They really take their time and great attention. A woman who I believe was the owner was super friendly and welcoming. I had to make it quick with a mini pedi and they got me out of there in 30 minutes but still took care of my toes! I had a wonderful relaxing pedicure experience with Liz. She was very nice and did a great job of making my neglected feet look beautiful. The water temperature was perfect and the care taken to even up my nails, smooth away the dryness and cracked heels. Then came the best part the warm towels and foot and leg massage. Liz did a perfect job with the polishing and took her time to make them look lovely. I would highly recommend Liz if you want a great pedicure, and the atmosphere from when you check you can tell it will be a different experience than what you receive at a strip mall salon. I was offered a beverage to drink I chose tea, the decor is very nice, and it was quiet and relaxing with music at just the right volume. Southern Charm in the middle of Jupiter! Such a freaking adorable place, greeted with a warm hello, how are you doing today? What could I do for you today??? My type of greeting! The decor is southern chic, clean colors and a hint of modern love. The Staff was amazing especially my technician Ra'Veon; what a doll. She was friendly, charming and welcoming. Not to mention she was an incredible manicurist; holy hell... I have new hands. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the lovely Susan, she was just as fabulous. I was given the choice of hot coffee, tea, water and the likes. They also offer all the known brands of polish and many other services. My pedicure and manicure lasted the exact time allotted nothing less. Just an FYI: this isn't your typical Asian style salon, this is southern charm!! Everyone is nice and sociable and NOT IN A RUSH!!! ( nothing against the Asian salon) but if u really want to relax, have a personal experience, stop in for slice of southern charm! It may not be the cheapest option for a nail bar but they are super clean which is a big thing for me when going to nail salons. Their work for example my toes last almost a month without chipping but I tend to use opi . My hands don't last long but that's somewhat expected. The only downside is the wait at times I'll have an appointment be early or on time and I'm still waiting to be seated. I do wish there was discounts for frequent clients maybe in the future... We like Savannah nail bar, and there are some kind and professional people who work there. My daughter (teenager) really likes going there but the last two times we've gone the tech forgot to put on her top coat. I must mention she's been assigned the same tech twice in a row. So we only have to make sure she's placed with someone else next time. This also happened to her friend that went there and it wasn't the same tech, so I'm thinking maybe it's bc my daughter and her friend are young that they skip the top coat? I find that odd. I really liked the attitude and professionalism of the girl who did my manicure and pedicure. I'll post pictures of my manicure. She needs some practice but I like her. Overall I'd still recommend this business. But you may need to figure out who to request so you get a good a good mani pedi. read more

I really did enjoy my first experience at this establishment months ago. The customer service was great. My manicure came out beautiful and lasted a full two weeks ( gel). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the pedicure. That alone wouldn't stop me from going back. Be careful when putting the address you find online into your GPS. There old location is still posted online & it gives the wrong address. This caused me to miss my appointment, and cost me a missed appointment fee. If I'm being honest, that really rubbed me the wrong way. I wouldn't have missed the appointment If I wasn't going to wrong address that they still have online for some reason. I came here on recommendation of my best friend. The salon itself is stunning, so charming. The staff is professional and kind. I was greeted cheerfully by the front desk coordinator and promptly taken to my pedicure chair. Kristine did my pedicure and it was definitely the best pedicure I've ever had. I received a gift card to Savannah Nail Bar - had never been before. Was told to ask for Tonya, she was busy, so they booked me with Jacquie. The overall feel of the place is nice and welcoming but Jacquie was not. She seemed irritated to be there, didn't try to talk to me and when she did she complained about how she was tired, or how she could go for a nap, or how the stool she was on was too low, how she doesn't help customers move the pedicure chairs forward anymore bc it hurts her back and how she has to take breaks when scrubbing the bottom of your feet bc it makes her arms tired. As if all of that wasn't already a turn off she did an amateur job on my nails. She cut too close to one of my cuticles making me bleed and left my nails looking worse than I could do myself. My first impression was that the salon looks really nice and inviting, until I got to the front desk and was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and the girl at the desk asked if I could come in the next day because they are booked. I asked what time the place closes and she said 6pm. I looked at my phone and it was noon. She was able to "fit me in", which was surprising since they were slammed with 3 other customers. My technician was nice and really took her time on my nails , but they started to chip within 3 or 4 days. These were tiny chips , but about 2 days later, chunks of my nails were chipping off. I called and arranged to come in the next day. The receptionist set me up with a different technician, which I didn't request..now I'm expected to tip again, costing me more money than I already paid less than a week ago ($48). I get there and the same technician from last time was there! Why not have her fix them for free instead of me coming out of pocket again? The new technician fixed the 4 nails that were broken but she made them extra thick because she said they were too thin and starting to lift and sealed them with a glue/ish substance that dried on my hands and under my nails. I had to ask her to get the glue from under my nails and still left there with glue on my hands. So, at the end of the day, some nails are thin and some are super thick. I go to the front desk to check out and was told in the future , I need to call within 48 hrs because that's their policy regarding fixing the broken nails. Most places at least guarantee a week..Biggest lesson learned is they don't stand behind their product or their company and they don't care about having a repeat customer . There is no way I would ever dream of going back there again. Save your hard earned money and don't waste your time & energy. read more

I had been to the old SNB on indiantown to get pedicures they were always amazing. I had never been to their new location so I decided to give it a try. I called 5 days in advance to make a appointment for nexgen and so glad I did. When I arrived the atmosphere was amazing. My nail tech was Ra'Veon and she was fabulous! My experience at the Savannah Nail Spa was both good and bad. The nail tech did a fabulous job (though she didn't do what I had asked) and the atmosphere was elegant and clean. Unfortunately, the chairs were uncomfortable, several nails peeled the next day (gel), and the manager, Brittany, made my experience horrific. I could only assume she has issues with mothers whom bring their children to the spa. She was rude and disrespectful during our entire visit (though my boys were quiet and well-behaved). I was looking to be pampered today... To feel good about myself and relax... Needless to say, I will never return! read more

Had my first appointments at Savannah Nail Bar this week. I had a Shellac manicure, a regular pedicure and some waxing done. Rachel did my nails. She did a very good job. One of my criteria for a gel manicure was the use of CND products. When I saw on their website that they used these products I immediately made an appointment. I am very happy with the results. The pedicure was well done also. Brittany did my waxing and I couldn't be happier. As a seasonal resident I've been reluctant to find a salon/spa that would fulfill my needs. After researching on Yelp, I decided to give SNB a try. I am very happy with the results. The spa itself is very clean and has a pleasant, calm atmosphere. Well here is my experience. 2 weeks ago I first came here and a gal name Bobbie did a great job so I rebooked for 2 weeks later. Same appointment time day and nail tech. I show up at 10 and come to find out the nail tech quit and they appearently rescheduled me with someone else and failed to phone me. I asked the gal at the front what they were willo g to do as I made my appointment 2 weeks ago and drive 35 min to get here. Her response was after looking at some notes that 1- no one phone me ( or should I say "she" ) as she was the one making the calls 2- they rescheduled my appointment to 10:45!!!! There was a nail tech who was ready to take me back and the gal in the front told her " no to wait". She was very condensending to her. Well the end result : they were not going to acccomadate and I would have to wait til 10:45!!! Needless to say I do not have time for such silliness or lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place as they are new and this is how they are treating customers. read more

Clean, hygienic, and very pleasant. Little on the slow side and my nails are shaped a little funny Am editing review because last night in the middle the night my big toe was sore. I woke up this morning three Quarters of my cuticle is bleeding - was apparently cut to the quick. This is my new nail salon! If you knew what I went through to find a good spot, you would understand what a big deal this is! I must've tried every place in the area, as I'm incredibly picky when it comes to my nails, until I found SNB. The place itself is super cute, with a really comfy, cozy ambiance. I love the lounge chairs for the pedis--I have a hard time getting up because you just sink right in! They always offer you a beverage upon arrival, which I think is a really nice touch of hospitality! Kelly, the owner, works the front, and is seriously one of the sweetest women you'll come across! A real doll! When I confided in her that my first experience with my nail tech was less than amazing, she was extremely receptive to my feedback, and set me up with another tech for my next appointment. I liked the place enough where I was willing to give it a second chance, and I'm glad I did, because that's how I met Rebecca, my current tech, who is wonderful! This nail spa is truly a special, relaxing, and über-hygienic place. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we experienced excellent customer service and pure relaxation. Even though this spa feels luxurious and only uses high-end products (CND Shellac, OPI, Essie, and super hygienic foot baths), it is affordable. I will begin with the positive. The receptionist area is beautiful. Now on to the issue. This is the second time that I have visited this salon where I was told they could not accommodate me. The first time was at their old location I was told they didn't have any availability for a pedicure. It's been quite some time since I was in the area and knew they moved as I follow them on FB, I was told they only had availability for a mini pedicure which is their express service. It would have been nice if they would have tried to accommodate a new client. I was hoping for a full service pedicure. Very disappointed. I will not attempt to back. Here I am sitting in an equally beautiful salon in the area and the owner came out was friendly and had a smile on her face and welcomed me to a full service pedicure. This place is very clean and beautifully decorated with its southern charm. The woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job and had great attention to detail. My only complaint is my nail technician was rushing and did a slightly sloppy job. I went here to have my prom nails done and I got white NexGen with tips. The nails look great from afar but up close you can see the lack of attention to detail. The bottoms are uneven. The nails aren't the same size on opposite hands and underneath where the tips are weren't filed down properly. She wouldn't have any extensive conversation with me but would continue to talk to her coworker about how excited she was to leave which made me uncomfortable and understand her rush. I am also used to having my cuticles pushed back and trimmed for any nail service and for 35 dollars plus tip I'd expect her to do so. But they are overall very friendly I just had a small uncomfortable experience. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Savannah Nail Bar, its technicians and its owner. For me getting my toes done had become a chore. I have terrible feet and am a runner, i.e. I have to get them done regularly. I would go into a typical salon, pick a color, wait, get scrubbed down, told how bad my feet were and get moved out the door. No way at SNB. From the moment I stepped in, it was a different experience entirely. From the clean atmosphere, special bacteria free footbaths and perfectly wonderful technician who happily chatted with me during my service, I could not ask for more. AND they serve beer and wine!
