around the corner. Outside of that, I gave her full creative freedom and WOW. She delivered. These nails are the perfect mix of elegant and playful. The soft pink base, crisp white French tips, and the adorable red heart and swan details are done so cleanly and beautifully. They're subtle, romantic, and still professional exactly what I needed. Very rude customer service, messed up my nails multiple times, and when asking to fix them they were rude and condesending.

I know I'm not including pictures of the actual nails that were done, but let me tell you, the nails and Service were perfection. I received a pedicure and my handicap mother received a manicure. I love that the pedicure chairs have arm massages. I have never had that before and loved this extra. Most important note for this trip is that my mom has had a stroke and struggles to walk and struggles to keep her right hand open. The staff members were very accommodating and patient with her. Thought I would try this cute little nail spot in my neighborhood. But I was very disappointed and unfortunately will probably not be back. All I got was a pedicure. They only had two pedicure spots. I was lucky enough to get one. Everyone was super nice. But the older woman who did my pedicure literally massaged me for less than a minute, for both feet. I was extremely confused. The rest was ok. Gel nails that cracked after a few days. I went in to have them redone and the young woman in charge agreed that they should have lasted longer. She put me with a nail tech to take the gel off and start over. The nail tech didn't understand and started trying to just polish over "two nails" when clearly they're all chipped. I asked the girl in charge to explain it to her. Then she denies ever saying they would do all of them over again. She was so rude I just got up and left. Male Friendly!!! Been to a few Nail salons to keep up with appearance and hygiene. Most have usually been a haven for Women Only, but PBG has a one up to welcome us Guys! They have their TVs on sports and they have a Male selection of magazines: Sports Fisherman, Men's Fitness, GQ, CigarAficionado, etc. to name a few. And if you look real close you'll find the occasional Maxim, just be mindful of girls with their Mom. It is still a very Female atmosphere, but once every two weeks is okay with me. read more

My mom and sister have always told me great things about the salon. But my experience was disappointing to say the least. The nail tech I had cut me twice: once during my pedicure and once during my manicure. While he was apologetic, I was bleeding badly and uncomfortable the rest of the visit. 5 days later, my gel manicure was already lifting and staring to peel.. I do not encourage anyone to ever go here.. waste of time and money. read more

I love PBG nails and have been going for years. Maria and Teresa are the best and will take care of any requests. I get bored and love all the wide selection of colors. I'll try anything new that comes along, and I love the great gel cors. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Henry takes great care of my toes, and I don't have to get acrylic anymore on them. Absolutely horrible. I'm visiting from New York and used this salon for the Next Gen gel manicure. The manicurist, John, did a terrible job. His disposition was surly which was only second to his incompetence. May nails are thick with the liquid all over my fingers. Worse yet he cut four cuticles which are still bleeding eight hours after the service. The pedicure he gave me was also not very good but at least he didn't draw blood. Although I expressed my displeasure I was still charged full price. The front desk people were courteous but seemed at a loss to rectify the situation. Not impressed. The place looks cluttered and trashy. Pedicure was less than 30 minutes. They're over priced compared to other local shops. I got nexgen nails I'm displeased with how they look they're thick and look acrylic like unlike the more natural they normally look when I get nexgen. They drilled my nails an excessive amount as well where others don't. Very nice front desk customer service though. Not a huge selection of colors. Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

I have been going there for years, until they made me feel very badly with their behavior. It concerned a gift certificate they know I had and they know the person purchased and gifted for me. I misplaced at their salon somewhere and they refused to honor it or help me resolve it even though I had been a loyal customer for years. Great place! Everyone is super friendly and I have never had to wait long,even without an appointment. It is not as modernized as some of the other nail salons in PBG and they could use some updated polishes (they dont have current collections of OPI/Essie for use,only purchase) but other than that, its a wonderful place.
