I could understand a few things they said ridiculing them laughing at what they said to them over the phone. I felt the nail tech tried to just get me out of there as soon as possible. The woman asked what I wanted I showed her a photo and she just grabbed my hands and started sanding the tops of my nails off lol. She was quick to respond and I was able to get in with her in a week. Her suite is bright and clean and she has lots of good color options. She worked very quickly and did exactly what I asked for.
