In a pre Covid world, this place would be totally fine. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The place was completely empty except for the four people working. They were not wearing their masks correctly when I walked in, but fine, they were alone before. The person who did my nails put his mask on correctly, but the others did not. I noticed that they only wore their masks when they were actually working on someone's nails. The sign on the front of the door said that they enforce mask wearing and make every customer wash their hands as they enter. I was not asked to wash my hands. I also noticed that of the three people who came in after me, only one person was asked to wash their hands. There was also one customer who came in and sat down at the pedicure chair and then took his mask off. The technicians did nothing about it. I paid $45 for a basic mani and pedi combo. My nails do look very nice and the guy did a nice job. This price is probably the cheapest in the area for a combo. Also, the ambiance here is really strange. There were three TVs all playing soccer and absolutely no volume or music playing. It was rather uncomfortable at many times sitting there in silence. For the price, it was fine. They were extremely rude and had me pay full price for incomplete and ugly work. Would not come here again and definitely would not recommend. The salon was not even clean. I could understand a few things they said ridiculing them laughing at what they said to them over the phone. I felt the nail tech tried to just get me out of there as soon as possible. She was super gluing all of my skin to the bottom of my nails. I wish I got her name. I went in for an acrylic set with my friend they seemed to rush us into the seats I was very confused. The woman asked what I wanted I showed her a photo and she just grabbed my hands and started sanding the tops of my nails off lol. I told the nail tech I specifically did not want gel because I knew it costed more money, she proceeded to put gel on ALL of my nails. I didn't realize until she had me put my hand under the gel curing light. Both mine and my friend's nails were NOT worth 130$. The nails are so misshapen, the nail tech did a terrible job with my polish and it is hardened. There is no fixing where she over painted my nails and there is spots on my nail that aren't even painted! My nails are different lengths. She didn't bother to push my cuticles back or give me a massage like the other clients inside of the store. I would definitely not visit this place again I am extremely disappointed with the service! I shouldn't have given them a tip. I am extremely unhappy with my nails.
