I'm writing this in the parking lot after my appointment because I felt the need to. It was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. Peter did my nails Tina did my pedicure. When I say it was one of the best pedicures, I'm not lying. Peter is amazing, very good at what he does. I love a nail artist that can properly execute a good French. I haven't been to anyone else but if I went there and those two were busy I'd definitely try them out. I previously went to a salon right around the corner (won't name names) but I'll be going here from now on!! Super clean and everyone was very nice!!

Not only were they able to do an ombré nail they could do the chrome finish, not every place can do that. My nails are healthier for sure after coming here! Today I came back for another appointment and totally messed up the time-and of all days a busy Friday- . Not only was Lily accommodating (and the so was the lady I delayed-sorry) she did a great job in record time. Honestly it looks so good (check below) and it didn't take an hour. This salon is super knowledgeable about nail trends (they live up to their namesake); just come here already!

I've been patronizing this business for years, getting both my full sets, pedicures and polish changes done here. Over the last couple of months its been nice to see that they've finally made some renovations. New decor, nail stations, pedicure chairs, paint and crown molding really has done the job! Within the last two months I have moved on to a new nail tech that has shown more consistency than the one I was accustomed to here, however, the pedicures have not let me down. When my feet need a little TLC, this is my go to spot. I generally choose the Express pedicure which hits all the necessary basics while getting me in and out of the chair, however, on my last visit I decided to step it up & opted for the Essential pedicure which includes an aroma therapy sugar scrub, a cooling gel, massage, and hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! I wish I would have caught the name of the woman who serviced me. I left with my legs feeling smoother than ever and my feet looking beautiful. read more

Not only were they able to do an ombré nail they could do the chrome finish, not every place can do that. My nails are healthier for sure after coming here! I'm very disappointed with this place. The service was just horrible. I never been to a nail salon that was rude and disrespectful. This was my first time trying out this place and man I wish I didn't. I'm never the type of person to leave a negative review so this is my first one. I decided to try this nail Salon because I like to try new places. One of the lady was so rough on my hands and feet to the point it cause me to jerk back and say ouch. Instead of saying I'm sorry, she gets up and walk away angry to the point someone had to take over Which made me feel so uncomfortable So I just thought ok she's having a bad day. Mind you just I just got out of a 12 hour shift from taking care of patients so I didn't say anything and still was respectful. The lady who took over was also inpatient. She didn't finish instead her daughter took over. When I talk to the daughter about how I felt in a respectful manner she basically trying to blame me and the sad part is that I still tip over 40% for terrible service. I will not be coming back. I believe it's important to treat people with kind and respect. read more

The pedicure reviews are accurate and the women working at the salon are very sweet. I think I'm f you don't have a go to person at the salon for you're nails you won't be satisfied. The shape I requested was denied by my tech after I denied his suggestion for a square shape he continued to do things his way. I came in based off the reviews and pics, guess I shoulda researched the techs on staff more. read more

I was going to Hip. My nails always lifted and got an attitude when going back to fix them although I was willing to pay. The powder dip is a generic cheap brand . I researched it that is why it always lifted within days He always rushed me and was short with me and rude if I asked him to file my nails straight instead of uneven like he always did. He hooks every 30 minutes that isn't enough time for a new set of powder dip. The lady that did my pedicure did not speak English someone always had to translate for her. It was very difficult to communicate with her to tell her to clean up the toe polish on my skin that she did not see when she finished. I finally stopped going it is not I friendly, clean or relaxing theme, relaxing atmosphere. read more

Honestly I've been coming here for a year. I've tried almost every single person that works there on my nails. Except for the young daughter that works there they are all in a bad mood and don't speak to you at all during your treatment. The mom has very low customer service skills and always arguing or talking bad about the customers. If you have a problem with your nails half of the time they will fix it and the other half they just act like they don't know what you're saying. honestly I gave them like 30 chances since it's by my house but not your go to nail salon. read more

Very disappointed, I had to go back twice to fix my gel nails, they kept breaking and getting chipped not even a week after I got my mani. I paid 45$ plus the tip and was told they wouldn't break again after both times they fixed my nails. Now another nail is chipped. I will not be going back. read more

I've been getting gel manicures for many years, so I know what us ladies have come to expect. Both…read moreof my usual local go-to places were booked up for days, but I was at lunch just a few minutes from Cachet Nail Spa and they were able to schedule an appointment for me with a couple of hours notice, so I figured I would try them out based on the strong reviews. Disappointing experience. The color selection for gel polish that had matching colors for regular polish (I still prefer regular polish for my pedicure) was very limited. Mostly nude or brown shades, so I went with white. My cuticles weren't pushed back in my pedicure, "no frills" beyond polish removal, a quick rinse of my feet and new polish put on. I was even asked to turn off the massage chair, so I couldn't even enjoy a few minutes of relaxation before the nail tech was already applying the new polish. No leg scrub, no hot towel, certainly no massage of any sort. She did use a disposable liner in the pedicure tub. The gel manicure was even more disappointing. Some nails came out with air bubbles in the polish and multiple nails have chipped in less than one week. I had to trim my nails short just to keep my nails looking somewhat tidy until next week. I'm also not totally convinced that their tools are autoclaved or even sanitized. It doesn't cost much for these places to offer single-use, disposable nail files/buffers. Just because a cuticle trimmer is in a pouch doesn't mean it is actually sanitized using an autoclave - I unfortunately find that to be very common in many nail salons. For $75, I would expect my gel manicure to hold up a little better and for the pedicure to at least include the normal standards. I'll wait for my usual places to get me in next time and won't be returning here. P.S.: The woman next to me had an appointment and was told that they didn't have enough time to do her pedicure, making her come back another day for that, even though there wasn't anyone else waiting.

This nail salon is very clean and quiet. I have been coming here forever, and Peter is the best!! He has been doing my nails for over a year now and I even switched nail salons to follow his business. He does amazing nails!! If you don't go to nails trend you should, and make sure to ask for Peter! He does designs long or short, and overall everyone is very nice there. :) read more

Peter is amazing .. I drive 40 minutes to have him do my nails. I have been getting my nails done for 45 years I have gone from acrylic to healthy nails and I must say Peter is the best! So worth the drive.... Thank you Peter... read more
